Can I do all the content as a tank?

I want to know if a nord necromancer tank can do all the content solo?

This means dungeons and all the endgame stuff.

Edit: with solo i mean with playing teso without real life friends,not to do dungeons without people. Maybe i have not explained right,sorry. Of course i need people to do dungeons and such,but i play solo.
