Will anything ever be done to fix this?

travel to a wayshrine - there's a winged twilight flapping in your f'ing face
visit a crafting station to complete a writ - there's a winged twilight flapping in your f'ing face
visit a banker in town - there's a bunch of winged twilights flapping in your f'ing face
go to turn in your writs - there's a winged twilight flapping in your f'ing face

BONUS:
try to interact with a banker/writ turnig/crafting station and theres a stupid bear blocking you

Why can't we have transparency on annoying pets like other games? Especially when they insist on adding so many. Necromancer is going to make this even much worse.

Light an heavy attacks look like jabs and hay makers as they already do.

Skill 1 : hook:- deals x physical damage
Morph 1: elemental hook...infuse your fists with a random magical element dealing x damage.
Morph 2: desecrating hook.... infuse your fists with either disease or poison dealing x damage.
Both morphs have a chance to apply primary status effects.

Skill 2: low blow:- deals 250 oblivion damage.
Morph 1:- also applies major fracture for 28 seconds
Morph 2:- also applies major breach for 28 seconds

Skill 3 :- uppercut;- deals x physical damage
Morph 1: skyward lift, deals additional damage and knocks enemy directly in the air
Morph 2: elemental rise, converts to magic damage and taints the earth with a random element under target dealing x damage per second

Skill 4 war cry:- bolster defenses gaining major resolve and ward.
Morph 1:- mighty bellow:- also applies minor maim to all enemy's within 8 metres and grant's you major brutality
Morph 2:- war chant:- applies minor maim to all enemys within 8 metres and Grant's you major sorcery.

Skill 5:- shoulder charge:- charge your enemy dealing x physical damage.
Morph 1:- boulders charge: grants minor protection for 8 seconds and knocks down all targets in your path.
Morph 2:- elemental dash: charge forward 10 metres leaving a trail of flame, frost and lightning in your wake knocking down all targets hit.

Ultimate: primal instinct(250 ulti cost)
Gain 10k resists and immovable for 10 seconds. But are unable to change bar(essentially an overload bar you can't come out of until the duration is over)
Morph 1: primal roar:- also grant's minor berserk, minor force and increase attack speed by 25%.
Morph 2: mages instinct:- also grant's minor berserk, minor force and increases attack speed by 25%
Passives:-

Inward strength: increase spell and wep damage by 10%//20%

Mending fists: light an heavy attacks heal for 2 and 4k// 3 and 6k.

Opportunist: damage against cc'd enemy's increased by 5//10%

Reduce potion cool down by 10//20//30%

Impending doom: increase damage of HA by up to 300% on enemy's below 25//50% hp( heavy attack execute)

Just a thought for an unarmed tree... numbers can be tweaked on anything.. tried making it a little powerful as you lose out on 2 weapons losing all your weapon damage. And losing 2 PCs to any armour set you could run.

And 2h, Bow, Resto, Destro is only 8 ?

Makes no sense from a crafting to damage point of view ?

Sorcs Need Some Love

Hello everyone,

Now I know a lot of people are thinking that sorcs got buffed through amplatutde passive. But I find my sorc is still struggling to kill and sustain same as ever, even worse in excuation phase. The only way that allowed sorc to compete with other classes in excuation, is the fact that they have 2 instead of 1 like all classes. From a PVE prospective ampulsion and mages wrath would proc for around 20k each, while jesus beam would proc 25-40k per tic, impale for at least 30k. What I'm tring to say is that mages wrath is very low dmg exucation in comprison to other classes. There is also 2 passives that are completly useless for non pet sorcs, blood magic passive is nerfed(maybe fixed) I use to heal my charcter with each tick from the supression field, now blood mahic only work on the ulti when it's first proc. Also, 9% mag regen could have been better, but I don't see it helping with sustain at all.

What do you think?

Crashed on my way to a dungeon, kicked from the group and the kick in the teeth? Got a penalty.

This constantly happens, I don't remember days when I don't crash. It's not my internet, it's not my add-ons, my game is up to date and doesn't need a repair, it's the servers, unable to handle so many people, so they throw people off.

imbue weapons is a good idea, but very clunky

I loved the idea of it, every class, every weapon, regardless of spec, got a spamable.

awesome

however, the actual imbue only lasting 2 seconds and triggering only on a light is annoying.

the light attack is very clunky, is it will not trigger on heavy attacks or "medium" attacks, so if you click or hold down attack for even a nano sec to long (or if the game thinks you did) it will not fire. this makes the skill REALLY inconsistent as sometimes your imbue simply wont be there and you think you did everything right.

next is the 2 seconds, by the time the animation finishes your already a second into its time, it really needs to be increased to 3-4 seconds to allow for ease of execution as well as the times where you might accidently activate another skill ahead of it (HOW DARE YOU!) I have often gone to do something like imbue , light attack , rapid regen, and the rapid will fire off before the light and the imbue will have ended. insert any skill you might have hit between imbue and the light and you get the point.

the skill is a great idea, and a great addition, I noticed in fact that most of the psijic skill line seems devoted to introducing catch all skills into the game to help fill possible gaps, and that fine, but imbue is by far the clunkiest spamable in the game. the skill makes you feel like your lagging by design, with it constantly not going off because. . .reasons! and your left to figure out what you did wrong (or if it actually was lag, it could be)


so please, make it fire on light and heavies (and everything inbetween) and increase the time up to 3-4 seconds for ease of use and to account for the randomness of live action combat games.

More Keybinds, Please

For gamepad UI users and console players.

I have an injury irl that prevents me from having full function in my hands, so I cannot use keyboard and mouse. I play everything nowadays with my xbox controller, as its the only way I can possibly game.

One thing that disheartens me is the distinct lack of possible keybinds gamepad users have access to.

Looking at the current game keybinds, the game allows for a pull of the left trigger/l2 and the A button as the default keybind to dodge roll. Why then is there no keybind available for LT+B, LT+Y, LT+A, RT+A/B/X/Y

This would give a huge quality of life and playability boost to gamepad users without stepping on the toes of anyone else, and definitely help make gamepad users more competitive in pvp. I know theres a ton of great players out there who use gamepad mode, but I think more keybinds is something everyone can get behind.

I know this sounds like an off-topic discussion, but I have my motives. I only ask because, as I thought might happen, the Morrowind expansion didn't live up to my expectations. Vvardenfell was a nice enough zone, and you can tell they certainly put a lot of effort into it, but it only made me log off and load up the real Morrowind.
So from one Elder Scroll nerd to another, what made Morrowind so magical to you? I'm hoping to spark up some discussion here so that maybe ZOS can use it when designing new chapters.

It's not something I've really though about before. I just knew that I loved it, but I couldn't describe why. But I think it may have been:

- The oddly shaped architecture
- The characters you met were extremely weird in a lot of cases. You never knew who you'd run into. A naked nord spelled by a Witch perhaps? A fair lady in love with the man who robbed her. A Bosmer falling from the sky because of a failed spell.
- The soundtrack. Need I say more? Jeremy Soule is a genius. 'Call of Magic' playing in the background while you explore the vast lands of Morrowind was an absolute pleasure, and it's a tune you never forgot. Ever.
- As with most Bethesda games, exploring was a blast. You had no idea what you'd find. And I don't know about you, but the ancestral tombs used to scare the crap out of me as a boy. I'd see something screeching and coming at me, my heart would beat like a drum and I'd run to the nearest exit. It just shows how immersive Morrowind truly was. You didn't play the game - you lived it.
- It was hard as balls. ESO is so easy now you can just about 1-2 tap enemies and they drop like a fly. It's just not fun. I remember Imperial City enemies being extremely tough. You had to carefully approach even a group of 3 mobs. In Morrowind I could get killed by the first mudcrab just outside of Seyda Neen. So I equipped the health ring I found in the barrel, braced myself, and I took on that mudcrab again. Victory! I felt accomplished. Yeah, accomplishment is not something you feel in ESO. Not anymore.
- Lycanthropy and Vampirism felt like actual curses. In Morrowind you had to travel by night as a Vampire, and most people would not talk to you or try to kill you, except the Mages Guild. But the game didn't end there. There were Vampire-specific quests you could do and advance the ranks in your clan. As for Werewolves, you would be forced to change every night after a vision of Hircine. If you were seen transforming guards would try to kill you from that point on. You also had to kill at least one NPC per transformation, or you'd wake up in a weakened state. Though with all these downsides, Werewolves were fierce, and extremely agile. You could literally jump onto houses.
- The DLCs. Bloodmoon (Solsthiem), and Tribunal (Mournhold) were simply amazing. I loved them both.. probably Solstheim the most just because Werewolves. I loved helping out at Raven Rock and watching it grow over time. I really hope ZOS look at doing a Solstheim chapter or DLC one of these days.

This bug exist since i started playing pve (dungeon, trials), at begining of clockwork city DLC (Asylum to be exact) i started getting "stuck in block animation", but it was during progression, we were always 1-2hours in same instance, and that was the last problem i worried about, and it did not really affect my gameplay.. But as new patches came out one by one, i was getting this bug more and more, and i noticed that my Light attacks are not registering sometimes.. Few patches later:
When Summerset came out, this bug became "famous" everyone got this bug, but it was more or less visual bug.. But after every maintenance this bug just became worst and worst, people were missing light attacks, block did not register at all etc..
Today (Murmire DLC) this bug makes game unplayable.

I contacted customer support many many times, but as everyone knows its less then 1% chance they will help you out (assuming you are not talking to a bot)
Only thing they said is that addons are casuing this problem, but i disabled all addons, well its not truth, here's 1st video:

You can see here that before combat everything was oke, and in some moment, i just got that bug, and it caused my merciless resolve not to cast properly ( i couldnt bow proc at all ), that's really big problem for endgame raiding.

Story doesnt end here, biggest issue IMO is not being able to block, here's a video:

I blocked every stomp from boss but game doesnt register it.

In both of this videos i did not use any addons, all installed addons DOES NOT affect this bug, because i have been playing at least 4 other characters for a very long time in trials and i NEVER got this bug on any character other then my main (MagBlade). I have been playing my warden healer for at least 3 months in Cloudrest and i never got a bug, same thing for my stamblade in vHoF, and my tenk.. Also i tried using my mobile 4g, reinstalling whole game, nothing helped, bug is still here (and it's not only me, there are plenty of people in pvp/pve who are affected by this).

State of PvP: Poor Performance

So, I’ve been playing ESO for quite some time now (since 2015) and I’ve played every patch since then except homestead. With that being said Wrathstone is the worst patch in my opinion in terms of performance. The obvious issue is lag , which seems to only get worse rather than better. Which is baffling because the population has dwindled and the player cap is lower than what it once was.

As of Wrathstone when it’s prime time the game is pretty much unplayable and a lot of deaths boil down to poor performance.

Some examples of the issues with PvP: Ccs can’t be broken, you’re capable of getting double ccd, can’t pop potions, dodge roll (and why can you get cced mid dodge roll?) not working, skills wont fire off, health de syncs are still a thing, can’t see certain skills Ex. permafrost, mitigation bug, and delayed damage. These things can make PvP a really frustrating experience, even more so when you’re attempting to play alone, which is already in a bad place without poor performance.

My biggest issue is I feel like the devs don’t communicate enough about these issues with the player base. Thoughts ?

I have been trying to finish the Skyshard Global Achievement for the furniture item and was horrified to discover you needed the shards from all 3 alliance areas. I do not PVP, I hate PVP, and honestly wish it wasn't even part of a game or at least a completely separate world server, but people enjoy it so live and let live I say. Though it is beyond me why would they put PVE content in a zone that then forced people to PVP? So I waited till the server was quiet, then I went into the zone on the lowest population version of the campaign I could find to try and get what I needed, which worked fine, till I realized that 4 skyshards were impossible to get without a full campaign going on because they were locked behind the gates of the other 2 factions. It is bad enough to put PVE in a PVP zone, to force people to have to travel through a PVP zone, but then to lock the items behind gates that cant be open without being involved in PVP is ridiculous! What were they thinking? Why do they hate PVEers so much? If it was just an achievement then I could just say forget it, but then they decide to attach one of the cooler housing items to it.


With all the changes to the game, I think its time for PVP to be removed from the Skyshard Achievement much like Craglorn is, stop punishing PVEers especially when it is such a simple thing to change. Even better make it a global account achievement if you don't want to remove the PVP zones from it so all you need is one character of each faction just to go in and get the ones behind the gates and be done with it. I have been working on this for days now I am stuck sitting in a PVP Campaign hoping that one of the gates opens and stays open long enough for me to get to it and through it , and survive all the players trying to kill me, just to get the last 4 shards I need.
