Do crafting patterns apply to all characters on the account?

The wife and I recently started playing ESO, and we were wondering about the crafting patterns/recipes that you get from the daily delves. Right now I am transferring new recipes and patterns thru the bank to my main/crafting character. I was wondering If I learn the pattern on one character, do all of my characters then know that pattern, or do I need to keep transferring them thru the bank to my crafter.

7 day Non CP campaign?

With the upcoming changes to Cyrodiil and PvP with the alliance locks, new campaign names etc (I'm not going to go into those lol) this would have been the perfect opportunity to add a 7 day non CP campaign.

We do weekly PvP runs in our (casual) guild on a weekly rotation through the three alliances. This gives everyone a chance to take part and has been a great way to introduce players new and old to Cyrodiil and PvP. Because we rotate the alliances week about, we currently use Shor, that way everyone can get the weekly campaign rewards while learning the ropes (Transmutes are always a good incentive).

Only one problem with this is that Shor is CP and that can be very unforgiving to new players who maybe just want to dip their toes into PvP without creating PvP characters, builds and gear sets. A 7 day non CP campaign would be a great way for people to try out PvP without having to go to the lag fests that are the 30 day campaigns, and be much more PvE/new/casual player friendly.

A 7 day non CP campaign would also attract the players that don't really care about the 3 banner war and just want to PvP on whatever toon they fancy but wont be able to do this non CP once the alliance locks come into force.

So how about it @ZOS_GinaBruno, @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_MattFiror, can we have a 7 day non CP campaign please?

Do we get an armor like morag tong and divine prosecution? For preorder could have sworn we get something like that when its trailer was launched and now i dont see any differences on psn preorder bonuses for all tiers.?

I started playing ESO around the Viper Selene days with no crits on procs. I have since golded out probably 40 weapons 36 of which are now useless. Since Morrowind, there have been like 8 or 9 series of nerfs with every DLC. These nerfs have wasted millions of my in game gold and time due to someones choice inside of Zenimax. I've lost around 8 builds that I enjoyed playing only to be forced to find some new build afterwards that I like until that gets nerfed. Since I can't control the nerfs, my only option is to play a different game, which there really isn't one I like as much as ESO. Zeno charges a lot for this game and offers little customer service, they definitely owe it to us to provide in game options to minimize the bad experiences they cause with balance changes.

A deconstruction merchant is well within Zenimax's capabilities and would help ease the bad customer experience when someone's favorite build they made, to play as you want, gets destroyed by balance changes. Play as you want has gone by the wayside. Please do the players a service and design us a Deconstruction Merchant so that we can some how recoup our lost gold due to balance changes we didn't even want.

doesn't it feel like the awards have dried up since week 1?

A lot of my boxes have only 1 item in them...

compared to getting a solid 3 items with at least 1 gold/purple item per box.

So, as per usual, with the newest major patch, a BUNCH of upcoming Content was datamined:

And something VERY interesting caught my eye: There's no bear in the usual collection of 6 Apex Mounts.

It has been replaced by a Dwarven Spider! So the standard 6 was changed to:

Honestly, I kind of like it? Even though it's a shame there's no bear for people that like Bears (Hopefully there is a good non-Apex Bear Mount or two in the Crate Season), but really, considering this Crate is VERY Desert themed, it wouldn't really make sense to have a Bear (Even the Wolf is a bit of a stretch for Desert, but there are Wolves that live in Desert/Arid Regions in real life). Also note that these Apex Mounts seem to have a "Hold thingy in Hand" effect like the Hollowjack Mounts had. Except the Spider, which seems to have a giant version of that ring orbiting the Spider instead.

But even more interesting, is that they seem to have changed the 3 usual Radiant Apex Mounts. Instead of Horse/Senche/Wolf, it looks like our 3 are Senche/Camel/Dwarven Spider:

Now, of course, this is guess work, since I don't know how to completely confirm which mounts are categorized as which, but Radiant Apex mounts are always reskins of Apex Mounts with new/different particle/visual effects, so I think it's a safe guess.

So what do you think? Personally, I kind of wish they had done this a while ago (I still feel bad for the Scalecaller Guar. Don't stick Cold-blooded critters in the Tundra please).

Mend Wounds: Revamped this ability and its morphs.
The Light and Heavy Attacks no longer trigger the Global Cooldown and can be weaved with other abilities.
No longer cost resources to Light or Heavy Attack with this ability toggled.
Light Attack now heals instantly for the same amount that a Light Attack would damage an enemy.
Heavy Attack still channels and heals every second, but has been reduced to be the same scaling of other weapon's heavy attacks. It now restores Magicka every time it successfully heals an ally.
Mend Spirit (morph): This morph now applies its Major Ward and Resolve to the target healed for 5 seconds, regardless of whether it was a Light or Heavy Attack.

Light's Champion (morph): This ability no longer grants Major Protection. In adjustment to this morph, the duration of the Major Force granted will now increase by 1 second for each rank of the morph, going from a duration of 5 seconds to 8 seconds at Rank IV.

Corrupting Pollen: This ability no longer applies Major Defile to enemies for 4 seconds inside (which allowed it to bypass the 6 player target cap). Instead, up to 6 enemies inside will be properly afflicted with Major Defile, which will cease once the ability ends or they leave the radius.

Harvest: Fixed an issue where this synergy would not actively update to targets in the area. It will now operate like other synergies, prioritizing the closest players to the center of the area of effect placed. Also increased the radius of the synergy prompt to 5 meters from 3 meters to allow for more accessibility.

Lotus Flower: Increased the radius of the heal from this ability and its morphs to 28 meters from 12 meters to aid in better distributing the healing potential to group members.

Nature's Grasp: This ability and its morphs now scale with your highest offensive stats, rather than just your Max Magicka and Spell Damage.

Incapacitating Strike (morph): This morph will now apply Minor Mangle to the target for the duration of the stun if cast with 120 or more Ultimate.

Surprise Attack: This ability no longer applies Major Fracture. Instead, if you use the ability on the flank of an enemy (behind or at their sides), you reduce their Physical Resistance by 5%. This effect cannot stack, but will always prioritize the highest value

Every patch some class cries about being nerfed.

The warden class launched on May 23rd, 2017. It had a 2-3% usage rate in endgame PvE content for the first 1.5 years. That jumped to 8% last year when the class was given minor toughness (still last place, by a country mile).

Nightblades have spent the entire last year at 35-40% usage and they are crying. At least other classes have experienced time in the meta. Wardens have known nothing but the bottom of the barrel for their entire existence.

The problem with faction lock for the veteran PvP players

Like many of the folks I play with on a daily basis, we have been here since launch. Over the past almost 5 years, many of us have made friends on all 3 factions, especially since One Tamriel. After one has been playing a game for 5 years, fighting the same groups day in and day out, presents little challenge. There are also times of the day or certain days of the week, where the populations in Cyrodiil are grossly imbalanced. So you have players, like myself, who will swap to our other faction toons because we prefer to not be a part of the zerg trains. Example: it's Monday night and EP has a queue of 70+, but I want to play in Cyrodiil. I don't have over an hour to waste sitting in a ridiculous queue, so I choose to gather a few friends from my guilds to play on AD or DC where the queues are shorter or where more balance might be needed. Because honestly, how fun is it to constantly be on the side who is on the larger side of a 30 v 5 fight? Where is the challenge in that? That's not PvP, that's giving the opponent no chance at all.

There has always been a tinfoil hat brigade that is under the assumption that griefing or spying is prevalent, when in fact, it hasn't been a problem in 4 years. The few that do, will find a way to be trolls regardless of the changes ZOS makes. Because the conspiracy theorists shout the loudest, those of us who have friends across all 3 sides, are now forced to choose to essentially retire multiple toons or go to dead campaigns. We no longer have any flexibility to enjoy the game with whomever we like. We no longer have the option to go to the losing side when large groups are mowing over entire maps (which is quite frankly boring and what is truly ruining Cyrodiil). We no longer have the option to play the toons we poured hours of work into without being penalized. We no longer have the option to engage in interesting fights against new opponents.

Faction locking serves no purpose other than to ostracize a large portion of the veteran PvP community. I'm not alone in saying this will probably be the end of my subscription. I know many who have said the same. That's $180/year ZOS will no longer see from me and it will also influence my decision to purchase new content. With no resolution to performance issues in sight, and now this, why would I?

The proposed changes are further evidence that ZOS doesn't actually understand the actual problems with Cyrodiil and just wants to slap a bandaid on it, again, to appease some players, but give the rest of us another reason to jump ship the minute an even slightly better game comes along. Many of us inch closer to that ledge every day we log in.

i didnt saw it in action but some ppl are saying its going to be quite powerfull in way like emperor
my concern is - what stop ballgroups to use it and be even stronger ? what if 24 player ballgroup manage to kill player from other alliance, take it and use it ? emp cannot use it, but player with emp in group can.. this would make group even stronger, perhaps unkillable
there should be some kind of "negate" which negate friendly players in close vicinity (3m or 5m maybe) so player with volendrung cannot stack with other players
and also that weapon should be visible in same way as scroll on map

^This, I have 10 characters all leveled up, with a full build and got full mount upgrade, however, most of them had no "character background" when I build them (forced levelup during double xp time) and most of the time I play only few of them. I'm thinking of deleting some of them and create some new characters, from lv1 without speed leveling, so I can feel more "attached" to them and come up with build myself, but thinking of all the money and time I spent into them (mount upgrades, gears farming etc) gives me pause

WTF? This dropped out of nowhere. SSD, Navi chip and raytracing. Also backwards compatibility with 4K focus. More details in the Wired article here:

Siege is way too effective in what it does. It should only apply the status effect on players. Not do any damage, its way to easy to sit in the back and kill an entire group of people just by firing it once. By buffing siege just incentives people to instead of actually engaging in combat with them sit 40+ meters away and aimless siege them to death.
