What happens if current Emperor abandons campaign
Does emperor get passed on to someone else? Does no one else become emperor? Is it affected by the current state of the keeps? Does another alliance still have to take ALL emperor keeps before a new player from the same alliance as the old emperor to become the new emperor?

BGs are an absolute DISASTER right now
Every single game I've played today has had someone exploiting either the Draining Shot bug, or the WW bleed bug, or both.
EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. And I've played at least 10 games. I finally gave up.
There is NO REASON why the fixes for game-breaking imbalances and exploitable bugs should have to wait for the new patch. NONE.
All it does is prompt the A**HOLE abusers and exploiters to "Get all they can" before their bull**** is taken away.
Wanna BETA test the new patch? Fine, no problem. But WHY THE *** aren't these bugs getting HOTFIXED?????

Guild note addon?
My guild would like to have a two-part note system, one editable by the player the note belongs to (so players can tell a little about themselves), and the other half editable by officer ranks only (to give commendations for good behavior and such). Is there an addon that allows split permissions like that? Is it possible?

The new vet dungeon cosmetic changes
As a player who has been stat and skill cut off from acquiring such things I'm glad to hear just beating wrathstone malatar vet dungeon gets you the skin.
I've always thought that for just paying and playing the cosmetics should be unlockable without jumping through extra hoops.
My question is this I want the worm cult personality from dragon bones with the upcoming necromancer class finally being a thing I'm tempted to buy it but beyond having to get a team to beat it and on vet no less it's still tied to accomplishing a bunch of vet achievements same as shaman skin, same as werewolf sable skin etc.
Can we the casual players expect a retroactive change to these cosmetic skins/personalities where just playing through it on veteran difficulty will be enough to get it?
I hope to hear an official comment as I love to role play in eso I love all my character's to be just that "characters" to not just be a collection of stats and perks a calculation to some never ending quest for an edge in combat.
I want them to have a story, to be a part of something for friends and strangers to look and say he put thought and effort into this I wonder if he plays up that look as a character really immerses himself.
Every character I have is it's own person outfits, emotes personalities, skills playstyle I cater them all to how I play them be it a charming khajiit nightblade in thieves guild armor, or an altmer donned in Maormer gear wielding the storm elements they are known for a outcast from them finding his place amongst the normal races, or My dinner Vampire dk a master of sword and bow forged in the fires and ash dunes of morrowind granted the gift of immortality used not as a curse but as a way to ensure his work alongside his high elf werewolf templar friend of protecting tamriel from threats at home and abroad may be pursued diligently to bring the warring factions to some measure of peace (and more than a few coop vampire and werewolf playful banter to be had along the way)
With the upcoming release of necromancy and previous undead themed mounts, pets, skins, and personalities there is alot of potential for my new future idea's to take root.
So please make it easier for us roleplayers and adventurers to immerse ourselves in the bold and rich lore we love so much to become puckish rogues, dashing heroes, wicked villains, or any number of unique and created self made pocket stories that make up this online world.
A humble request from a fan since original elder scrolls 3 Morrowind goty a game that changed my life and sparked a love of fantasy games that has endured and blossomed with every beautifully crafted world I've set boots claws and paws in since!

Download Stall
Ive been a player since beta and now I'm trying to do a reinstall on the game because I thought there was an issue with the launcher not downloading patches. I cant seem to be able to submit a ticket because there is no Submit button. When I bring up the launcher, It says verifying until it reaches about 8%. Then it says download stalled, will sit there for a minute or 2 and then the launcher will crash. Any suggestions on how to fix would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time.

Addon Request: Camera Zoom Lock
I would like to request a simple addon that locks and unlocks camera zoom level at set distance, by tapping a single button.
Use case: I set camera distance that I like -> I click designated button -> buttons that zoom in and out don't do that anymore untill I click designated button again.
Problem that this addon would be solve:
Many people (including me) use middle mouse button to activate an ability. However in the heat of battle (pvp) we sometimes move mouse wheel a little while pressing middle button. That results in changing zoom distance.

Does getting a ticket response from a specialist always take a week?
I have always gotten pretty fast responses from tickets (like within a day or two) but I opened ticket #190126-004724 last Saturday, got a response within an hour saying they were forwarding my ticket onto a Specialist, and I've heard nothing since and it's now Friday.
I have just never had a ticket take this long so I just wanted to make sure it didn't accidentally fall off or something. If this is normal with a specialist though I understand. Thanks!

Whoever came up with the mud slinging emote, or whatever it is, is a total piece of garbage. It is really stupid, and even worse that I can’t throw the *** into a wood chipper for doing so.
You absolutely should not be able to affect other players in any way unless you have both agreed to it! Fricken rediculous!

Lore lovers of Khajiits, help me on this question
Are Khajiits Magic or Stam? Lore wise, I always thought they were a combination when I read the Lore and I have always felt that the passive for health regeneration should have been magic.
Although they prefer claws to weapons and use stealth, from what I read, the smaller sub races of the Khajiit used magic as opposed to the large races which used physical strength.
When I think about the races of Khajiit, I am just fascinated and find they were all a bit of everything. MOL was a great trial that added both magic and physical damage in the mix and I felt that really showed the array of knowledge they have in the art and history of the race.
To me, they are more than just a beast race. They have knowledge and understanding in the art but don't flaunt it or abuse it (such as Altmer).

What's considered good DPS?
So, I was visiting a guildmate's house, and he had this target dummy (the Precursor). Just for the fun of it, I decided to attack it, and when it was defeated, I got a message that told me my DPS. This came as a surprise, but I'm not sure what is considered good, what is considered adequate, what is considered bad... So, I don't know where I stand.
In case you're curious, I did 3265.0 DPS in 1m39s with my Restoration Staff and Templar spells... Mind you, I was just fooling around, I'm sure I could do more.
