Cast time on ultimate's is garbage

Definitely one of the worst choices zos has ever made. You really should start thinking of the bigger picture with the changes you make. When scalebreaker hit console today I got on and was reminded of how disgusting these cast times feel. While playing around with dawnbreaker I started thinking, why would you do this when you literally cannot fix performance issues? This is going to be awful in the laggy mess that is pvp. Its already hard enough to get my dawnbreaker to work when the game is lagging, like it normally does..

I've played dswing builds for years now, as awful as it is in lag. I know how bad cast times are when the game is lagging. You have done nothing for ultimate's except give them the same effect that dswing has in pvp, a much longer cast time than intend. And whats the reason?
Adding cast times to Ultimates appears to be a change most people here have reacted negatively to. Why are these cast times being added? What issue is the team attempting to solve with this change?
Ultimate abilities are some of the most powerful abilities in the game. We added cast times so there is counter play; we felt that having 3-4 abilities hitting you at once, including an Ultimate, is just too much. You also can’t animation cancel them because we don’t want players to be able to instantly cast them anymore. They are just too powerful.

Hmmm.. So for the entire life of this game you've been wrong about ultimate's right? They've always been "too strong" but you've now just realized it.. Well its good to see you guys admitting that you're wrong about things but sadly you're apparently wrong twice because ultimate's were fine how they were.

I know tons of people posted about this but i dont care. Im not here to argue about it.. Just to add another negative reaction to the list. Its a bad change and there is no reason for it. You have yet again hurt small scale/solo pvpers more than anyone. And for what? The small amount of people who choose to not get better and get bursted sort of quickly by an ultimate? But everyone's a tank so does that even happen? I dont get it, I dont know who really benefits.. You've also hurt anyone who deals with the horrible performance of this game as well, so thanks for that too.

Good players will adapt to this change and still be fine, and bad players will still die quickly. The only thing you've accomplished is making combat more clunky. For no reason. And thats sad because the combat is the best thing this game has to offer. GG.

We're a small group of rather new players looking to expand our network to hangout.

We're currently looking at recruiting only SG & MY players.

Discord for communication, its not a must, but good to have.

As it is a fresh start, other than harassment which are generally not allowed, there are no rules & restrictions yet, it will only be created and enforced when drama unfolds... which I'm sure we all hope that it doesn't happen.

We do play other games as well, it'll be good to have more friends to enjoy other games together, where our time and interest aligns.

When do you expect to start reworking/auditing the Champion Point system?
We’re actually working on it internally right now, but in terms of when we’re going to get something out publicly, that’s not anytime soon.

I don't really know what to say really, all my CP above the 810 cap serves no purpose and may not serve a purpose until (or even exist) in 2020 or beyond.

Instead of the powercreep of CP we have powercreep from newer Sets instead, but only for certain things (looking at you, Lokke) so it doesn't feel like freezing it has done anything but deny me more utility CP unlocks. Maybe PvP is slightly more balanced, but I have no idea about that stuff.

At any rate, in the meantime can we at least get something so our 810+ CP's actually serves any purpose? Can every CP I earn over the cap send me 1,000 gold or something?

In Murder in Lillandril, is fear of Norasea being hunted down actually unfounded considering Cunodir is freely walking about in the Lillandril Mages Guild and is clearly (?) a vampire?

So far, the changes have all been good for this set (thank you!) but currently it feels like a multipurpose and slightly stronger netch's touch/silks of the sun/ysgramors birthright.

Please try to maintain this set's uniqueness. As it stands in .3, it's simply a generic and more powerful replacement for those three sets on their relevant builds.

Confused over prologue quests

I have several questions...


Why do we already have the achivement tab for the Prologue-Quest of Dragonhold, with the achivement "Companion of Sai Sahan", when its not accessible yet? I tried to find it on the internet and ingame for an hour before i asked ingame and noone knew about it and i realized it just wasnt accessible yet, and im STILL not 100% sure about that, because there is no information on it being out or not anywhere (only the Prologue-Quest, i know Dragonhold wont be out for a long time!).

Whats even more confusing, the prologue to Dragonhold was on the PTS on July 8 already? ... Why, when its not out yet?

Secondly, why are there only 3 prologues in the achivements tab (for me at least)? I see Dragonhold, Elsweyr and Murkmire, in that order. What about the prologue to Morrowind? Or to Summerset? Clockwork City? Or to literally anything else? Whats going on here?


Furthermore, i almost had a heart attack reading the achivement for the Prolouge-Quest to Murkmire, 150 daily quests? ONE HUNDRET AND FIFTY DAILY QUESTS? Are you SERIOUS? That has to be a mistake, the achivement for elsweyr is only 30 daily quests, that sounds reasonable! Who designed this and why does that individual still work on Eso?
And not only is that a ridiculous amount of quests for one achivement, but those quests are all ridiculously long as well! I just tried it. You first have to talk to Jee-Lar in Stormhold, then to someone in a random part of Tamriel, then do 1-3 diffrent fetch quests in that area, then return to the npc you had to talk to before, and THEN return to Jee-Lar. Those are easy and boring quests that take 10min to complete each, JUST because of the walking, this is the literal opposite of fun quest design imo.

If i wouldnt know better i would say you love torturing players who really care about the game and farm achivements with tedious ssssssssstuff like this... and honestly, i dont know better, that could be exactly why youre doing things like this. Did ANYONE playtest those achivements? This is the so far only achivement i dont just see as very difficult for normal palyers, but as straight unfair.


And lastly... am i the only one that can do those "daily" quests just infinitly per day? Is that a bug? Do more people expirience this? And if its not a bug and intendet, why are they still called daily quests?




I dont understand, someone please explain.

Transfer the function of puncture to power bash and the function of power bash to puncture.
Personally I dont care.... I never liked this skill line because it was OP broken but seeing people using a shield as a weapon with their left hand, while the sword/axe/mace is doing nothing hurts my eyes and brain.

When the Crown Store launches, we’ll have a number of items available immediately, but what about the future? Remove the last big set carries

With the great nerfs to Pugdan, pirate skeleton, fury, 7th, master DW (via bleed changes)
many set carries got removed which were too powerful for what they do or by offering so many stats that you couldn't substitute them with other viable combinations.

Now there's just a few more things to clap to remove the last big carry sets:
BRP DW: on demand major protection is a huge issue as you can effectively negate any burst attempt of your enemy without any chance of playing around it.

BRP resto: major vitality on pots got rightly nerfed because it was broken and the uptime from all sources is below 30%, well not with this one. It even works on other players which makes not dying a trivial exercise.
Having 2 groups of 4 people fighting with one group being allowed to use it while the other isn't will always results in the one being allowed to use it to win the fight as there is no way equally skilled players can overcome this carry.

Meridias: this set renders the player it procs on useless for 50% of the fight. It forces misses on all skills including dots, Aoes etc and not only on the wearer but any target. The effectiveness might get reduced by the number of enemies you're facing but the option to completely remove a single player from the damage game is way too powerful.

There's some mild offenders like blightseed and zaan which offer a lot of free damage which is unhealthy for the game as they help more tank players having access to enough damage to kill people while still having a high survivability as the sets offer enough power on their own as they lack proper stat scaling.

So please for the love of balance bring those sets to an acceptable power level and don't forget to nerf 2h ult, dot damage and eclipse

First, is it on PTS yet? Second... I might consider it if I could build a reasonably decent small house on it AND furnish it AND make the rest of the place into a fairly dense forest.

No cp bgs are unplayable since the patch, and on top of it the game keep crashing in cyrodiil. Fix your game plz. We're paying you for a product that doesn't even work.

In addition to bringing new Chapters to you during the second quarter of each year, we do plan to continue offering DLC game packs during the other three quarters which will still be available to ESO Plus members as part of your subscription.

Warning, you may lose rank levels if you crash. It happened to me today. I crashed while we had an active hammer. I crashed to the report tool. Logged back into character. Every Skill Line in the game came up saying I gained a skill line. I noticed skills were missing off my weapon bars. My RANK 10 Alliance assault and support went back to rank 1 and I cannot use the skills I've been using all along. I fear I lost a lot more, but have noticed it yet.

I've restarted the game 3 times and still, it has not fixed. I checked my other characters and they're fine... its just my character that crashed in-game. I am PvP rank 43 Warlord and have earned over 50 million AP. There is NO WAY I am level 2 in support and assault.
Has anyone had this happen? If so what is the fix?
