TTC client error - server down?

Hi!

Do anybody know if Tamriel Trade Center have problem with their servers right now? TTC client give me error messages and going to their site seem to just not work.

DPS question

build: Magicka pet sorc, Julianos + nerco + ilambris, 2 pets (build from Alcast site), race: high elf, max cp, mundus: mage.
How many dps can i squeeze from this build?
I am interested in non animation canceling mode and with canceling.
All i can do is about 25k dps... while some ppl can do 45k or more. So my question: are trial sets so OP, should i farm them, or they are good only for those who can do perfect weaving and so on?

fix: just made dps dummy and got: 15k lol.

What you LIKE about ESO

Always a lot of negativity and people bashing ZOS. So I'll start a thread and name some things I like about ESO. Heres just a few off the top of my head:
  • Not level gated anymore
  • Dungeon, Trial, Monster sets are account bound and not character bound (can you imagine?)
  • The community overall is awesome
  • You can clear majority of content playing how you like and using non-Meta builds
  • Transmute system

Venom Arrow and New interrupts

So with Poison Injection being the most used morph for Pve and Pvp can we get something else with venom arrow?

You indirectly nerfed the under used morph of a skill and now we don’t get the effects of this skill if they are CC immune.

I would suggest to always apply the poison status effect to the target.

Anyone else use this morph like me and would like to have it adjusted for these changes?

Warden Questions

Hi all. Just purchased the Warden class last night and wanted some information about them. What role does a Warden play the best (healer, tank, melee, or ranged/caster)? Do they do better using magika or stamina? I don't have the werewolf DLC yet so there's that as well.

Meditate Needs To Be Fixed

When im dueling or fighting people it takes 2-4 bashes in a row to interupt someone meditating! They can just keep spamming it and we cant interupt it instantly i literally had to spam bash and run out of stam. Can it please be changed to 1 bash = interupt?

Over ons
Na heel lang binnen de Nederlandssprekende community in ESO actief te zijn geweest, hebben we gemerkt dat er een gat is voor een echte progressie guild binnen deze community. Zo kwamen we op het idee om het initiatief te nemen en dit op te zetten. We zijn een kleine progressie guild met als doel om de meest moeilijke trials in het spel te behalen en competitieve scores neer te zetten. Wij willen ook een guild zijn die nieuwe/onervaren spelers die echt geïnteresseerd zijn in raiding te helpen om beter te worden. Meeste van onze leden hebben alle Craglorn trials in HM gehaald. Een groot deel heeft ook al vHoF HM, vMoL HM, vAS+2 en vCR+3 gehaald.

Waar zijn we op zoek naar
Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar alle rollen (Tank/Healer/DD).

Algemene vereisten
• Ervaring met alle veteran Craglorn trials. Ervaring met vMoL, vHoF, vAS en vCR is een plus
• In staat om duidelijk in het Nederlands te communiceren
• Je hebt een microfoon en kan Discord en/of Teamspeak gebruiken
• Je hebt toegang tot alle trials (Craglorn en DLC)
• Een positieve houding tijdens het raiden en respect voor alle leden binnen en buiten de raids
• Je bent in staat om voor de duur van alle raids te blijven
• Je hebt een basis beheersing van de mechanics in het spel en de rol die je wilt spelen
• Je staat open om jezelf te verbeteren en bent bereid om serieuze raiding te doen, en niet enkel gaan voor de clears, achievement en/of skins

Rol afhankelijke vereisten
• Tanks: Kunnen goed in een teamverband spelen en hebben (bijna) alle bis (best in slot) sets, of bereid om die te farmen. Een goeie kennis van je class/rol en spel mechanics, buff/de-buff up-times en crowd control is een must.
• Healers: Kunnen goed in een team spelen en zijn in staat om naast het in leven houden van het team de uptimes van de buffs en de-buffs te garanderen. Je hebt bis gear of bent bereid om die te farmen.
• Damage Dealers: Je bent in staat om minstens 35k dps te doen op een 6 mil dummy. Drain, shards/orbs en major breach/fracture kan aangeboden worden. We kunnen je altijd advies geven om 35k te halen. Tijdens het raiden verwachten we een goeie single-target dps, maar ook een goeie survivability (in staat zijn om in leven te blijven).

Dutch progression guild is recruiting. We aim to clear the most difficult content and get competitive scores. The demands are that you can speak Dutch and have the bis sets (or willing to farm it) and as a dd can do 35k dps on a 6 mil dummy.

Lag spikes & DC frequently

So I've been playing for the past week and a half after quitting for probably 2 years. I was thoroughly enjoying my time back in ESO until I started playing for anything more than 20 minutes. I am getting huge lag spikes, rubberbanding like mad, and then get kicked offline. This is the ONLY game this is happening in. Every other online game I play I sit at under 35 MS and have no connection problems. ESO, on the other hand, will suddenly say I have 999+ MS, I rubberband, and then I get kicked offline. I can be out in the world just riding to the next place I need to go to or I can be in a city crafting or I can be gathering materials in the world and this will happen. My internet speeds are around 100 MBPS so I shouldn't have any issues playing the game. When I do speed tests I am getting anywhere from 15 MS to 27 MS according to both the Xfinity speed test and the Ookla speed test. I searched the PC Tech Support forums for an answer before posting this and I read this stock response on multiple posts. I have done each and every one of the things listed below and NOTHING is fixing the problem. I want to know what I can do to fix this damn problem or is this a YOU problem?

Power cycle and then test your network

If playing on console, you can reset your machine's IP by performing a hard reset. To do so, hold down the power button on the console itself and allow it to completely shut down. Once complete, turn off your modem or router as well and wait 10 minutes before turning all of your devices back on.

If playing on PC/Mac, you should also try turning off your modem or router for 10 minutes before rebooting.


Forward the game ports

To best access The Elder Scrolls Online you should configure you routers to open the following outbound ports:

All Platforms

TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
TCP Port 80
TCP Port 433


Check for updates

You should also ensure that the ESO Launcher has downloaded and installed all available updates before logging back in. If on console, we also recommend completely closing out the game and allowing the system to check for game updates before restarting the game itself.


Give ESO and Steam access to Mac

If playing ESO on Mac, you should ensure that both Steam and ESO have access to your machine by navigating to the Security & Privacy menu, selecting Privacy, then clicking on Accessibility and adding them to the list.


Reset the ProgramData folder

If playing on PC, you can also try resetting the ProgramData folder:
  1. Close both ESO and the ESO Launcher.
  2. Open the game's installation directory.
  3. Open the folder named Launcher.
  4. Inside the "Launcher" folder, there is a folder named "ProgramData".
  5. Rename the "ProgramData" folder to "ProgramDataBackup".
  6. Open the launcher and download update.
  7. Click Play.

BGs: We need to be able to vote kicking out a player

I really enjoy BGs, and about half the time I play by myself, grouped with random people. And though most of the time it's fine, there are some people out there who just come to get carried through the BG to earn that random BG XP, troll around, or who knows what...

Examples:
Enter the BG. Greet people. See a couple of people with very low health. Ask them if they've eaten (aka remind them). One says yes, health increased. Other person says no. And continue the whole BG like that.

Enter the BG. Greet people. See someone with less than 15k health. Same thing. They drink. A green food that does not even provide health. Whole BG with someone with less than 15k health.

If right at the start someone starts trolling in chat, or has low health, or anything similar that indicates that they are not here to contribute or do anything meaningful, any player should be able to call for a vote, just like PvErs get the chance to do so in dungeons. I rather kick someone before the BG starts and find another player mid-way, than to get stuck with someone that clearly is not even trying.

Otherwise it gets pretty tiring for those of us who are playing BGs on the regular.

High Elf Class (somewhat noobish, but please read)

I am interested in playing a High Elf, my issue is that on one side I want to do stamina but on another side I know they have passives for magic. Now I have played a Magic Dragon Knight before so I want to switch it up. Any suggestions? Templar seems nice but I am not sure if it is good with dps, as that is what I want. I also don't want to go full light armor (I am sick of robes) I want to either go light or heavy. I do want to kind of be maybe on the battlemage side of things. Hit hard with magic but also be able to take hits. Maybe I should go Sorcerer? Some help here would be greatly appreciated.

Making Imperial City it's Own Campaign

Imperial City needs to be turned into base game content that is compacted down into it's own campaign.

Instead of having IC split up between every other Cyro campaign, we should just have two IC servers. (CP and no CP). It should not be connected to normal Cyro campaigns in any way. I could sit here and type a paragraph about why I think this is necessary, but I'm sure most people already get the point.

In a nutshell, we get a higher density of players, and removing the tedious run through Cyro to get to sewers. It would also make it more difficult to hide away on dead campaigns to farm tel-var without consequence.

DC Player in Alkosh trading kills/D ticks for emp push

There is 0 action on the map, and this campaign is very quiet throughout the day, it's the brand new 7 day camp. I have been here since it was added. At 11 A.M the now leader has gained over 300k AP in less than an hour with nothing on the map flipping. At one point I caught where he was and was getting D ticks of over 7k within 2 minutes of each other, he then left and started doing it elsewhere. It's near impossible to find where this is because nothing ever goes under attack. I have the instances where I got the D ticks recorded. As someone experienced in PvP there is no way this person is not cheating.

ESO Lore Names in character names not allowed anymore

I made this post as a warning: as of now, it is not allowed to name your characters after ESO lore characters. I logged in this morning to find this:

I asked the devs through our discord, and apparently I was not allowed to call my character sheogorath. Next time I log in I have to rename him. I've had the character for at least half a year, I made it because I wanted to make him like uncle sheo and now I was told that it's not allowed.

I want to prevent that others experience this too, so be aware!

Riding off into the sunset? (unable to use any skills/buttons)

I should clarify, this is only happening in Cyrodiil.

For whatever weird reason, I am on my horse riding simulator in Cyrodiil when I get a loading screen. Shortly after the loading screen, my character just keeps riding her horse and I am unable to stop/dismount or use any abilities. Escape does not work. Nothing.

I finally have to go to desktop and manually close ESO, and start all over. Is anyone else experiencing this?
I know it has something to do with the load screen because every time I get one, this happens.

Delve Bosses - Worth killing on alts ?

When you're leveling alts and running through maps to get the skyshards; Do you kill the delve bosses? Do they give good exp or do you simply kill it for the achievements since gears while leveling don't matter.

Sets for Stamina Sorcerer PvE

So I finally got my Stamina Sorcerer to CP780. Took a few days lol.
I have only run Magicka toons for PvE, and farmed sets with my Magblade for this moment.
What sets are good for a player just starting out with a Stamina toon? This is what I have so far
Vicious Ophidian
Relequen
Hundings Rage

Is HR/VO still a good idea? This isn't a L2P thing (well kind of is lol), I'm honestly looking for tips from Stamina users.
