Healers- Sets that are a must have are spell power cure, worm, and mending.
Tank- must have appropriate gear. Ebon, Torugs Alkosh needed, may also have sets like Green pact Dragon.
Dps- parse at 35k+. Must be willing to dps test.
Magic dps will be supplied worm and ele
Stam dps will be supplied puncture and master resto staff buff.

• Be Punctual, Gear Fixed, Repair Kits, Weapons Charged. We have a set Raid time and we want to start the raid asap. Be on time or be there 5 minutes before for grouping.
• Keep any negativity out of the game. If you have an issue with someone bring it to the leaders or a Private chat. We want to keep from having any Negative game play or toxic environment.
• Members are expected to be loyal to our runs. don't bounce mid raid and then stay online for another two hours after saying you had to get off, don't bounce to go to another raid. Be committed to the Raids you signed up for.
• If you claim to be experienced in Raiding, we expect you to back it up with mechanical knowledge and role knowledge.
• If you're new to end game in ESO, We expect you to listen and Learn, and to be able to take constructive criticism to become better, and to practice and work hard even on your own free time.
• Last but not Least; A Microphone. having a proper way to communicate is the Key to any end game Raid Team/Guild. Knowing when to keep comms clear and knowing when to talk is key.
