Shade of Naemon's attack cause game crashing

Shade of Naemon's certain flaming attack cause my game freeze and stop working every time he used it. (The moment it hit me)

I tried disable addons, adjust to the lowest setting, update graphics card driver, repair game client. Nothing is working.

My pc is brand new, not even a week old. I tried google the issue, but nothing came up.

CPU: Ryzen 5 3500X
GPU: RX 570
RAM: 16G
OS: Windows 10 64 bit

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Tried abandon quest and restart it, still doesn't work.

Edit 2: Tried reinstall the game, doesn't work either.
