This skill has worked properly for me throughout the non-vet campaign and of course in PvE. Now I'm vr7 I homed scourge and I notice a lot of the time my killers blade skill sometimes does basically no damage on players far under 25% health. So, is this is a bug with the ability or is their something that can actually mitigate my damage to where I'm hitting (consistently) only 1,000-2,000 critical damage on a player with basically no health on their bar. Like I mentioned already, I'm vr7 Im currently running with 5 blue quality hundings and 4 green quality ashens grip all divines with crit damage mundus and 3 purple weapon dmg glyphs on all my jewelry. My weapon damage is exactly 3k (in battle leveled cyrodil) when buffed with rally. I have 43 points in the ritual all precise strikes for 13% crit dmg bonus, 43 hardy in the lady tree and then 43 in the stam regen node under the lover. 45 stam attribute points and 10 in health.
