Where did you put your greenhouse?

I'm just curious where everyone put their greenhouses. I tried mine in several locations and narrowed it down to about 3. I liked it in Halls of the Collosus in the Halls of the Lunar Champion at the side with the waterfall, higher up than ground level so would need stairs up and doorway facing out to the lake.
I liked it in Grand Psijic at the front over the small waterfall (left hand side facing the building) but I felt like it spoiled my view of the moons.
I finally settled with having it at the back right side of the Grand Psijic home to the right of the big waterfall at the back.

Grouping broken again?

Was farming depth of malatar with a premade 4 man yesterday. After we finished the dungeon we decide to queue again for it. We were 4 and it was still indicating queued and we could not leave the queue so we decide to disband the group and make one again. But after disbanding we realised that we could not invite each other, was saying player already in group. Trying to invite other people says: Failed to join group. Cant queue for BGs or dungeons either. Only this toon is affected with this "buff". Tryed reloadui, disabling addons, starting steam or non steam client, rebooting pc, going to cirodil and IC. The character is still ungroupable and cant queue for anything 4 man.es6vzlrvf93x.png

No Maintenance on PC upcoming week

It's going to be two weeks since Harrowstorm and the game still has horrible desync and stability issues. Skills won't cast, instances are buggy, there are still some random crashes, boss and add positions desync and they rubberband all over the place. Bossfights feel so clunky and slow it's really a chore to raid at the moment. The Necromancer changes to blastbones have not addressed the issues the skill had at all (which was obvious). The class is soon a year old and still a buggy mess.

At this point "performance patch" has become a meme. Overall I do have better FPS so I guess you accomplished something, but it's just worthless if the game won't run properly at all. I'd take prepatch performance any day over this.

Now it seems like there is not even a maintenance next week. Do you have any ETA when you will attempt to fix this?

Toxic players over emp SMH

I made an eu account and soloed most of the campaign myself or with 1 other person and got empress straight up. Even after a brutal grind and multi 1 v X’s another gamer called me names during the campaign and his friends made sexist remarks because I wouldn’t help them.

I pushed on and got number 1 again and then the one guy that called me names asked me to step down and leave the campaign. I simply asked for an apology and that if I step down that he must do so also, so that the achievement is shared with others in our faction AD. Instead he refused and then said he would not ever step down and also that he was switching sides to Red against the very people who helped him.

I won’t step down but I will share with my faction and good people.

This really has left me morally sad that people are this toxic XB EU....

I would love to share names but will not as to ZoS TOS

atm its rly showing which classes in bg dominate like stamcro and stamdk and magsorc. magnb rly needs more offense to make close quater light armor work burst is just to weak right now. or is there someone overly successfull with it in bg and can provide video and build ?

I got accused of leeching telvar from a pve player because i killed a boss when he had got him to 15%hp. Yet, i had been in IC for a few hours working my a** off to drive away enemies and make all flags blue.

So i went to memorial district and killed "his" boss because he had already killed the arena one. So this is a question for pve players and pvp players alike, WHO IS REALLY THE LEECHER!!? 😁

Quality of Life improvements thread

Hello housing enthusiasts!

Let's make a new list of small improvements (QoL) that should be easy to implement.
By QoL improvements I don't mean furnishings, houses, or more slots (we have other threads for that), just things that will make housing more enjoyable, and should be easy to fix.

My list is:
  • context menu over player's name to visit other houses than the primary
  • teleporting out of the house at no cost
  • for guilds, select a house as a guild castle that anyone can visit from the guild menu
  • better item placing: snaping and aligning items to walls/floors
  • filtering placed items by slot type (collectible, special collectible, traditional, etc)
  • levitation mode while decorating
  • change day/night/weather while decorating
  • ability to change the spawn point (the place you enter the house) (1)
  • usable beds, bar stools, sitting pillows, etc
  • light master switch
  • reveal invisible walls and slaughterfish while decorating
  • move the invisible walls and ceilings in certain houses (2)
  • ability to increase/decrease the brightness of light sources (such as the very bright varla stones)
  • deconstruct bound furniture
  • change the music theme (using the game soundtrack)
  • make NPCs (banker, trader) sit on a chair

1. This would be good for houses that have several areas, like the Lunar Champion house. Some people decorate only one wing, so it would be great to port directly to that wing. Also, I am reffering only to the existing spawn points, such as the interior door, back yard, etc.
2. Many houses have invisible walls that unnecessarily restrict building or using a certain place. I am talking about walls cut in half, rooftops or lofts which could be used in fun ways. These walls could be moved further away, so players could enjoy those areas unrestricted. Here are some examples, the invisible wall is marked with red:

Idea for PvP faction lock: free switch but only once every 24 hours.

With Ravenwatch (NoCP) being unlocked, yet again we see players abaondon the campaign, guilds either not running or not running open groups, less zone talk, and almost no pugs. Trolls sit in one faction then switch to counter specific attacks, even before keeps flag. The PvP core community prefer faction lock, but more casual players want to play with their friends of any faction. How to solve this?

Time gating.

You aren't locked to a faction for campaign duration, but cannot switch more than once every 24 hours.

Pros:
Trolls can't switch multiple times per day, especially if they're harassing a single player or guild.
You can still play on any alliance, just have to pick one for *one* day/evening.
Hopefully guilds will feel more comfortable running open groups, as their movements are less likely to be reported to enemies.

Cons:
Will this stop trolling completely? No.

I'm sure this has been discussed already, but given that ZOS seems to want unlocked PvP, lets look at a compromise.

Group Finder is and has been broken since the supposed "fix".

I will bump this everyday until something is done. This a post from someone else who got no acknowledgement but these are the issues I've been having. Yes, somedays GF works just fine but this is unacceptable. This is one of the most basic functions in an MMO and they still haven't got it right. It's been broken and buggy for how many years???

This has been happening since dungeon finder was supposed to be fixed a few weeks ago. Happens almost half the time when I get a group.

- Ready checks kicks in
- It goes straight into Notifications (kinda like the past issue where even after accepting the group it would still end there, except that now half the time it goes straight there)
- Once you open your ready check in Notifications, clicking Accept does nothing at all
- The only way to close this is to refuse your group but when you go back to Dungeon Finder, you can't queue again (it is greyed) and as a matter of fact if you are still queued, leaving the queue is also greyed
- So in the end you have to soft log to be able to enter the queue again

Hope this gets fixed.

What’s your most dreaded area to do quests?

Just recently finished Morrowind and I’m slightly burnt out after doing all zone quests. This morning I started Elsweyr and I’m only 3 quests in and had to stop. A combination of being burnt out and my dread of desert themes and khajit are telling me to take a break then continue.

Any zones that you dislike doing quests in?

About PVP and PVE dungeons' gear

Hi,
I'd like to know about the special gears and other items found in dungeons (normal, veteran and so on). Are they important in PvP alliance war in the game?
I mean, if I won't do group's dungeon, but I want fight for my alliance, is it possible (may be to get special gear by killink players) or without dungeon's gear I'll be really weak?

The state of PS4 NA

So tonight has just been a huge flaming dumpster fire!

The usual things still happened:
-no cc immunity
-bar swapping is a myth
-skills dont work
Sadly we are used to them.

The one thing I will never get used to, is being cc'd and not being able to use race against time/mist/purge for several seconds while 20 people use me as a punching bag!

Yet with all the issues console have had to deal with since November, I can count on 1 hand how many "responses" weve had, while PC deal with a bit of lag for a few days and get 20x the communication from ZOS.

Do console players not matter? Is it really fair that we get ignored?

I really do hope when the patch hits on the 10th, we dont have any issues and the game has perfect performance, we can use skills again, the issues with cc's will be fixed and we can finally bar swap! All without bluescreens...

How do abilities work with set procs?

I’ve been collecting and tinkering with sets which has been a lot of fun but some sets baffle me. Take Ice Furnace, the tip says frost damage but I can’t seem to get it to fire. Is only certain frost abilities that can trigger it?

Do the warden aoe abilities make it fire?

is there a list some where that list sets and which abilities they have synergy with?

We want small/toy dog pets!

I can't be the only person who wants my character to have a tiny froofroo dog that lays on a silk pillow.

I have toy dogs IRL, and since their origin was basically lap dogs for nobility, ESO seems like the perfect setting for toy breeds.

Please give us some Tamriel versions of breeds like Pomeranians, Yorkies, Havanese, Shih-Tzu, Poodles, anything! Not everyone wants a huge dog!

Hello Dear Reader,


First off let me tell you my name is Shane, my Gamertag: SH

I have been playing ESO since BETA on Xbox. I am CP 970 with 10-15 toons all various builds and classes. I am truly interested in creating a community where new players and vets can thrive in. I work 9a-5pm Central through the weekend mostly am on everyday with different activities on my mind.

With all this being said I am looking for a partner/co-founder and investor for a idea of creating a brand new trading guild. I truly do want this concept to flourish and will be doing all I can to make this true.

ZOS!!! Are you ever going to fix frostvault?? On the last boss, the game constantly freezes. The screen completely freezes, then it takes you at least 5 minutes to get back in because the game thinks you are still logged in. We miss achievements, loot, we get kicked from the dungeon because people think we have left on our own. This has happened across all forums that i have seen, PS4, XBox, PC... I am on the ps4 EU server and again this has happened over and over. It also happens on NORMAL AND VET, HM or NOT.. below are just SOME of the threads i found on this problem:
