It's probably been brought up before, but I just read something in the Scalebreaker notes that really baffles me:
The abilities listed below now properly use Precise Strikes to scale rather than Elfborn, since they are Stamina abilities.
-Dark Exchange and Dark Conversion
Now, these abilities cost Stamina, but they are not used by Stamina characters. By the same token, Dark Deal costs magicka, but it is not used by Magicka characters. So stamina characters don't get the benefit of the stat they would have buffed (physical crit) and magicka characters don't get the benefit of the stat they would have (spell crit) for the corresponding morphs of Dark Exchange that are actually useful to them.
Does ZOS think that because Dark Conversion costs stamina that it is a useful skill to a stamina character or that Dark Deal, because it costs magicka, is a skill used by magicka characters?
