I have been not playing Elder Scrolls Online on the Xbox 1 cause I am having the Audio glitching out and not playing during gameplay but it plays when I hit the home button on my controller or loading screens, and I just brought the Summerset Collectors Upgrade Pack. I have reported this Glitch in the game multiple times but I have not gotten a response nor an email telling me that they have received my claim.
