This bug is ruining PVP, and I consider it game-breaking
For people who do not PVP, let me explain a bug that is what I consider game-breaking. There is a bug that causes you to stay stuck in combat.
While stuck in combat, you cannot:
1) mount your mount to ride to a new location
2) use transitus shrines to move to a new location
3) use Keep Recall stones
4) check your mail
Reloading your UI does not get rid of your combat status.
You have to die, or suicide, to end it.
In a fast paced environment like PVP you have to be able to move around your map. Keep Recall Stones are virtually useless when stuck in combat. You stand around and wait and wait and wait and wait, hide, swap weapons, still stuck in combat.
In PVE, if this much disruption was interfering with content, it would get patched eventually. This bug has not been addressed in Murkmire, or the follow-up patches. This, on top of our other issues in PVP like lag, make it miserable.
How far does PVP need to fall before ZOS takes some notice?
While stuck in combat, you cannot:

Shields Are Alright With 30K Health.
Well, now I’ve talked to some friends that play magic toons and the consensus is you need to have 30k health now.
I barely play magic toons so don’t really care a lot, but this is lame af. My MagWarden That had 16 or 17k shields, now has a 7K shield and you broke the bear. Not that I used it or anything, but still.
My tank has little more than 30K health.
The changes made by this DLC are just silly. I don’t get them at all. I don’t have the burning desire to figure out another build for a toon to try and get back some power that was taken away by the designers sweeping nerf effects.
And many others don’t either. They started playing other stuff already.
Cyrodil PvP is playing like crap. No one cares.
The new DLC is crap. Zone is hideous. The new trial is a POS. Wtf did they do this for? No one I know has beat the new vet trial yet. Most still can’t beat vet MoL, HoF, AS, or Cloudrest either.
My friends list has been decimated. It’s only been a week. Maybe they’ll start coming back? Maybe not? Well see.

What do you think of Healer Progression in Game?
How do you decide you are getting better? How do you compare to other healers or other healer classes? What makes you a skilled healer? What do you think is important? Anything you wish you could change or add?

UI update and Guild love much needed.
First not many players have seen the lack of Guild functions. Being unaware of the limits they do not post about needed changes. @ZOS_RobGarrett several UI updates could be done at the same time. Yes, some of these can be done with addons but not all can use addons. The game should serve all clients regardless of platforms. Some addons can not efficiently handle functions either.
Guild
Need ways to limit access to bank, such as allowing subdivision with different rank access. Even a static 100 per permission grouping would be better. Having one 100 group subdivide to 4 25 groups would be even better. As a GM there are items I would love make self service with limiting draws from a stack over a definable period.
Guild Info section needs to allow more characters, as it is MOTD is used for this when it should not have to.
Guild Calendar - Rank permissions for changes. Don't care if you require 75+ members to unlock. (Unlock requirements are good to limit resources use in a game. Reducing load.)
GM eyes only notes, could be granted by rank option to read.
Internal Guild Auction feature - items could be right clicked or dragged to add window. Then locks down in Guild bank until sold or removed. Auction time limits could be set with reserve prices on items. Members would have a click button on info page to open the Guild Auction window to place bids, reserves gold until out bid or win. Items shipped by mail just as bought items are. Items not sold at end would be unlocked again. A way for a text sale item as well, would create a place holder icon that is locked in guild bank as well, this allows for usual auction items such as a promise for crafting or CS purchase gifting. Could have a 200+ members to unlock.
GM mass mail function to guild. Don't care if you require 100+ members to unlock.
Guild Invite rejection list. Allows greater protection of members from those a GM's deems unsuitable for membership. Not everyone does or can get along.
Trader
Improved native search capability. Allows us to make better use of a Trader, not talking about a one stop, just on the one we are at. A native search also would reduce searches down to just the item parameters set. No more looking through pages of other items if you do not want to.
Reporting
Allow for Other category, there are times nothing applies.
Improved player reporting system, something you don't have to by right up on them to start report.
Chat
Allow for nickname of players or guilds. Some names are just too long, pushing the actual chat message way out of place.
Date and Time Stamp feature.
Zone RP Chat - Give a place for RP, it'll just make those that want and those that don't that much happier.

Should there be a Vampire Rework?
^ Just asking, i don't find them that appealing, werewolves are much cooler, you turn into a werewolf and have a whole set of abilities which makes it amusing. When i use vampire skills it just seems so boring, and having to feed constantly.

Proposed Character UI change (No CP option)
Note: Perhaps i'm missing it, but I didn't find an add-on for this with a quick search. Even if this does exist through some other UI add-on, would still be a nice addition. Being originally an xbox player, this would be essential for them as well.
A simple quality of life addition that I would like to see is a way to view your stats without CP. Lately I've been playing more in Sotha Sil due to friends that are learning PvP. Also playing more BGs (save me from the zergs
) I love to theorycraft and messing around with builds so this would be a great quality of life change for players. It's time consuming to travel into the campaign, then back out, then back in, etc to view stats/mess with gear. Yes I know you could take out your CP and those types of things, but typically I'm only in there when they're on and don't want to drop 3k every time we need to add/drop CP. Not sure if this has been proposed before or not, good chance someone has down the road, but hopeful that it could be implemented.

2h Uppercut's - Spoiler: it feels awful.
Edit: This poll was made right when Murkmire launched and cast time abilities were broken. It has since been fixed on PC although the feeling of the ability and it's cast time are a separate discussion. My comments below were based on a feeling I had playing on launch day without understanding that it was legitimately broken to the point where if your reticle fell off your target during the cast time it cancel the attack.
Just wanted to get a feel for how people think Uppercut performs with Murkmire. Last night I decided to make a new build with master dw back bar and a full front bar 5 piece set 2h. I thought with the changes to major expedition and swift, it would feel less clunky then before. The skill is so slow on the animation that i found myself spamming the button trying to cast it on melee characters in pvp. As soon as they exceed the limits of the attack or walk through you (very easy to do) the animation won't fire off and you have to recast, this is extremely annoying. Standing there basically light attacking the target which is clunky too.
Light attacks have their own gcd of .8-9 seconds? So when you miss an uppercut and try to light attack-weave another uppercut, your met with nothing.
Is this suppose to be balanced? The skill feels very weak when competent players know how to easily deal with it. You almost have to catch people off guard everytime.
What's everyone's opinion on the skill?

New Weapon Skill Line
So, during one of the recent ESO live streams the words "new weapon line" slipped out of someone's mouth, leading me to believe that a new weapon line will be included in the upcoming Chapter update. Let's speculate on what it might be.
1) One-hand and Rune - the icon for this skill line was found in the game files since launch. Like the Warden, it looks like this was abandoned in early development. Could it be reintroduced in the upcoming Chapter, finally enabling classic spellswords and replacing these strange magicka dual-wielders?
2) Alteration Staff - Imagine a new support-based backbar for healers, full of group buffs and enemy debuffs. Or perhaps they'll revert the Ice Staff tanking and let Alteration staffs serve as the magicka tanking staff.
3) Unarmed - a classic Elder Scrolls combat style that has gotten no love in ESO. Will it finally happen?
I don't know. What other ideas are bouncing around out there?

In The Burnt Branch Quest, when you return to Hands-that-Heal and he sends you off to find the branch, he says, "I couldn't BARE to..." This should say, "I couldn't BEAR to...." unless it's a pun and I'm missing it, which is possible.
In any event, if y'all ever need someone to edit your dialogue before it goes live, I'm on board.
Just tell me where to apply.

Cloudest Issues PC/NA

My raid team went into vCR tonight to continue our progression on +1 Lightning. We ran into several issues with things not rendering correctly. We gave up on +1 and attempted +0 but couldn't clear either one because the rendering bugs made the Trial very nearly unplayable. Here is a list:
1. Shadow realm portal would not render intermittently and/or would flicker.
2. The beam on Crushing Darkness would disappear.
3. The spears needing to be sent down were not rendering or very difficult to see.
4. The portal in the Shadow Realm to jump up was invisible.
5. The sparkles from Relequens heavy attack were invisible.
6. The heavy attack indicators on the mini-bosses were absent.
Please fix. The Trial is pretty much unplayable as is. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_BrianWheeler @ZOS_RichLambert @ZOS_Finn @ZOS_Wrobel

Most fun(not best) tanking class?
I'm looking to create an alt and to level undaunted/help lower level friends by tanking.
I have a tank dk for vet trials/hm achievements as my main. I know warden is also a good tank but the style seems pretty similar.
I want to know which class offers the most unique and fun change of pace. I will mostly top out at tanking vet hm dungeons so any class should work.

Merchants from Hammerfell to Elsweyr and Morrowind have opened their stalls and invite you to haggle and trade.
You can find it in the Daggerfall Overlook just outside of Daggerfall!
This is my Daggerfall Overlook on PC/EU. I built a small town with narrow alleys, a park and various unique market stalls around the castle. In addition all crafting tables are either integrated in the stalls, or have their own crafting shop.

flickering screen
After downloading today's patch the game has become unplayable for me. As soon as I move my character the screen starts flickering hideously! I did NOT have that problem in the morning before maintenance! This is very annoying. Is there anything I can do?
And concerning the performance problems: as far as could see - when I did not move my character - the performance of the game (low fps) is still the same as before the patch. I cannot start in fullscreen either, the launcher still wants me to click in the password box twice before I can type in my pwd.
