Hey everyone i am the gm of Panda Force and as some people must know, we took a long break since october 2018 around, our actions went down progressively until december 2018 when we stopped the guild groups. But now we have intention to put steps on the battlefield once again; across months of our history we were always keen to take new potential members and keep growing up together, this time is the same and i would like to invite people to play with us of course always with a good behavior and following our rules.

With the Namira statue being included in the next Crown Crate season it seems like we will being seeing more of the Lady of Decay in the upcoming DLC.

What are your thoughts/theories on how she will be involved? Personally, I see it as a sign of there being more Dro-m'athra (which would make sense with the next chapter being Elsweyr).

Am I the only one in this situation?

I can't get past the first door! There are NPCs in the circular area, but not the main NPC ("No Second Chances" dungeon quest)!

It's practically impossible!

I would not mind seeing a variety selection of squirrels added in Pets menu. Squirrel pets is something unique that would definitely suit well just like the Daedric chicken.

Wood Elves have always been a stealth based race and the main reason to choose these tiny characters is their innate stealth. PVE enemies in this game do not hide, so changing these characters to detect hidden enemies removes an enjoyable and realistic game mechanic and provides no benefit.

Firstly, Wood Elves have always had a head-start bonus to the stealth attribute for the past 5 Elder Scrolls titles. In 3 of those titles, they had a greater bonus to sneaking than any other race. For 5 years in TESO we have used this passive to great effect in all game modes. It is a valuable passive as evidenced by: the continuation (and even improvement) of stealth for Khajiits; two zone DLCs that benefit from this passive; trial and dungeon mechanics that take advantage of being in stealth; and the number of dismayed replies on your official forums.

In the developer notes it states that “many enemies in Tamriel can’t be bothered sneaking about!” The conclusion to replace it with 3 meter stealth detection is a contradiction because if enemies can’t be bothered to stealth, then we don’t need to detect stealth enemies. There isn’t any pve content available in the game that uses stealth detection. In pvp, 3 meters is actually a negligible amount of stealth detection because of how pvp is currently played. Stealth is used from a distance in order to stack bonuses from the Bow skill line. Stealth in melee range, at the pace of the current pvp climate, requires a skill (Vampire or Nightblade) or a potion. Being able to detect within 3 meters is not enough time to even block before a blow from stealth. “Gankers” will not disappear with the removal of this Wood Elf passive, they will just switch to Khajiit for the crits.

The identity of this race, from the first game, have been stealthy archers and thieves. It needs to remain an innate ability of the smallest race in the game to hide better than the largest. Moving this out of the racial passive and into another skill line is not a solution because a large character, such as a Nord, is realistically not as sneaky as the smallest characters. This change goes against the original vision, the established precedent, in-universe realism, and the lore within the game itself. The point of choosing the smallest character model in the game is that it’s better at hiding.

Regarding your dev note, “Previously this passive was shared between Khajiit and Wood Elf, and didn’t help them feel distinct enough from each other.“ Players expect that the smallest characters are the sneakiest, and the effort to make this minor distinction is not worth the cost of removing the main appeal of choosing Wood Elf. Khajiit and Wood Elf are already distinct enough from each other, in physical design and fighting style.

Please, reconsider this change. Stealthiness is THE identifying attribute to this race. The proposed change to this passive is disruptive and counterintuitive. Wood Elf hiding ability has been an established precedent for all 5 TES games and the past 5 years in this game.

It seems I used to get Twitch drop crates much more often. I have "Drops Enabled" channels open nearly entire time during event weekends; 10am Eastern on Friday to 11pm Eastern on Sunday and I seem to only manage 1 crate. Is this normal? It barely seems worth the effort anymore.

PvE end game/progression guild. What we have to offer is organized vTrials, daily pledges, DLC achievement training and more. Our guild is just a couple months old, so our progression has been really fast. Most important is the friendly community, place to stay and improve while enjoying mid and end game content. At the moment we have two different progression groups "Elites" and "Veterans". We take players only in Veteran group for now since Elites are full. Even if you aren't the most experienced and you do not pull all the numbers, you are welcome in the guild to learn and improve. We have tons of experienced players who gladly help you out to achieve almost anything you wish.

Requirements for joining in the Guild:

- 300cp.
- Be willing to challenge yourself and improve.
- Participate in guild chat, events, trials etc. regularly.
- Joining in our Discord is mandatory, but you do not have to have a microphone.
- Be friendly and have patience. We do not tolerate egoists or any toxic behavior.


Requirements for joining in Veteran Group:

- 500cp.
- Having working microphone for communication during raids.
- Being able to join at least once a week for any of our raids.
- Most needed sets for healers and tanks (ask for more info).
- 40k+ DPS for melee classes (6mil, orbs + pen if needed)
- 35k+ DPS for ranged classes (6mil, orbs + pen if needed)
- All veteran mode Craglorn trials completed (HARDMODE NOT NEEDED).


From 1st April we have new raid schedules:

- Elite group trial days are Wednesdays and Fridays at 20:00pm CET.
- Veteran group trial days are Mondays and Saturdays at 20:00pm CET.

Would like to see skills like trapping webs and mystic orbs add added to the parses of the user of the synergy instead of caster. How is that the damage done is effected by the user of the synergy but not on the user of synergy but caster? This affects the general perception of these skills in a negative light of the general community at larger

-I was one of the naysayers towards the changes with Agony (what I have slotted as Healthy Offering). However I am really liking this skill when used conservatively (28m range like BoL, very low-key animation (unlike BoL), doesn't use main resource, Minor Mending + Major Mending w/ HA). My HoTs are enough to work through the damage I cause myself from Healthy Offering.

-Speaking of which, I have 3 HoTs and 3 Burst Heals on my main bar! It's really awesome. Sustain feels forever, stats are well balanced, teammates are surviving, mobility is great!

-That's a huge seller: Being able to keep up with your team, especially in BGs. Forward Momentum allows me to keep moving around staying unrooted, Double Take is nice for the Major Evasion and Major Expedition (which I also get on front bar too), Time Freeze and Manifestion of Terror are both nice options for area denial.

-It's something different. You don't need to crutch on Cloak to survive but it doesn't hurt the build to have it in an emergency. It won't suppress the DoTs from Healthy Offering but they won't break Cloak either.

How is the drop rate? I only had time last night after work to run three characters through the festival and got zero pages. Seems discouraging. I'll have the time this weekend to run all 10 of my characters through it each day and am hoping for better results. What are your results so far?

Red team had 2 healers, the other 2 never got their 4th. After 3 mins it became clear the game was going nowhere and everyone just sat around their spawn the rest of the BG. This is happening a lot in the high MMR bracket. It's also worth mentioning that queues often take over 10 minutes, as was the case with this one.

Remove MMR. That's all.

Hey,

since I almost finished my Ph.D. and got a huge Job Promotion so I try to build a new PC around 1.500 $, I could spend more but I just wanted to set myself a Limit on my "Hobby" - if that makes any sense^^.
Well, Im posting here becuase the technical Forum is only for Suppor/Issues, if that is incorrect please put this thread in the right direction - thank you!

Right now I just have a very Budget PC, most important:

- i3-6100
- rx 460

I really want to have at least good FPS in Cyrodiil (FPS =/= LAG, right?) on "low/medium" Settings and in Trials medium to high Settings with around 60 fps? I dont know that much about PC, but any1 of u have a up to date pc spec or could give me some recommendations? As far as I know, eso is very CPU (single core?!) dependet, so a strong Intel would make sense, i7-8100?
Well, is it even possible to get good fps in cyrodiil/Trials in this game with a 1500 pc or am I dreaming, I have really now clue about that stuff :-D ?
I do live in Germany if that matters.

Thanks to any1 who give me some Infos about good CPU/GPU for ESO.

I got a ban on Steam, so i cant purchace anything, cant authorise in TESO account, cant anything. And i dont wanna make new TESO account or something because i spend tons of $$$ on it. So, its literally unlink or go away situation since i doubt Steam Support will unban me. We're talking about people who legitimize bans via exploits, refuse to answer for anything etc.

Apply minor vitality to the caster (not allies) while inside the path, and for 2 seconds after leaving it. This would make it a little more refreshing.

Today I got Shipment of Cloth VI containing only 5 Flax, nothing else. A few days ago I got a shipment containing only 5 Jute, nothing else.
I'm not sure whether this is specific to tier VI clothing writs (Kresh Fiber / Topgrain Hide).

From 4.3.5 patch notes:

• Instead of only receiving material from a lower tier than your crafting passive rank, you will now receive a distribution of materials with the majority of the materials being for your current material tier based on passive rank.
• You will also receive a small amount of material for your next tier to allow you to stockpile a bit in advance so when you rank up, you will have the materials you need to keep going.
• You will still receive a small amount of materials randomly chosen from a previous tier in order to support making equipment for lower level characters.

The Cutthroat Mutineers are a cross-alliance boisterous pirate crew of 480+ mature, international, friendly players. Our guild offers all the needed social aspects of the game:
• a trader every week - stuff sells fast
• themed Sunday raffles with a jackpot lottery - you can win a chest full of gold! (the record is 1.6kk so far)
• a guildhall with a transmutation station, target dummies, all mundus stones and a growing collection of crafting stations
• an active discord server as our voice communication service and a source of information
• a dozen or more active players in every timezone most of the time
• a crafting program to help new players and experienced ones with gear up to cp150 free of charge

Why are we different than the rest? We're helpful. We're not elitist. We're cool pirates! Arrrrr!

We've recently introduced a 5000 gold weekly fee for which you will get 4 raffle and 1 jackpot ticket. With the fee and an auction we're able to gather money to compete for a good trader. 5k is no big deal, you'll learn how to get it really fast. Do not be discouraged, we haven't kicked anyone because of that. Yet. Sharks are waiting for dinner though.

We raid at weekends but not only:
in PVE, we do zone runs to fight world bosses, collect skyshards, complete public dungeons and explore whole areas (Saturdays 6pm EDT)
we also do trials, gear/weekly normal runs and attempting veteran runs with vAA/vHRC completions so far (Saturdays and Sundays, 3pm EDT)
in PVP, we focus on EP faction in Cyrodiil and we start at 8pm EDT (Fridays and Saturdays)
however, we also visit Imperial City to gather tel var stones and other rewards during the week, for different factions (Wednesdays 8pm EDT)
There are more events like trivia and quizes.

Ticket #: 190322-006914

I usually subscribe to the 3 month ESO Plus but I decided to do a full year this time around. It renewed and I got my crowns and everything seemed fine. Out of nowhere I receive an email saying

"This message confirms that you have successfully cancelled your ESO Plus™ membership..."

I didn't cancel the membership so I figured there was some mistake so I logged in and I indeed no longer had my craft bag and ESO Plus benefits. I still had the crowns though. I immediately went to my credit card website and nothing was wrong there and the charge has already cleared. Something else weird is the email that said my membership was cancelled said they were sorry to see I chose to end it and feel free to contact them at esocsvip@mail.bethesda.net . That email address just doesn't seem right.

I submitted a ticket right away and someone contacted me extremely fast. They said they needed to escalate my ticket to a different support and that someone would be getting back to me right away. Nobody has gotten back to me yet.

Has anyone else had this happen?
