Current burstiest magicka ability/class?
As the title says I'm kinda curious to hear what people regard as the single burstiest ability/class currently out there for Magicka. Not talking combos here though, only passive buffs taken into accounts, what ability just -melts- a mob/players HP? I'm veering towards Soul Assault with the Necro DoT passive?

Dear Zos: please improve customer service
I am on that list we don't talk about and today I realized things are still bad.
I had someone with exact same issue as get nice clean respone for game issue about pre-order but got a rude response from customer service agent and wrong answer.
But let us speak of other things,
I am come to realize other customer service agents don't fight with you.over issues. They listen to what you saying and see how they can truly help you. Technical bugs get resolved swiftly with streamlined commication and apologies. O.o like today a customer service agent cried over phone upset they couldn't figure out my issue elswhere.
zos over years what I have seen.
* Trade housing issue of vanishing items... Took 5 emails and over a week of saying that it's your fault basically before issue was escalated without another any further communication till month later where they said here's item worth 1/10 value. Nothing done for people redirected saying issue is your fault.
* Housing storage bug reported in testing
- I know people who had to fight with support for issue and some who yet to get item
* The contest issues that weren't handled for over six months
* The upspeakable issues that weren't resolved till 6 months and a lot of fighting.
* Lose mails that Haven't been resolved yet
* Mail issue before resent issue am told is my fault and technical issue resolved.
* Bugs report not be delivered and exploits in game living for over year. You know those ones you even jeere at you in forums about?
I sincerely love this game. But please I am so very tried of these issues with customer support. I do promise you I will not purchase new game reporting that you are working on or any game associated with your name because I don't trust to handle something that goes wrong. (Cough ex fallout)

How Nightblades Gained Damage in Elsweyr Patch - Guide to Vulnerability Calculations in PvP
The numbers have been posted in the description again.
TL;DR Nightblades lost about 0,1% Damage because Minor Vulnerability is just as much damage as Major Fracture and Minor Berserk combined.
All of this is proven by my testing.

Regarding:
Hitting your Skeletal Mage or Spirit Mender enhances them for 5 seconds, increasing their effectiveness by 40%.
Could we possibly get this changed to where simply casting the spell empowers the Mage/Mender regardless of whether or not you hit them? It's a neat mechanic and all but with the way pets position themselves sometimes it's sorta like adding all the fun of chasing your own merchant summon in lag to combat.

Magicka Sorc vs DK Reflective Scales
As a Magicka Sorc, how do I counter the 100% uptime DK's have with reflect scales in PvP? Everything I cast just comes back to me, and then they talons and whip me to death in close combat. I don't feel like this is very balanced.

Can you please change how this skill looks ZOS? I hate that my character is invisible during every fight. Maybe just have a lightning effect all over without making them invisible? It not only ruins my outfit but my character can easily get lost in all the animations, allies and enemies.

Official guild hall
I am sure this has been brought up before. But is there any interest or word on a guild hall specifically for guilds. It would be locked to that guild. I have had a guild or 2 that certain people or the gm would have the guild hall but due to certain circumstances they leave the game and or the guild amd their house becomes either deleted or unchangeable. Guilds usually donate for a guild hall and it's not a pleasant situation to loose everything.

Revert Faction Locks. We've Been Through This Already

I've been playing this game for five years now. In that time, I've developed a lot of relationships and friendships with many players.
Don't force me to abandon those friendships.
I have multiple guilds that I play with. My AD guild plays twice a week. My pals on DC play on two different nights. Both groups play the same server, because that's where the fights are.
Your re-introduction of faction locks will force me to choose one of those two groups to outright abandon and no longer play with. *** that. *** that so much.
Several years ago we had this debate. Your team elected to remove faction locks after recognizing that they didn't accomplish much beyond artificially preventing people from playing with their friends.
Since that time, many players have taken advantage of the freedom you chose to give back to us to make alts, play with new people, and join groups on different alliances.
Don't fragment your community even more than it already is. I can't believe you had to bring this back up, when the issue was settled years ago for the better.

Lock rewards to the first faction you log in on, fine. I'll live with that. But don't outright block me from logging on and playing with my friends.
