Sometimes, players can't log on for a period of time - for example, they're going on vacation for two weeks. But the daily rewards put desirable rewards late in the month for players who log on most days of the month.
So, the players who want to but can't, miss out. What to do about that?
The current answer is: Nothing. Too bad. Deal with it. We don't care.
Suggestion: let players have the option to specify 'away days' in advance, where they get credit for having logged in that day for progression - but they forfeit the daily reward for any day they do that. That would dis-incentivize abusing the feature, while helping players who can't play for a period.
