Dippin Dottz is now recruiting! (Social Guild)

Associated with the DottzGaming.com website, YouTube channel and live stream is the Dippin Dottz Guild!

Dippin Dottz is on every platform on both the EU and NA servers! While I myself am only in and the guildmaster of the PC NA guild, select members from the community on the various platforms have stepped up to run extensions of the guild on their respective platforms! The guilds utilize discord to act as a central hub so that all members of all guilds are able to interact!

Dippin Dottz is primarily a social guild, with members having a wide variety of interests. No matter what you like doing in game, whether it be trials, veteran dungeons, PvP, questing, gold making, etc, there will be people in Dippin Dottz who share your interests! Members are always grouping together to do various activities, offering each other advice, and just hanging out! It is truly a friendly and tight-knit community to be a part of! We have no experience requirements, level requirements, etc. We are simply a community of players of all skill levels just looking to have fun and enjoy and discuss the game that Zenimax has created.

I believe this is the name of the set that makes 5500 of your opponent’s healing negligible.

I’m an Xbox player (PvP mainly) so I don’t have access to the PTS.

Is this set going to make it to live? Please tell me it isn’t. Is it as bad as it sounds?

ive realized i dont have eso plus on also dont have the thieves guild dlc but im still able to loot thieves box(you know that little blue whining box that im pretty sure you dont get access to it if you dont own thieves guild dlc). did something chance? i wanted to ask about this long ago but yeah..laziness

Hi all! My name is RavenSworn, have been playing since beta started and loving this game so far!

I remembered the first few months of trying out the game, finding out how some of the mechanics work and so on. It was frustrating and I thought I would like to start a guild that focuses on new players or even returning players alike and help them gain some traction with the game play and such. It's my aim to help out these players and I would love to include those solo players that might need help once in a while with questing, grinding or what not.

I am also looking for veteran / new players to join us and help out with guild events or just managing some of the events planned out. We would appreciate and strongly recommend that you have Discord so as to keep up with our guild communications. Check out our discord servers and do drop by to ask around for more info. UPDATE *we have reached 400+members! We are looking for late night US based players or Oceanic players. Most of our players are playing in the EST/PST timezone so it would be awesome if we can get more late nighters, morning rushers or Oceanic / Aus players looking to find a home.

The Welkynar Motif in Crown Store

Any idea how long this motif will stay in Crown Store? I'm waiting for my ESO subscription to be reapplied in mid October and I was going to use those Crowns on this motif. But I don't want it disappearing without me knowing.

Will they add a countdown (as in Days Left) to it? Or will it be pulled on a certain day? Or can they just pull it randomly one day?

Murkmire Intro quest available and bugged

I just started the Murkmire intro quest. You can buy it from the crown store for free. But it is bugged. At some point you need to enter a place called “The Sunless Hollow” and you get an error message “You lack the correct permissions to transfer here”. @ZOS_GinaBruno

I see lots of people trying to enter, but not succeeding, so it’s not just me.

the eternal question of what stat is better

i will use max magicka / spell damage for reference, but all question also apply to max stamina / weapon damage.

which is better? max magicka or spell damage? i know the ratio is something around to 10.5 to 1 (items grant the same amount of stats whichever stat it has)
Which of those stats should i make higher? How do i know to max the magicka stat or spell damage?

Enchants on armor pieces are magicka, so my guess is that maxing magicka is better.
But there's the buff with 20% spell damage, so i suppose this is better.
Light attacks scale with max magicka, so this one is better? Since spells scale with both max magicka and spell damage.
But spells scale off the highest stat? So for example a spell will deal same damage with either 1k max magicka and 1k spell damage, or 2k magicka?

So- I was on Reddit and I saw a post about a grave stone in the middle of Auridon. Rumor has it that it was in memory of a player who died. Other people mentioned that there's other "memorials" throughout Tamriel in recognition of other players who have passed away as well (ie: a sheep in Stormhaven). Do you know of any locations? I'd like to visit them since Dia de los Muertos is coming up. It's just my way of honoring other gamers.

Please- don't mention the actual player's name, though.

As a PTS player, do you feel like your feedback is valued?

I'm hearing frustration from participants of the PTS server, concerning time invested and feedback given after testing.

I realize this is perception, and doesn't reflect the sentiments of everyone. Hence, the poll.

There are volumes of feedback given by people, but it seems that the update notes very rarely change. It seems more like an exercise in bug squishing, rather than true efforts to listen, and shift proposed changes based on the voice of this community after testing.

Any warden player that pulls 30+ k DPS?

So any warden players out there that pull 30 k DPS with a somewhat easy rotation?

I'm interested in both stamina and magica setups, since I want to try something new away from healing.

So if you pull 30+ k:

1. Mag or Stam?
2. Gear
3. Skills
4. Rotation
5. Food/drink/potion


Would be appreciated to get some pointers :)

Think it's a bit strange how you can't dye the feathers of the Welkynar style

Considering how .. steep the grind is.... and how it costs six thousand crowns... I think it's a bit strange how players are unable to dye the feathers/wings considering they're such an important part of the chest piece.

Still incredibly pleased with how beautiful it looks on my main, but this is a gripe.. The feather's are like a dark green-black, so I dyed part of her staff a similar shade to match them T-T.

Just wondering why this is?

What possible reason would there be to not allow players to dye them?

This is the build I will running on my NB Sap Tank/Healer in BGs/Open World PvP.

Goal of the build is to pressure the enemy team, add support healing and make a few kills in the process all while not dieing.

Will we ever see Maelstrom weapon alternatives? (It's 2018.....)

Lets be real here. The Maelstrom weapons have been out for quite some time now and the majority of the players have issues/struggles with VMA. Don't get me wrong I think its wonderful when people can actually accomplish VMA; good on ya. But if you look up almost any build, You are guaranteed to see a Maelstrom weapon attached to it for the end game builds/ maximum dps.

Will we ever see Maelstrom equivalent type weapons? Some people just dont like to do arena's, Its a shame these types of weapons dont drop in vet trial Group dungeons etc. Why isolate people to do vMaelstrom to get the weapons required for max dmg output., why must it be only this arena? I would like to see more alternatives . Anyhow thats just my opinion; again Im not saying nerf or take away VMA, not saying put these weapons in other places for people to collect, its been years, alternative weaopons that are just as good as VMA would be appreciated by now.
