Igneous Weapons officially bugged

Igneous Weapons is bugged. It does NOT grant Major Brutality. (It grants Major Sorcery and Minor Brutality fine however.)

I thoroughly tested it myself and with a guild mate, so it is not a problem related to my character.

@ZOS_GinaBruno please make the devs aware of the issue. Thank you very much and a happy weekend!


ps. I invite any stam dks to test this for themselves and comment if it works for someone.
