New to housing, wondering about add ons.

Wasn't sure if I should put this here or in the add on section. I'm just getting into the housing aspect of eso, and I have loads of furnishing plans known, but find it hard to scan through them to find what I want. So I was just wondering for those of you with spectacular houses, are there any add ons you could recommend to make housing easier?

Launcher launches game. Game crashes when character selected to load

This is a catalina problem. The launcher is launching the game. enter password. jump thru all the "you agree" boxes. Twink the image. Get to choose character screen. Select character. On attempting to load character game crashes every single time. Rinse repeat. No matter how many times re-download or repair launcher. So Im pretty sure its no longer the launcher. Or if it is its at the point of load character.

Zen seems not to "get it". I put in report and they just keep giving me the same response regarding trashing old launcher and downloading another.

I am NOT using steam to REPURCHASE the game to play this game. I should not have to do that. Tho from what I've read even that is not working.

I am patient when I know the devs are aware of the problem and working on it. But when support keeps sending one back to the initial problem when thats no longer the problem I become skeptical that all hands are on deck. I agree with other people having this problem. We are missing out on a lot!

Please do not post your derogatory opinions about mac operating systems. your snarky comments are not helpful.

Though there is no specific skill line and you won't get any specific title, the game lore and mechanics still give us everything to do it without any necessity to make some headcanon or backstories. You might ask "Why can't I just equip those Ordinator garments and feel fine?". Well, you can, of course, but.. this guide will help you to do it more properly. Read further on to understand why. Since I've found no information on the Internet regarding this topic I'd like to share with the Community the results of my own research I had performed berfore styling myself as an Ordinator here in ESO. Read those books I link here for more information.

You have to meet several lore and game-mechanics requirements in order to become a true Ordinator:

1. Read the following books and letters to better understand what an Ordinator is: Ordinator Edicts, A Guide to Liturgical Vestments, Crafting Motif 49: Militant Ordinator Style, Ordinators: A Comprehensive Guide, Hlaalu Letter of Complaint, The Nycotic Cult. I will use some of their excerpts further on here.

2. Joining the Order. First you have to complete the Seal of Three quest and get the Temple Knight achievement as a reward thus to be named a Hand of Almalexia by herself.

3. Race & Class. Any race, any class - the Goddess decides herself who's worthy to join the ranks of Her personal guard.

4. Alliance. You are supposed to be a member of the Ebonheart Pact since the Tribunal Temple was one of its founders. I think there's no problem if your Ordinator character performs PvE dungeons&trials only. But if you fight PvP along our enemies against the Pact still posing yourself as Her Hand due to some reasons, remember that those reasons are your headcanon or some Meridia's Daedric sorcery. This way you still oppose the Tribunal and thus you might be considered a missing Hand the way it happened (well, will happen in the 3rd Era) to Salas Valor. Ordinators are not known to fight each other. If they happen to fight PvP the truth will be with an EP fighter.

5. Style. You have to buy either a Hand of Almalexia Uniform costume or/and a Crafting Motif 49: Militant Ordinator Style. Wearing those garments without completing a quest and getting that achievement is a clear breach of the Seventeenth Dictum of Piety thus you become "subject to swift and merciless sanction" or "shall be killed on sight" (if your character is non-Dunmer).

6. Regarding the old armor style and the new (Vvardenfell) one - they differ only due to the game mechanics but they are considered to be the same. For example Danys wears an old style armor while Vermethys wears a new one dyed as a High Ordinator's one. Still both NPC are High Ordinators. Since the Hands of Almalexia have always been wearing the armor of the High Ordinators (though enchanted), since Danys wears a common Ordinator armor in spite of his rank, it is lore-friendly for a Hand of Almalexia to wear any armor related to the Ordinators the game provides - lore-wise they are all recognized by the Order and blessed by the Temple. Choose the one you like. Keep in mind though you won't be able to make your own Hand of Almalexia Uniform using those Dark Elf and Daedric motifs: they differ from the actual ones in some slight details like breeches design and there are no those specific swords and shields we could equip which are wielded by Her Hands NPC. Don't use any similar side equipment - use those weapons and armor parts listed in the Crafting Motif 49. According to the Guide named above, Ordinators found wearing imperfect armor shall be subject to severe sanction (mudballs and mockery, I suppose ;)).

7. Armor and weapon types. No matter actually. If you want to appear the same way as those Order of War members - take Crafting Motif 49 heavy pieces only. If you want to look like those of the Order of the Watch patrolling Vivec City - take all heavy pieces except the greaves (for male Ordinators) or choose from light and medium pieces only (for female Ordinators as they are depicted in Vivec City). Otherwise use the costume.

8. Dyes. I couldn't find dyes of the Vermethys' High Ordinator armor though I understand they have to be silverish - the Hall of Justice lighting made it impossible for me to pick up correct colors. Anyway, the books do not state any color requirements for that exact armor but still require some certain dyes to be chosen for basic Ordinator garments. It's mainly gold armor and face masks and dark blue clothes. I've found there are 4 types of specific dyes the new Vvardenfell Ordinators wear: Ransacker Blue for the llanathro'lani (those deep-blue cloth parts), Starlight Gold for the Armor of Triune Faith and the Golden Mask of Devotion (all golden parts), Red Diamond Red for the Mask's crest and Rank 7 Materials brown for several brown parts. Brown parts may actually be dyed with any other matching brown color or even be absent at all depending on the armor type. Don't try that Indoril Blue dye in spite of it's name - I had to explore Deshaan only to know that dye is not the one those Vvardenfell NPC use! Indoril Blue could be used to dye that previous old style armor but not the new one. Weapons dye - no dye at all, natural colors only.

9. Duties. Whatever you do while you meet the above stated requirements, any of your action performed is protected by divine mandate. You are considered serving as Almalexia's elite agent in the world. So long as you wear the Ordinator mask and armor, you are considered a faultless hand of the Three, and thus authorized to commit any martial action deemed necessary to protect the True Faith. Do whatever you've been doing, role-play, style yourself in PvP, take quests - now you are a part of the Order, so wear your armor with honor!

So I hope this guide helps you somehow to style yourself, to role-play, to find some new goals to achieve or to fulfill some other of your desires you dreamt of becoming an Ordinator but was unaware of how to make them true. Have a good day!

What is the purpose of continually empowering TROLL Builds?

So lets look at this....
In the past year you have added a Immovability and Off Balance Immunity, (which seems to be up on most players about 90% of the time). You have light armor Sorcs running around in Pariah with 30K resist, while Penetration maxes out at about 26K for Spell, lower for Stam... and now you want to add 5280 to potions which essentially make the average resistance in Cyrodil about 38-40K?
The average player doesn't even understand the formula for Pen Vs Resist and now I'm wondering if the developers do? Two people won't be able to hit someone with the same dot anymore, and the average player will be hitting people for 10-15% of their tooltip? LOL

Seriously, this is the game you want where the only way to kill someone will be for groups to zerg them down for 5minutes? It's a combat based game where every patch you make it harder for people to die, are we supposed to see Sheild Stacking Sorcs with 40K resist, 3000 recovery and 20K in sheilds, with Stun,Immunity and Off Balance Immunity hopping up and down on every rock waiting to zerg down the one sucker that wants to play DPS?

The game was already to heavily weighted for the "JUST STAY ALIVE AND ZERG BUILDS".. and not it is getting borderline unplayable.

if there was a completely new system in the future, what would you like it to be?

Something we don't yet have in game. what would you like for it to have?
for me, I'd love if we had a system for sailing boats, ships, sea combat, diving and finding treasure, and things like that. Imaging sailing the highseas in a pretty sunset, or during a storm!
also a way to learn other classes skills, (even with some limits) so we could be more free and have more options. at the moment of doing our hotbars. (I'd personally ditch actual classes like we have now myself)
and I would also like the treasure map system we have, to be more developped.
so for you, what new system would you like for ESO to have?

Dragonhold Magicka Necromancer PvP Build - BGs, Duels, No CP & CP Cyrodiil

$

I'm sharing on the forums my Magicka Necromancer PvP build for Dragonhold. It's a really strong build and works in battlegrounds, Cyrodiil and CP Cyrodiil. It has amazing defenses (37k/33k armour) but really high damage due to our pen (15k in No CP - 18.5k in CP) and our 40k Magicka pool. It has really good sustain with 1.8k regen base and over 2.5k effective regen with buffs etc so can stay in the fight for a long time. As with all of my builds, they're balanced and are accessible from 160cp+ without needing special weapons.

I hope you enjoy and this helps some people get their MagNecro working in PvP like mine  Thanks for reading and if you have any questions or suggestions then let me know - I'm always keen to see what other people think.

Why are shields so pathetically small and thin?

$

I understand this is a somewhat regular complaint but, since I haven't seen any improvements in the past years, my frustration has driven me to attempt to bring this issue to light once more.

Firstly I'd like to point out that I like many of the shield designs from recent motifs, that's not where the problem lies. The thing that bugs me is why they are so pathetically small and thin I end up using the larger, blander designs. I understand that there are historically many types of shields some of which were small such as the buckler, however, that doesn't seem like the kind of shield you'd want to bring into the kind of battle we take part in, even if it was though many of the designs look like they would fit a larger shield better. Also, since larger shields exist in the game I don't see a reason as to why they are so rare.

This bothers me a lot because I would love to use some of the great shield motifs that have been coming out but they are all so small that I don't feel good wearing them.

Does anyone actually enjoy the size of the shields? If so, why? I only hope you can change my mind.

What I want to see in 2020!

I love ESO and would like to see the following things next year.

1. Bugs and Performance: FIXED!

I would like to have the best experience playing ESO.

2. Champion Points System: REWORKED/REVAMPED!

Developers know the best way to do this, but I would like to give my suggestion.

The biggest change would happen in the 3 major Constellations. Each Constellation would affect a different aspect of our gameplay. That is, The Warrior would affect all combat (sustain, damage, healing, resistance etc). The Thief affects all exploration (sprint cost, swimming speed, aggression radius from hostile monsters, gold gained from looting enemies, sneak cost, amount of gold you find in treasure chests and safeboxes etc). Finally, The Mage would affect crafting and gathering (gathering time, chance to gain double the yield from normal resource nodes etc).

Instead of benefiting from damage and resistance at the same time through CPs, with these changes we could choose between damage and resistance, since all combat Stars would be in The Warrior Constellation.

3. Quality of life improvements

AddOns that should be added to base game:
  • Advanced Filters

  • Action Duration Reminder

4. Veteran Delves/Public Dungeons

Dungeon Mode Toggle for Delves 20px-ON-mapicon-PublicDungeon.png and Public Dungeons 20px-ON-mapicon-Dungeon.png!

Veteran Delves and Public Dungeons are more fun than "Group Delves" and "Group Quest Hubs" (Skyreach etc).

Well, this is what I would most like to see!

How do I unlink Twitch account so I can reconnect it?

$

Maybe you think it's a simple question but it's not. I was forced to change my password on Twitch and I cannot reconnect ESO and Twitch back, every time I do it prompts the dialog "there was an error". I contacted support, I spoke with @ZOS_BillE yet I cannot connect them. This time I waited for a month hoping this would be sorted out by the Devs but here I am again, asking for help from the community, all ZoS support did was copypasting a template twice which, by the way, does not work.

Any input from someone with the same issue would be greatly appreciated.

[Crafted Sets] and the changes I think need to happen to them.

$

Hello all,

I've been playing this game almost since beta, and as new content roles out, I feel like crafted sets get neglected quite a bit. Adding insult to injury, many of the sets that take 9 traits, which implies months/a lot of gold to research, are completely useless. So below are the changes that I would implement to crafted sets or simple comments on how they can be tweaked. The changes I suggest are mindful of the lore and the name, altering the traits accordingly. My comments are after ***. I do, however, understand that some sets that have particular names dont exactly match the lore but I still think the set are well designed:
Innate Axiom - 2 traits
3cmqwUn.jpg

Naga Shaman - 2 traits
wCRxg1s.jpg

Night's Silence - 2 traits (since its typically used as a stealth set for DB/TG dailies/gameplay)
MqUZbYa.jpg

Seducer - 3 traits
Uhs8x9B.jpg

Assasin's Guile - 3 traits
rGkEKH0.jpg

Torug's Pact - 3 traits (even though, in my opinion, it doesn't fit the lore very well, its a good set)
cjsn0ft.jpg

Vastarie's Tutelage - 3 traits
FJjpVn3.jpg

Fortified Brass - 4 traits
ca2aLpm.jpg

Magnus' Gift - 4 traits (though I would like to see a buff to 10% similar to what seducer's set got; it would make it a lot more used this way)
2h6vTxx.jpg

Tava's Favor - 5 traits (I would add more stamina recovery/max stamina to compensate the changes done, since its no longer used by tanks anymore)
aSW7Qu3.jpg

Hunding's Rage - 6 traits
dnoT045.jpg

Law of Julianos - 6 traits
iOQSwHj.jpg

Mechanical Acuity - 6 traits
zEctlxe.jpg

Night Mother's Gaze - 6 traits
BTVdL72.jpg

Shacklebreaker - 6 traits
VR1iu7C.jpg

Ancient Dragonguard - 6 traits
SSj9Qli.jpg

Willow's Path - 6 traits (only suggestion would be to increase the last trait with 3% more, but its still a good recovery set)
fuBGKJ9.jpg

Clever Alchemist - 7 traits
k9Qshsg.jpg

Kagrenac's Hope - 8 traits
tXam0C5.jpg

Armor Master - 9 traits
K3T4b98.jpg

Eternal Hunt - 9 traits
lGHtfAi.jpg

New Moon's Acolyte - 9 traits
NC32VFF.jpg

Nocturnal's Favor - 9 traits (I'ld prefer to see more stamina and recovery to accompany the role dodge 5th trait. Not a big problem since health is always welcome, but I think that helping these pools further help the last trait)
iToO2ll.jpg

These are the sets I think should change:
Ashen Grip - 2 traits
Old:
Etu3tKk.jpg

New:
2 – 833 Spell Critical
3 – 1096 Max Magicka
4 – 833 Spell Critical
5 – When you deal damage with a flame attack, you deal an additional 8380 Flame Damage over 4 seconds. This effect can occur once every 4 seconds.

Death's Wind - 2 traits
Old:
QydNR2Z.jpg

New:
2 – 1487 Armor
3 – 1487 Armor
4 – 1096 Max Health
5 – When you take damage while you are under 35% Health, you apply Major Defile to your attackers for 4 seconds and gain Major Fortitude for 4 seconds, increasing your health recovery by 20%. This can occur every 10 seconds.

***This set’s name implies that you’re getting a second chance at escaping death. Knocking enemies back, as the set used to do, doesn’t quite accomplish this since CCing is very easy and your enemies weren’t harmed/maimed in order to help you escape death (as the name implies). This new set give you a chance with better resistances and health benefits.

Adept Rider - 3 traits
Old:
P2R8k4f.jpg

New:
2 – 1096 Max Stamina
3 – 129 Stamina Recovery
4 – 129 Stamina Recovery
5 – Gain Major Evasion at all times, reducing your damage from area attacks by 25%. Successfully roll dodging an attack, spawns a cloud at your position for 12 seconds that deals 1766 Physical Damage every 1 second to enemies who stand inside it. You and group members inside the dust cloud gain Major Evasion. Dust cloud can be created once every 12 seconds and there can only be 1 dust cloud active at any time.

***The original set would never be proced in PVE/PVP situations. Rare is it that the situation that you can mount to proc the set in PVE, let alone PVP. This set gives a more useful group benefit to the user of the set. Unless they come out with changes to mounting or if 12+ people rid into combat with there mounts, dismount in front a keep being sieged would I see a tangible use to the original set, and this is grasping at straws. The change I suggest maintains the uniqueness while still giving it a more usable function.

Daring Corsair - 3 traits
Old:
E5k9etF.jpg

New:
2 – 129 Weapon Damage
3 – 129 Stamina Recovery
4 – 1096 Max Stamina
5 – Reduce the cost of your non-class and non-Ultimate abilities by 4% for you and up to 11 other group members within 28 meters of you.

***I prefer this change to the old one since it gives an interesting buff, but then again Im open to suggestions on this one.

Trial by Fire - 3 traits
Old:
gX8k1B1.jpg

New:
2 – 1096 Max Magicka
3 – 1487 Armor
4 – 4% Healing Taken
5 – When you take damage from a fire based ability, gain 7730 Spell Resistance and increase your flame damage done by 4% for 4 seconds.

*** Adding a tanky/damage inclined change to this set would benefit the wielder more than being resistant to an element nowadays, since many players run multiple element attacks (frost+flame, shock+flame, …). This way not only does the name make more sense now since a trial by fire implies the use of fire OR the testing of your abilities against fire, it also give you a damage and survival buff to a relatively useless set.

Twilight's Embrace - 3 traits
Old:
7asxh49.jpg

New:
2 – 1096 Max Magicka
3 – 833 Spell Critical
4 – 129 Spell Damage
5 – When you critically heal an ally, you gain a twilight’s blessing granting you and your allies within 28m Major Courage, increasing their spell and weapon damage by 258, for 5 seconds. This can occur every 5 seconds.

*** It has always bugged me about ESO that a person that wants to be a healer and that doesn’t have any DLCs can’t properly be considered “meta” if they don’t give major courage out to there group. This wouldn’t be a problem for me if ESO hadn’t locked out this buff to DLC payed content. This way, this rather useless set now gains a very usefull function, that not only can be crafted but also doesn’t have as much uptime as SPC, let alone Olorime. Making Major Courage a buff accessible to all.

Hist Bark - 4 traits
Old:
bI1pVJA.jpg

New:
2 – 1487 Armor
3 – 129 Health Recovery
4 – 1206 Maximum Health
5 – If you successfully block an attack, summon the forces of the hist to grant you and your allies within 28m a 5% reduction of damage taken. If you are under 30% health, the damage reduction granted is 10%.

*** Hist Bark is a durable husk on a very powerful and respected being for argonians. The hist trees main objective is to protect and give wisdom to those that are willing to hear it. This change gives a once very used set, a new function that aids in group and speaks better to its name.

Might of the Lost Legion - 4 traits
Old:
5NqbjoS.jpg

New: Might of the Lost Legion change to “Might of Wuju-ka”
2 – 1096 Max Stamina
3 – 1096 Max Stamina
4 – 129 Weapon Damage
5 – When you take damage, you have a 50% to launch a piece of voriplasm at your attacker, dealing 5000 Poison Damage over 6 seconds. After the enemy is hit with 3 voriplasm’s, the enemy is stunned for 3 seconds and has their movement speed reduced by 15%.

***From my understanding, this set refers to the imperial’s ninth legion that was “lost” in a murkmire cave (won’t go too much into it for spoilers to those that haven’t done murkmire). Since the legion is no longer alive, it would make more sense to relate it as much as possible to the storyline while also giving it uniqueness to the set, instead of having a useless 5th trait.

Whitestrake's Retribution - 4 traits
Old:
6YBpn3G.jpg

New: Whitestrake’s Retribution change to Whitestrake’s Madness
2 – 1206 Maximum Health
3 – 129 Weapon Damage
4 – 129 Health Recovery
5 – While you are under 50% Health, double your weapon damage.

***This change speaks not only works better for the set but also speaks better about Pelinal Whitestrake. This warhero (to the imperials/nords) or war lord (to the high elves/khajiits) was prone to madness driven rampages where he would raze cities and kill everything in sight. Lorewise, the only retribution pelinal suffered was being killed by those that were against the slave queen. Even this was, splitting his body into pieces while his head was left behind. In my opinion, pelinal’s retribution shouldn’t be spoken of in a set, but rather what he was known for – madness and ultimate strength. Even when he was wounded, he still killed his enemies with undying rage. Renaming it to madness and giving it this buff when at a low health gives a more “damage on dying” giving a better use for PVP, rather then not being used for either PVE or PVP.

Alessia's Bulwark - 5 traits
Old:
DUOI1sj.jpg

New:
2 – 1487 Armor
3 – 1487 Armor
4 – 4% Damage Reduction
5 – When you take damage, you have an 8% chance to negate the next direct damage attack.

***This change describes the set’s name better while also retaining a more defensive stance then reducing enemies damage, since the later would be better described as a maim to the enemy, not a defensive stance, that bulwark would infer. Another suggestion I can see for this set is “When you block and attack, …” as a change to my suggestion, to retain the name bulwark.

Noble's Conquest - 5 traits
Old:
wEQb8ew.jpg

New:
2 – 1206 Maximum Health
3 – 129 Spell Damage
4 – 4% Healing Taken
5 – When an enemy you damaged within the last 10 seconds die’s, gain 2 ultimate every second for 3 seconds.

***This makes more sense for the name of the set, since a noble’s conquest would give glory to the yielder instead of being a heal debuff hybrid set.

Senche-Raht's Grit - 5 traits
Old:
Jjvhm6Q.jpg

New:
2 – 4% Healing Taken
3 – 1206 Maximum Health
4 – 4% Damage reduction
5 – After being damaged by a damage over time ability, increase your health recovery by 6% and increase your weapon and spell damage by 165 for as long as the duration of the damaging ability.

***Senche-rahts are strong khajiits that don’t get taken down easily, even when maimed. Not only would this change the set to better accommodate its name but it would also help against DoT heavy fights, instead of increasing resistances.

Song of the Lamae - 5 traits
Old:
1Wp1BfH.jpg

New: Change name to "Lamae's Song"
2 – 129 Magicka Recovery
3 – 129 Magicka Recovery
4 – 1096 Max Magicka
5 – When you cast a magicka ability you have a 30% chance to gain Lamae’s Blessing increasing your stealth detection by 5 meters for 10 seconds or Lamae’s Sorrow increasing you direct damage by 7% for 10 seconds.

***This set actually makes it sound like abilities Lamae would have or give to there followers. Vampires have swift attacks, especially Lamae (read Lamae’s attack on nomads) and great vampiric vision.

Vampire's Kiss - 5 traits
Old:
i7S9Ask.jpg

New:
2 – 4% Healing Taken
3 – 129 Stamina Recovery
4 – 1096 Max Stamina and Max Magicka
5 – When you deal damage to an enemy, you apply minor lifesteal, healing you and your allies for 600 health every 1 second for 6 seconds when damaging them. If they die, you gain 6000 Health over 6 seconds.

Sload's Semblance - 6 traits
Old:
D4ljyMI.jpg

New:
2 – 1096 Max Magicka
3 – 129 Spell Damage
4 – 129 Magicka Recovery
5 – When you kill an enemy, revive the shade of your victim to do your bidding. The shade deals 3% of the nearest target’s Max Health as Oblivion damage every 1 second for 6 second. There can only be a maximum of 3 Shades up at once. This can deal a maximum of 3000 Oblivion Damage per tick.

Grave-Stake Collector - 7 traits
Old:
tf3PELG.jpg

New:
2 – 129 Magicka Recovery
3 – 129 Magicka Recovery
4 – 1096 Max Magicka
5 – When an enemy you damaged dies, you have a 20% chance to drop a grave-stake for 6 seconds on there corpse. This grave-stake restores 1000 stamina and magicka to those within in 5 meters of it. Only one grave-stake can appear at a time.

Redistributor - 7 traits
Old:
DuWJo0J.jpg

New:
2 – 1206 Max Health
3 – 1096 Max Stamina
4 – 1096 Max Magicka
5 – When your highest resource drops under 50%, transfer 50% of your lowest resource pools total value to replenish your highest pool. This can occur every 8 seconds.

Varen's Legacy - 7 traits
Old:
RQApemX.jpg

New:
2 – 129 Magicka Recovery
3 – 1096 Max Magicka
4 – 4% Healing Done
5 – When an ally you healed falls under 50% health, call upon The Emperor’s Blessing. The staff heals 1000 Health and applies minor courage, increasing your weapon and spell damage by 129, to all allies that are in radius (6 meters). This can occur every 4s.

*** Varen left Tamriel and became a moth priest and had the main role as a healer and guide to the companions. These set changes give it more justice to the lore and give a proper group buff with limitations.

Coldharbour's Favourite - 8 traits
Old:
yJjH9bv.jpg

New:
2 – 1096 Max Magicka
3 – 1096 Max Stamina
4 – 129 Stamina and Magicka Recovery
5 – When you cast an ability, you have a 50% chance to summon Cadwell’s noble mount, Honor. After 2 seconds, Honor can either heal you and all allies around him (5 meters) for 10000 Health or attack a nearby enemy for 10000 Magic Damage. This can occur every 8 seconds.

*** I understand the joke/”lore” they wanted to give this set but the functionality is very limited and often negligible. This gives it a little bit more use as a heal and DD without the annoying “where is the damn thing” happening every 10 seconds.

Daedric Trickory - 8 traits
Old:
eCDbECv.jpg

New:
2 – 1206 Max Health
3 – 1096 Max Stamina
4 – 1096 Max Magicka
5 – While in combat you gain one of the 5 random Major Buffs for 10 seconds every 20 seconds. Eligible buffs are Courage, Protection, Mending, Vitality or Force.

***Interesting set but the buffs were lacking. Force and Courage make this more appealing.

Eyes of Mara - 8 traits
Old:
PG9cgdm.jpg

New:
2 – 129 Magicka Recovery
3 – 1096 Max Magicka
4 – 129 Spell Damage
5 – Increase your healing done and received by 5%. Increase the Major Mending and healing done, by the passive Essence Drain, by 2 seconds and 20%, respectively.

Oblivion's Foe - 8 traits
Old:
wa0bW2I.jpg

New:
2 – 129 Spell Damage
3 – 129 Weapon Damage
4 – 129 Magicka and Stamina Recovery
5 – Your Soul Magic abilities gain 1000 Weapon and Spell Damage

*** Makes it more appealing since it now includes the ultimate and makes it an interesting set if they ever add more abilities to this skill line.

Shalidor's Curse - 8 traits
Old:
LydAkHG.jpg

New:
2 – 129 Weapon Damage
3 – 129 Spell Damage
4 – 1487 Armor
5 – Whenever you take damage you have a 20% to either transform into a Golden Saint or a chicken. While in the Golden Saints form, your Weapon Damage, Spell Damage and Maximum resources are increased by 20%. While in chicken form, you have 1 health, become immortal, your attacks deal 1 damage and your movement speed is increased by 50%. You can revert back to your original form after 10 seconds.

*** Now this is what I call a curse from the cheese god!

Specter's Eye - 8 traits
Old:
z4zf6QK.jpg

New:
2 – 1487 Armor
3 – 1096 Max Magicka
4 – 1096 Max Stamina
5 – When you damage an enemy, summon a specter copy of yourself for 6 seconds. This copy casts all the abilities you cast it and damages the same enemy you’re attacking. The damage the specter takes is distributed to you. This can occur every 6 seconds.

***I also that this last set would fear instead of the specter copy ability. Let me know what you think.

Way of the Arena - 8 traits
Old:
vMs53Nf.jpg

New:
2 – 1206 Max Health
3 – 1096 Max Stamina
4 – 1096 Max Magicka
5 – When you are attacked by more then 4 enemies, reduce the amount of damage you take by 15%.

Morkuldin - 9 traits
Old:
H8TvbLT.jpg

New:
2 – 1487 Physical Penetration
3 – 129 Weapon Damage
4 – 1096 Max Stamina
5 – When you take melee damage, you have a 20% chance to damage all nearby enemies for 1000 Bleed Damage every 1 second for 5 seconds, healing you for 100% of the damage done. Each enemy hit, increases your weapon damage by 50, to a maximum of 300. This can occur every 8 seconds.

***Fits much better with the blood magic storyline and makes it a nice alternative to other similar sets like Seventh Legion, while damaging and healing. I also strongly feel that 9trait sets should definitely be good to compensate for the fact that you spent months researching traits, to get them unlocked.

Pelinal's Aptitude - 9 traits
Old:
uYjZpxh.jpg

New:
2 – 129 Weapon Damage
3 – 129 Spell Damage
4 – 1096 Max Stamina and Magicka
5 – Your maximum pools, damage and critical become the highest of the two values.

***I like this set and at the same time I have a major problem with it. I’m not someone that makes hybrids but this change gives a better chance to those that want to play this style. The name better suits this change.

Twice-Born Star - 9 traits
Old:
2csNWrh.jpg

New:
2 – 129 Spell Damage
3 – 129 Weapon Damage
4 – 1096 Max Magicka and Stamina
5 – You can have two Mundus Stone boons at the same time. When you have two boons active, increase their potency by 5%.

These are my suggested changes for the crafted sets currently (Dragonhold) available.
If you have any opinions on my suggestions or if theirs a CRAFTED set that you would like changed leave it down below. Lets have a healthy discussion.
