"You have been suspended from the site"

I have no idea why I can't login to the game.

Last week I asked for a refund and a few days after I got the refund I bought the Elsweyr upgrade from Fanatical... redeemed key and logged in. I created a Nekro but didn't get around to playing it long because it was late and I went to bed.

I tried to login the next day and apparently I was banned.I have no idea whats going on and I counldn't submit a ticket.

I used the account recovery page 12 hours ago and haven't received an email or a ticket # or anything. I am really confused as to what is happening. I'm not sure if my account got hacked somehow or it has something to do with the refund or the key I bought from fanatical.
