So! Hear me out, in first person shooter games if you aim at something you shoot, but if you don’t aim, you can still shoot...at anything.
Also, in Skyrim you can waste magicka firing who knows what at anything and missing. However! In ESO, you can only fire a single target ability if you’re pointed at an enemy and then the game takes over. It his them no matter what - unless they dodge. Anyone seen their shot ‘curve’?
Everyone gets that, right?
So! My thought is, what if that guaranteed hit (without dodge) was removed? So you shoot your snipe and your target could have moved by the time it lands, buuut...someone else could also move in the way with a shield (or without) and take the hit.
I have other things to add but I don’t want to make this too long.
