Some crown store items needs to be removed

I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks that some items in the crown store needs to be removed for good or there needs to be some price adjustments.

The worst offenders are the supply crates, supplies and respecs. Fortifying meal, lethal poison, refreshing drink, repair kits, soul gems and tri restoration potions needs to be removed completely from the store or have their prices reduced drastically by a factor of 10. These are items that can be easily acquired in some form or other from the game and is a trap for new players.

Price of respecs should also be looked at since these can be done through in game gold for very little. Especially when you do gold to crown conversion in comparison to houses, you will find that these items are drastically overpriced. The same concept applies to the bag space upgrades, riding lessons and vampire/werewolf bites, crown motif packs (covenant/dominion/pact races).

tldr: Crown store items should be refined to avoid "trap items" that new players buy not knowing how much waste of money it is/price reduced to better match their actual cost.

This is a comprehensive list of trophies for your collectible achievements, including the enemy it drops from, zone and dungeon or landmark they are located in or around.

NOTE: Updated with changes from One Tamriel. It is now possible to farm all locations listed in any faction since all enemies give experience.

Important Notes about trophies/collectibles:
  • Trophies can drop from the specified enemy type at any location/zone. It is not location specific. For the most part, locations listed below are suggested locations to farm the correct enemy.
  • The drop rate of collectibles is completely random. Some trophies may take you several hundred or thousands of enemies to kill before it drops.
  • Trophies are bound to your character. Once you loot the trophy it lights up the item in your achievement. You can not bank trophies and trade them to alts.

If you find any good farming spots not listed, comment in the thread and Ill try and update it.

Please post the following information:
  • Name of the collectible
  • Name of the enemy that dropped it
  • Zone you found it in
  • Nearby landmark or area of the zone
  • How many of the specified enemy types are in the area (approx. numbers are ok too)

Crystal Shard/Frag suggestion

Okay, so the frag nerf went through last week to the dismay of sorcs everywhere, but hey, it is what it is.

I would like to propose a modification to the skill that reaches a sort of compromise.

Crystal Shard - Put the knockdown back on the base morph, I can't see why the base morph needed to be nerfed as well...
Crystal Fragments - Put the knockdown on the HARD CAST ONLY, while the 50% cheaper and 10% more damaging instant cast has the CC removed.
Crystal Blast - Lol

This ^ proposal keeps the spirit of the CWC frag nerf (where having a cheaper, instant cast, high damage, knockdown was considered OP) and works more in line with skills like dark flare (cast time, high damage, empower, defile), or snipe (cast time, high damage, CC from stealth, {defile/major fracture}?), but then has a class unique feature of forgoing the extra CC utility for an instant cast.

And before the wrecking blow comparison comes up, remember that hard casted frags can be bashed but dizzying swing cannot.

2 of them are DPS and 1 of them is healer. The 3 of them decide to run without tank and so they asked the healer to quene as healer/tank, and the party becomes 2 healer and 2 dps and they blamed me for wasting their time. Can you help these idiots what they should do if they don't want a tank?

Mount Issues With Non-Flat Terrain

Since I have been playing this game it has been plagued by a bug that slows down your mount from full sprint if you try to traverse any sort of area that isn't totally flat. This is especially annoying in Cyrodiil where hardly any of the terrain is flat and I find my mount slowing down out of sprint multiple times while on my way to anywhere. Why hasn't this been fixed? Is it intended that these animals are not equipped to handle the strains of moving over a small mound of dirt without slowing down?

How would you rate the Asylum 2h

It's been about a week since Clockwork City dropped, and with it came the death of our beloved Maelstorm 2h's. Many a tear was shed for the hours of grinding, now mostly invalidated.

But we were given a boon. A powerful boon that was easy to farm and that gave us up to 14 ult for simply using an execute.

So I ask, now that we have had a week to use this boon, how has it performed? Is it as broken as the pre update nerf threads made it out to be, or is it a giant pile of trash like a 40 man zergling raid.

Personally, I would say that the Asylum 2h feels pretty damn good. Though it doesn't feel overly strong. I have noticed that after a kill I have my overload bar up pretty much straight away, and that is all I really ever wanted anyway.

Getting knocked through the wall of delves

Beginning with this morning's patch, I have began having issues with the NPCs in delves hitting me so hard that I fly backwards for an inordinate distance and literally through the wall of the delve. Once there, I am dead even though I had full health at the time I was hit. I was NOT "one shotted". I just turned up dead.

I can resurrect and see the playing area of the delve clearly, but I can't get through the barrier and back into the delve. The only way to fix the problem is to port out and then re-enter the delve in the normal way.

Hey guys, I have recently come back to ESO after quite a few years and have roiled warden. Am struggling to find a build / guide for a 2h/ bow stamina build for PVP in theclass. Most stamina builds that I see are 2h / sword and shield. Are they not viable or am I just not looking hard enough. Any help would be appreciated!

With the release of the new Clockwork City DLC we're reminded of the one set of items everyone would love to have in their house: Traps.

Spinning blades, arrow darts, spike floors, flames spewing spouts, dead falls, pendulum guillotines, crushing walls, and more.

While you're taking the time to make new housing items please give a serious look at how we can get these contraptions of death working inside our own home. Just look at Fallout 4 and the popularity the contraptions DLC had. So if it's not already in the works ZOS, please start. I'm sure you'll be making money hand over fist what ever DLC (or multiple DLC) you connect these to.

I have been doing crafting writs and bank inventory, then after I picked up the dailies and que for normal wgt, I got in a low dps group, after beating the first boss solo myself when all dps died, I then left the group cos I don't want to carry the rest of the dungeon myself as a healer role. Then I got one hour penalty, why is that? This is the first dungeon I queued in 24 hours. What is going on?

[Clockwork City] major problem with furniture crafting

The furnishing plans that I saw require new style materials for crafting. These style materials are rare and expensive. If you learn a furnishing plan that's worth a mil, you might want to produce this furniture for trading in order to earn back the money you invested. However, you can't because you will not have enough style materials. So basically, if I learn a plan right now instead of selling it, I have to be prepared to lose all that gold.

In the past, furnishing plans required easily accessible normal style mats that didn't stand in the way of trading. The current system is different and it's not workable.

Warden Frost Cloak Bug (Just Expansive? Not sure)

As I've been grinding dolmens in order to help level skill lines, I have noticed that my Expansive Frost Cloak will bug and prevent me from being able to successfully cast or refresh the buff after a while of not switching bars. To begin with, I was able to switch bars and cast a skill to fix it. Then it became two and then three skills. Unfortuntely, it seems to have gotten to where this isn't fixing the issue either. I have not noticed this except for when I drop back into healing and not swapping bars as constantly as when solo.
