Does anybody tried to use it on regular basis? I tried today and it's like worst gap closer I ever saw. Your target will simply LOS or streak again after your first dagger, so when you are again in range to use it, 5 seconds already passed and you again don't have 2 GCD to use it... so far you need to sprint much closer then 22meters and only in that case you can gap close...
Imo ability should be changed in terms of range.. so for example first dagger have 28 meters range and 10 seconds duration to proc, but you can reactivate it for gap close only if you are within 22 meters.

One of the things I loved about Skyrim was the option to able to download housing mods and share in the community's creations. People may or may not be aware that the EHT add-on allows you to save your builds and create a .txt file that can be shared with other users that will allow them copy the build. The save file even includes a list of the items needed for the build. Also, if you want to copy a build/design but don't have EHT, that's OK too, somebody else can upload the build into your house just by giving them decorator rights.
I would be interested in exploring a way to give people a simple centralised service to upload, showcase and share their designs with the community. Maybe its a pinned thread, maybe a website or a discord channel. Would this be something that people would be interested in?

Should gap closers stun

Hi all, it is my belief that gap closer should never stun. I believe the gameplay is simply to strong for toppling charge and dk leap. Here's why, templar and dk as a class have amazing snare elements to their damage move set. But they also have some of the best cc in game with fossilize and javelin. It is my belief that a player shouldn't get so much utility for 1 single move. In most cases based on the distance is simply way to hard to react to these moves. Stun as a mechanic is meta in pvp. I believe these abilities are over preforming base on the class having snares on attack moves and guarantee ways in on dk leap. Despite an opponent keep away game.

Should there be a trial finder for end game.

Hi everyone, it is my belief that there should be a trial finder. I believe pug groups should also apply to trial group. I would also like there to be a max level Cp cap. I think this would be a amazing in game option as a quality of life change.

Is dragon leap so versitale, that in any situation the user is at a advantage?

Hi everyone, this is a discussion on dk leap. During my last post "Should gap closers stun" the topic of dk leap has come up alot. It is my belief that dk leap is the best ultimate in the game and over preforming. I believe this to be true because no matter the situation dragon leap reward is to high upon use. This ultimate has a distance of 22 plus meters making it the most effective gap closer in the game, stun, player lock, aoe damage instant cast time and unique passive helping hand. The morph increases the distance or adds a shield. Dk as a melee class is optimize and rewarded when using class skills that range is 7 meter or less. Making them dangerous up close. a opponent GAMEPLAN is not to get put in a blender with fossilize. Because of this ultimate it bypasses any and all counter play to dk. Dk leap guarantee a way in to your opponent. No matter the situation. I would like to see counter play that is on par with this skill and the stun removed from this ultimate or because this skill player lock at a far distance. A 3 sec q like meteor. That the leap is coming.

I can certainly see vampires having something to do with the next expansion if it's titled "The Dark Heart Of Skyrim"

My money is on something vampire related tbh. I really don't think they'd do another Daedric prince. Thoughts? Idk, the Dark Heart of skyrim just sounds so gothic/vampire-like to me.

ZOS if your doing Skyrim, could you make the mountains passable please!

even if their is nothing on them, fine, but expansion after expansion of *this whole section is blocked off with invisible walls* kinda ruins the vista's a bit, there were many areas in vvardenfell, summerset, and elsweyr that were made impassable just because, and blocked off whole sections of the map, one of the cool things about TES (and skyrim) is that natural exploration that comes from:

"hey, I wonder whats on the other side of that mountain?"

and being able to trek over it and find out. so please, if your going to do skyimr, let us wander over the mountains, I don't care if there is nothing on them, I just want to be able to wander around on them and trek over them.

Tips on making a viable but adjustable build?

Hey guys. First off, I'd like to say I'm new to MMOs. ESO is the first I've gotten into and I joined a few weeks ago.

My main is a Breton Templar. (And a vampire for RP purposes, which I know is a huge weakness in dungeons, but that's fine.) Currently all my points are dumped into magicka. I'm still only at about CP100; I'm a roleplayer so I don't spend a TON of time grinding.

I'm kind of facing a dilemma where I don't want to make a second character just to swap roles, but when I'm playing by myself-- say queueing up for dungeon finder or what have you --I always go healer. But my RP guild has a lot of people who go healer, so when I do dungeons with them, I normally slot myself as DPS because ironically that's always what we end up missing.

The problem is I have a bit of difficulty being particularly viable in either role. I always feel like an underwhelming support, but also like I don't do enough damage. Granted that's partially because I forget to use buff items a lot, I think. But I also think my build is flawed.

Having 2 sets of armor and swapping ritual stones before queueing as healer/DPS wouldn't bother me, nor would having 2 completely different ability sets, even if it would be tedious. But as someone who's not super well-versed in MMOs, I think I just struggle to build in general. People say do what's fun and that's all well and good except I want to actually matter in dungeons and eventually go on to vet trials, without having to grind out a completely second character.

I have held onto the respec scrolls you get from leveling up because I knew eventually I'd have to respec because the less baby-oriented the dungeons are, the more I notice massive flaws in my kit, but I'm nervous about spending them and just coming up with the same weaknesses. So if someone could help me strike a middle ground where I can play both healer and DPS situationally that would be very much appreciated. I have already gotten a lot of skyshards so if it would take a lot of points between passives and skills and stuff that's not an issue.

Why does my speed/momentum slow down when I jump while sprinting? I have been able to do 1 in like 10 without his happening. Is it a known bug?

Dear Zos,

Skyrim is the BEST Game of my life. Please make the map huge, great and all playable areas. Don't destroy the Skyrim with huge mountains and non-playable areas. I want to taste every inch of the map.

I am kinda new to pvp open world and cyrodiil and I play solo.

I wonder why people chase you from 2vs1 to 20vs1 for half the map like eager sl*ts.

Killing an enemy player is giving you some crazy big reward that I am not aware of?

Because It doesn't make any sense to me.

If I see one enemy alone already fighting someone I don't go interrupt their fight and make it 2vs1...

If you attack the troll King before he jumps down, the beast Master won't trigger her flee script and not allow you to go through the next door to continue the dungeon. As she is stuck just standing in the middle of the arena where the troll King should of landed, this definitely needs to be coded/scripted to sense if the troll King is dead for she does her flee thing or just disappears and allows use of the door.

With the approaching Skyrim expansion, ESO will have its biggest promotion since launch. This is a great time for ESO but Zos needs to handle this carefully.

Obviously, there will be a tsunami of new players and even returning players. Whilst this is great, there’s major problems Zos needs to tackle.

1.) Can the servers handle all the upcoming new players? Battlegrounds, PvE zones and Cyrodiil is going to see a major increase in population.

2.) Bug fixes, Group Finder and Disconnects - This game needs to be much more ‘playable’ than its current state - and the approaching increased population is going to hinder performance and create lag and disconnects.

3.) Making new players and returning players stay - With the Skyrim expansion, we need players to stay, not to play and leave or rage quit because of performance, combat balance, bugs and disconnects. Returning players cannot return to the game to see the same bugs from the previous years. Returning players need to see better balance and class diversity.

I know Zos is working on these items listed, but honestly, the fixes seem to fail. If the normal release schedule is being used in 2020, Zos has 5 months to sort the game out, before this opportunity goes to waste. Lolp. (Maybe push the chapter back until 11/11/2020?)

pure ranged stamina NB pvp feedback

Hello!

I would like to give some feedback about pure ranged stamina NB pvp. About myself: I have 1200-1300 hours in game, I left the game several months ago, and just returned one or two weeks ago. I had magblade, stamblade gank pvp, dk-nb tank pve+pvp builds. I read a lot about bow nerf that happened many weeks or even months ago. Lot of things changed since i left, but the bow pvp builds as I see were simply castrated... that is the best word. ZOS you made more lines of playstyles dead because of the brainded nerf threads on the forum.

So, I would like to create a comparison thread about stamina and magicka nb pvp builds pros and cons. Everything I write about now are pure ranged builds without any bar swap to secondary melee buildups.

Mag NBs are at a way bettern position than stamina NBs. We can have mag NB builds without sustain sets, still with extremely good sustain from other sources like glyps, mundus, and drink. The opposite can not be stated for stamina. Choose what you like, the following combinations are extremely good set combos: Trol King heavy + rattlecage and/or spinner and/or calurion and/or ice conjurer and/or new moon aclite and/or torug pact

Depending on you use torug pact or not, you use crusing shock destro ability + vigor to trigger troll king or swallow soul NB abilitiy and trigger troll king on use of spammable.

One of the strongest from above are spinner low + light torug pact + dmg monster set. One of the most solo friendly almost immortal set up is trollking + rattlecage, spinner light. with your spammable you activate trollking and you have can have enough mag recovery to be able to cloak indefinetly. Excellent build to gank AND SOLO bosses in imperial city sewers.

Now talk about bow builds.. I want a stamina pure ranged NB. I can use only the bows obviously.

1. single target bow abilities (not snipe) are generally weaker (and cost more then magicka counterparts). All of them except snipe.
2. these abilities have shorter range than magicka counterparts, problem?? >>> problem is that assault skill line passives do not apply to them so they do not get a range bonus, why important? cause stamina ranged builds must be more glass cannons like magickas, still have lower dmg and sustain
3. there is no ability with self heal over time, problem? can not auto proc Trollking like magickas, we need to use vigor to proc trollking. pls, note that draining shot self heal has 90% chance to heal over 50% of our total hp so not proc trollking as our max hp is low
4. we need to use vigor to proc TK. here comes the fourth point: we already have HIGHER cost abilities than magicka builds still need to use vigor to proc TK
5. ok. Forget TK and self heal or survivability we gave up on it, we are pure dmg staimina range builds: problem? read the above and we have only snipe. WITH THE EXACT SAME AMOUNT OF SPELL/WPN DMG +MAX MAGICKA/STAMINA we can do more damage with single target swallow soul or crushing shock in 1 sec two times, than with snipe in 1 sec, while in the meantime as a magicka we can also wear autoproccing TK and have good mag sustain, and on the other side as a stamina we have almost no sustain stamina no TK just to even come close to magicka class burst.
6. just a bonus: magickas also be able to cloak indefinetly while enjoying the bonuses over stamina you can read above.

magickas with sustain + TK can have much more burst than stamina WITHOUT sustain and WITHOUT TK

Bow nerf. good job!

What to do now to revive a way of gameplay and help a totally castrated class/weapon skill line?

1. I start with the obvious, snipe and execute changes should be redone to the original state.
OR if not the above then:
2. Range of scatter shot must be 28m and first morhp should give a very slow self heal over time to give a chance for non gank builds TK use. knockback radius should be significantly lower cause they can knocked back to a range where we can not shoot agian...
3. dmg of scatter shot must be raised by 20-25%.
4. cost of bow abilities must be lowered by 20-30%.
5. new armor set should be introduced what gives stamina ranged or only bow abilities a range bonus AND significant wpn dmg or stam recovery equal to compared to new moon acolyte

and another way to give bow players a chance next to magickas: change psyjic order skill crushing weapon: lower dmg by 10-15% and make it an on/off skill like mend wounds + create a stamina variant of torug pact armor set.

I know many ppl hate bow gank builds and happy with the nerfs, but bow snipers sacrificed EVERYTHING, every single sustain and recovery stats to gank, and still they were only able to gank those who also sacrificed eveything to be glass cannons. everyone with a pvp setup who was not a potato could survie a bow gank. even healers are run with shields and swords lol so only really noobs cried about snipers...

the game was/is good because of variety of build options, now i see a complete line is devasted... I dont want pure snipers to be OP and kill everything, just want to have a smiliar stamina ranged NBs a chance as magNBs. if you do not want to have in your game glass cannon snipers, let it be, BUT you can still give BOW pvp players some love and at least buff the skill dmgs/ranges other than snipe, cuase they are much more weaker than magicka counterparts. I respecced 3 times in the past week, i checked my numbers ingame and on https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Special:EsoSkills website. i checked these with purple armor divine/and impen traits. we have no chance to reach the burst nor the sustain as a magicka, not to mention the obvious advantage of continous cloak.

I would like to state, that magicka NB had burst dmg and sustain advantages over stamaina ranged NBs in past as well. What happened after the bow nerf is the fact that these differences are even bigger.

I know the tittle is a little confusing but for example most of my characters are namned son of, like my favorite one is son of hircine and I have the beast skin and hircines champion as the tittle. Besides them I have one night blade namned voryn dagoth and my main tank is prince of madness.

If a game starts with less than full teams, new players never fill the empty spots, ditto if a player quits. Not anecdotal, dozens of players reporting the same issue.
