Nirncrux Drop Rate Ninja Nerfed?

I don't often get Surveys these days but when I do I seem to be coming up empty in the Nirncrux area. Just did a Clothier and Woodworker Survey and neither produced Nirncrux. RNG can be mean at times but this is just plain suspicious.

Did you nerf the drop rate for Nirncrux or something Zenimax? If so change it back... If not perhaps it's time for a bit of an increase.
