ZOMG Stealth Fix?!?!?!?!
I hope this was on purpose because I'm so excited that it's finally fixed that I can hardly contain it (yes it doesn't take much to make me happy these days), being a vampire does not change your face and body markings once you rezone!!!! My tats can now proudly be shown off in all of their greyed, faded glory.

[EU] Best Server/Faction to farm Soul Shriven Skin on?
So I've been trying to farm the Soul Shriven Skin in IC Sewers since launch. Recently I decided to take another crack at it on Kyne (Below level 50), Vivec (30 day standard) and Sotha Sil (30 day non champ) across a few different characters.
So far I've killed Molag Bal once these past two weeks with a silent group that wouldn't invite me. Every other time I've tried IC is a ghost town.
Is there any way to effectively find a group for this anymore? Or do I just squat in the centre of the sewers until one comes along?

Dog encounters during the main Vvardenfell quest.(Spoilers)
I'm doing the main quest on a secondary character now and I've noticed a few things. I've had a search and can't find any other topics on this.
During 'Divine Conundrum', when you first speak to Canon Llevule, a dog will appear just next to the ancestral tomb. If you break away from conversation the dog will always stay in that exact spot. After you finish speaking with Llevule, the dog runs away.
During 'Divine Inquiries' as you leave Balmora to go to Shulk Ore Mine, you'll see two Dunmer women. One of them complaining of a dog having just bitten her, and the other telling her to keep away from that dog as there's something not right with it.
So I'm pretty convinced this is Barbas, tailing you as you do the main quest. I'm wondering if anyone else has found occurrences like these? I'm keeping my eyes open for this dog now lol

Bots Apocalypse - Please stop them

Every day I find bots in different parts of Tamriel.
The bots are ruining the game's economy.
ZOS needs to do something about this.

Is War Maiden set viable for mag NB?
Pretty much what title says.
Has anyone thoroughly tested the War Maiden set?
Is it worth investing money into / farming for days?
I'm more interested in the PvP aspect of the game. I understand scathing is still better for PvE.

Ice staff + Winter's balance
I would just like to say I'm pleased I can dps again with my ice staff. I didn't even think about increasing the damage of its light attacks so I don't have to use heavy attacks and taunt mobs.

Horns of the Reach Stamina Bleed build?
Is a stamina "bleed" build viable next patch?
I was thinking about using this set
Blooddrinker (Medium)
(2) Weapon Critical
(3) Weapon Damage
(4) Weapon Critical
(5) Increases the damage you deal with bleed damage over time effects by 20%.
Along another 5p DPS set and Master's Daggers from vDSA that buff Rending Slashes
From what I know bleed damage is not mitigated by physical resistance and applies directly, so it may become one of the most important components of DPS next patch, taking into account the fact that penetration has been nerfed.
I was thinking about using this set

DO GUILDS NEED A GUILD RECRUITING PLATFORM?
Hey All
So im Doing a Poll on adding a Guild Recruiting Platform, For all the ESO Guilds in ESO , Whether its PS4, XBOX, PC NA OR PC EU.
The Reason I'm doing this poll is All Guilds for now can only Post their Recruitment Message in Zone chat on their respective platforms
By doing so they get randomly attacked by some people who report them for no reason & they get social Ban's or some people start telling these Recruiters to recruit outside of Zone chat
Which isn't possible because ZOS hasn't made another area for Guild's to Recruit New members from. So I'm doing this poll in Hopes that ZOS create's a certain Area where Guilds can Recruit or Post their Advertisement, maybe something like a Writ Board (But its a Guild Board) in Game & people Click on it to see various Guild Ad's and who to contact for a invite.
If you have any idea's as well feel free to Post in here with the Poll option you picked & Thanks for taking the time to do the Poll.

ZOS does not feel achievement points should have a leaderboard, although many people in the community do. This thread started out as a 26k+ club, but has since changed into a top 10 list. This is similar to other website leaderboards, with some positive changes. Screenshots are required for proof. Is zos pulling items originally intended to be earned in-game into the crown store? evidence

I decided to post this link here as pts isn't a forum that gains much traffic. Datamined was the amazing bloodroot skin that makes your character appear to have lava, and the description even hints it was intended to be a In-game item... instead they replaced the skin with a helmet most people will not use and the only other earnable skin is the ugly shaman skin I wouldnt wear even if I got paid to.... Why this mentality? It's like the same reason they won't add guars to morrowind's stables for gold... all so they can sell it to us for irl money...
In other words, they intended to give us the awesome item in-game, decided the ugly thing they had wouldn't sell and then switched it around.

MagSorc Imperial City
I've never really gone into Imperial City but I heard the districts are some of the best places to get CP. Can anyone recommend a build that I can take down the mobs while still being able to deal with players? I am currently using Necro/Willpower/3pc Julianos with Inferno/Lightning.
