Snipe, lethal arrow, focused aim. Easilly the worst way to die and the most annoying skill in the game. It hits as hard as wrecking blow, lethal arrow has a better debuff and can be used without even setting foot in to harms way. Its the ultimate way to third party any sort of 1v1 fight and rewards those who spam it at someone not directly fighting you. Bow could really use either a source of major fracture or or a source of major brutality, I personally (and I think nearly everyone who isn’t a snipe stacker using a bow) would love nothing more than to see the current snipe gone and the skill repurposed in to something that works best not continually spammed but used in a combination.

Just recently came back to eso after playing since pc launch. Took time off since murkmire, but back playing full time again. Been doing dailies everyday but haven't seen one motif page drop. Have they changed where they drop from now or is it just a ridiculous low chance now?

Start Me Up - A Character Start Overhaul
Beginning with the Morrowind chapter, the developers of Elder Scrolls Online created a fresh tutorial quests for newly created player characters. Instead of beginning in Coldharbor, players instead began on a ship sailing to Vvardenfell that is shipwrecked. Captured by slavers, our hero must then liberate themselves and their fellow slaves in a daring escape from Firemoth Island. Each subsequent chapter for Elder Scrolls Online, including Summerset and Elsweyr, has brought its own new take on the tutorial quest. Customers who own the most recent chapter are able to start new characters who experience these quests. The reasoning behind this decision is simple: customers who are new to the game and purchased it to start playing the current chapter expansion will be able to start with that new content immediately. When Greymoor releases in 2020, customers will be treated to another new tutorial quest for their player characters. This brings the total tutorial quests developed for this game to five in total, yet when each chapter releases, customers are only permitted to experience one of these startup quests. The others are forever locked away, never to be seen by them again.
This is a missed opportunity.

It also would not require much development time, as the quests already exist in the game files.
This is not a new suggestion. It has been made many times before by various denizens of Tamriel. Will 2020 be the year of choosing our own start to our adventure? Knight of the Circle Armor and Weapon Outfit Styles are obtained by purchasing a Knight's Resolve or Knight's Rebuke from a War Researcher in Cyrodiil.
Knight's Resolve can be combined with 20 Arena Gladiator Proofs to generate a random style page for armor in the Knight of the Circle style.
Knight's Rebuke can be combined with 40 Arena Gladiator Proofs to generate a random style page for a weapon in the Knight of the Circle style.
These style pages are not bound, and can be freely traded with other players.
it will take a minimum of 20 days to collect 1 piece of armour and 40 days for a weapon piece, to make this a random page is a little unrealistic for what will be months of collecting proofs, imagine 80 days of collecting only to get the same piece twice.
this needs to be changed so we can have a choice on which piece we collect each time

A ladder to Blackreach? (Spoiler for Greymoor prologue quest)
So I did the discount Skyrim prologue quest, and guess what, you can access Blackreach via a trapdoor from a tavern. Yes ladies and gentlemen, there is quite literally a ladder to Blackreach.
For the context, in actual Skyrim, you had to venture deep into a dwarven ruin, and then take an elevator from the bottom floor even deeper to get to Blackreach. It’s supposed to be the Underdark, the place deep within the bowels of Nirn where shadows dwell. Not a theme park cave accessible VIA LADDER.
And that’s even without raising the question as to why the Elder Scroll there still hasn’t been found by the time the 4th era comes in if anyone can just access this place and get directly to the Tower of Mzark.

Now personally, as a dilettante quester, I was quite hyped for Skyrim and Solitude (Shoutout to Casual Ranger for inspiring me with his tweets), but even a lore enthusiast like myself cannot just accept that there is a LADDER TO BLACKREACH casually sitting in a tavern in Eastmarch.
Any thoughts?

Inventory Insight and other necessary Addons
Why is it so hard for the business behind this game to not understand the need for addons in this game!
I am now up to 18 full blown characters and all have full inventories with about half of those items golded out.
Without the addon "Inventory Insight" I can no longer manage all of my inventory because it would take hours just to find everything to eqip a character for a new build.
Well, last night we lost the addon backbone for Insight Inventory and many other addons called "LibStub" and it will no longer be supported.
I have put up with all the bad and sometimes good things this game has gone through; as I have been on here since November of 2013.
I think most people / players in this game will agree with me about the need for certain addons to comfortably play this game.
It would be very easy to go to Minion or any other addon manager program and see which addons are used by thosands of people in this game.
Pick all the High-Use addons and implement them into the game updates as part of the game's software.
Otherwise, it's been fun, but my time after 6 plus years playing this game has finally come to an end.
I don't think I will be the only leaving either.

For the love of Stendarr...
So, I usually leave 1-2 characters back in Rivenspire, learning riding skills and picking the two chests nearby. But for the love of Mara, WHY that city is surrounded by lazy annoying NPCs? Seriously, everytime I go to learn the riding skills, comes this angry Redwig Hermat dude and say things such as "What?" "Well...?" "For the Love of Stendarr..." Without I even talk to him or cross his path. He is so mean to me that it angers me and make me go on a killing spree of all killable npcs nearby, especially that stupid Snubshat who is always taking another break and asking me what I mean "that's enough".

Since I am already here, could someone please telll me what does that Clothier woman Olena Muller says when we steal something in front of her ? There is a line that I never understand what she says. Something ending with "shut that thief!" I can't figure out what she says right before it.

50% AP bonus for attacking score board leaders
One of the bigger issues I see with the 3 banner war is that all too often there is a fight for second place between the 2 factions not in the lead rather than those 2 factions both focusing on the faction that is in the lead. This campaign is less than a week old and already this battle has begun for second place. The whole premise, to me, of a 3 faction system is that the 2 factions that are trailing have the opportunity to ally with one another and focus on the leading faction to make things a 3 horse race. For varying reasons this just doesn't happen organically. You see it from time to time, but in the end it never lasts long and one of the factions that is not in the lead starts attacking the other trailing faction, and it falls apart and becomes a you started it and I'm going to finish it affair with these two factions spending way to much time fighting petty battles with each other rather than focusing the leaders where they should be. Boredom, people who care nothing for the scoreboard, etc. these things derail what should be happening and distract from the larger overall goal of focusing on the leaders.
Therefore, I recommend giving a 50% AP increase to the 2 factions not in first place whenever they kill an opponent of the leading faction or take resources, keeps, or scrolls from the leading faction. What I am looking for is an incentive that is enough to shorten these times of petty fighting between the trailing alliances and increasing the time these 2 alliances spend focusing on the leaders as is intended by the 3 faction system. Would this be incentive enough to do that? I don't know, but I think it is worth a try. If double AP can fill up all servers and create the need to add additional servers a 50% increase like this may be enough. It may also pull people out of pve land that are on the 2 trailing factions to take advantage of the bonus when their faction is not in the lead. Look at it this way, they are in the lead so they are the biggest threat, and are worth more to each factions cause than the faction in second or third place. Anything that can aid in making the scoreboard more competitive I feel warrants consideration, so please consider this.

That fluff is trash to a lot of people (not everyone) and without it you could surely make it a more reasonable price for Australians who are barely wanting to play your game as it is...

PTS Update 25 - Feedback Thread for Battlegrounds Solo Queuing
This is the official feedback thread for the upcoming change to Battlegrounds including solo queuing and MMR resets. To reiterate what was stated in the PTS patch notes, this is a big change to Battlegrounds matchmaking which we are executing partially in response to player feedback and partially as an experiment. We recognize the change will prevent players from being able to reliably team up with friends in Battlegrounds, but it should also improve both the speed of matchmaking and the competitiveness of PvP matches. As part of the change, we are resetting the matchmaking rating (MMR) of all players, so going forward, the system more properly evaluates individuals based on their performance in the solo queue.
We’ll be closely monitoring both player feedback and the impact of these changes on the system.

Gist of the German twitch stream where Rich Lambert gave more Detailed Information for the Year.
Not all this information is in order but comes from this interview where Rich gave more information on things.
The chapter upper part will be smaller then Elswyer but the Blackreach region will add more. So there will be more to explore even if map is smaller compared to last years chapter.
They have not updated the vampire models.
Vampires feeding will be more like Blade of woe in terms of the various feeding animations.
Undeath passive is still part of the Vampire Skill Line.
Vampires are getting three new abilties.
Death Hounds will use the wolf mount movement set. But will have it own unique model and everything.
Going what Rich hinted and said when asked about the Mysterious Parchment. The Witches do seem to be the Primary Threat of the year and the reason for the various issues going on around Western Skyrim. We have found out what the red markers and black marker on the Mysterious parchment map represent. The red markers are are not entrances to Blackreach but the locations where the witches are doing their various bad stuff aka the Harrowing stuff or whatever they are doing. The Black Symbol is the Entrance to Black Reach.
The antiquities system was built so it would be easier to update and its something that might be added onto and expanded so its not just a one time thing. Its more about doing non combat while also being about adding new lore. So I think the system was built for more roleplaying value and lore exploration. So I'd expect it to be updated like they do with Housing.
Housing limit when at max furnishings and everything the way it is now. Can cause players to crash so until that is fixed or whatever they won't be updating the furnishing limit till they can get performance and the issues taken care of.
Antiquities might be the first step to a possible tavern games system. But that isn't in the works but could be its something Rich wants to do.
Undaunted ultimate is on the backburner but might come when they rework the champion system in the combat performance or whatever update they are doing.
Guild features are on the road map and we might find out more about them in the second part of the year.
Daedric summoning might be looked into but if they do that for the Daedric summoning they might have to look into doing it with the Warden Bear.
Furnishings are going to be more spread out instead of all released at once so people are not overwhelmed with them. So spread out more across the dlcs and chapters.
Whiterun isn't going to be done this year as its location is more East outside the borders of Western Skyrim. So that leaves basically just Solitude and Morthal Region both being added with the Chapter and the Reach Forth Quarter.
Vampire abilties are going to be like the Necromancers where some can do a bounty and others will not give a bounty. Being a Werewolf and turning into one will give a bounty they are also being added to the System. Only difference is all werewolf abilities will grant a bounty. While the vampires will not going by what they said. Because of the fact Werewolf is an ultimate.
Since Vampires have always been more superior and better and given the way players feel. Lighten the mood by posting this meme right here or darken it as it is after all the dark heart of Skyrim. Its more of a joke so its just meant light heartily though Hopefully they will improve werewolves. Other then that that is the gist of it. If I forgot to include anything that was talked about please post that down below.

Some advice for those using ESO+ free trial for the first time
Visit every dlc dungeon and zone for some free collectibles. You don't have to do any quests, just pop in at the wayshrine and you'll get free stuff, likefor example pets, hats or styles. That is all.

I love decorating and it becomes real passion, but i guess i am a bit crazy accepting to decorate completely alone the home of another person. Thank you @cupcaakee for the challenge and the trust, its was real fun!
So i decorated @cupcaakee's Colossal Aldmeri Grotto. He wanted a big house which could be used also as guild hall for his new starting guild. I made him a temple for his mundus stones and training dummies. Small cheerful crafting area. A large gazebo where he can eat and drink with guild members. And a big house where he can relax after saving Tamriel![:) :)]()
I hope you guys like and find some useful ideas as i got plenty inspiration from other's people housing videos.

I made him a temple for his mundus stones and training dummies. Small cheerful crafting area. A large gazebo where he can eat and drink with guild members. And a big house where he can relax after saving Tamriel
