When is Frostvault being fixed?? This is beyond ridiculous!!

ZOS!!! Are you ever going to fix frostvault?? On the last boss, the game constantly freezes. The screen completely freezes, then it takes you at least 5 minutes to get back in because the game thinks you are still logged in. We miss achievements, loot, we get kicked from the dungeon because people think we have left on our own. This has happened across all forums that i have seen, PS4, XBox, PC... I am on the ps4 EU server and again this has happened over and over. It also happens on NORMAL AND VET, HM or NOT.. below are just SOME of the threads i found on this problem:

Can we get some kind of official response to this? Is this problem just being swept under the carpet and not bothered with? This is paid for content either by having eso + OR buying the DLC. We pay for WORKING content not bugged *** that isnt fixed.

Abah's Landing Wayshrine - AVOID IT !! - Guard standing right in front of it - Possible BUG

So basically there is a City Guard standing AT the Abah's Landing way-shrine (Thieves Guild DLC). If you port there with some bounty, you gonna get chased immediately, right after you spawn. If you will have long loading screen - you may even get killed and / or you may lose all stolen items you are carrying.

It happened to me twice. At 1st time I thought I was unlucky. But after 2nd time I am 100% there is something wrong here.

This wayshrine is mostly used to get to the thieves guild and almost always, when you are either doing Thieves Guild quests or you simply want to fence stolen items - you have some bounty on your head. No other way-shrines in game have a City Guard standing THIS close or in City Guard "view" range / "patrol" range.


I doubt this is intended. It is either a terrible BUG or worse - an EXPLOIT.

Just posting it to let you know and to ask: Is this intended ?! I guess it is kinda twisted design...

To all players looking for a safe passage to an Outlaw refuges - AVOID THIS WAYSHRINE ! ! !

Weird Landscape?

It took me like more than a day to update the game which was fine, I expected it to be long but now I am having trouble with my landscape in game it is triangles and pixels everywhere and I can only see the water from a distance but it's invisible up close. AOE ground effects from abilities are also unable to be seen. I've had lag and seen some bugs but never anything quite like this before. I tried deactivating all my add-ons, restarted launcher and my settings are all still on high so idk what's up?

It took me ages to put this together across multiple sources and with the help of some lovely fellow furnishing addicts. (See attachment below) It's as accurate as I can get it bearing in mind I have only learned 72% of all plans but it has been audited by those who know nearly all plans. I've started getting more and more requests to share it so I thought why not share it properly... There are so many people who enjoy furnishing I might as well see if anyone else would like it.

Not only does this include all new Elsweyr plans but it also has a summary page so you can see how many plans you know in total, by release and by style. Because some people like me are just that geeky! Instructions on how to fill it in are on the summary page.

I play XBox EU and if anyone finds this useful/helpful I would really appreciate any help you can give me with learning my missing plans please. I've included a sheet of my remaining missing plans if anyone is prepared to help me out. As a furnishing addict if I'm not building a new house I'm farming plans or raising funds to buys plans. Currently I live in elsweyr farming the gorgeous new plans <3 but my luck has been less than stella so far.

The last update on the Class Representatives was when @ZOS_GinaBruno posted the new faces that would join the team. In that thread, Gina stated they would be moving back to having regular meetings and post public meeting notes soon. While I know this group operates under an NDA, we previously received updates with their NDA in place, and the message from Gina indicated more would come.

That was July 2019, about 8 months ago? Will we hear from this group soon? Is the group still active in a meaningful way?

My movement speed has gone, cannot sprint and Race Against Time has no effect.
Seems like a bug to me.

Hi all! First of all, I do know about Azurah, but since it relies on LibStub, I'd rather not use it. And since my needs are simple (moving target and party/raid frames), I thought I'd just make my own quick Addon, especially since I've done my share in wow already. But I can't seem to figure out how to access/move the standard UI frames. I'm not sure I get the difference between frame and control - if it's even needed for this?

These are my failed attempts so far:

Launcher Output After Update 25

Since Update 25, the Launcher displays the following image after a pause of a few minutes. I can access and use the Game Options, such as Repair Files. However, I do not know whether any other feature of the Launcher is compromised. Ordinarily, I launch the game client via a Windows desktop "shortcut" icon.

Sets for stam necro vMA?

Hi everyone,
as the title already says I'm interested in your opinion on what sets to use for vMA? I did it countless times on different magicka classes, so now I want to have a go with my stam necro. What sets would you recommend? Is stuff like the new aegis caller or relequen usefull? Or would you use something different?

Would you like to see Alliance Lock back in 30 days noCP campaign?

Due to the Alliance Lock being removed from 30 days noCP, now we have a bunch of trolls stealing scrolls and hammer and giving it to the enemy, sabotaging sieges and spying in general. Usually open to public Alliance's guilds & groups are dimishing or they are locked to people from outside. It makes campaign completly unfriendly and paranoic.

We have a 7 day campaign which is perfect for people who don't care about their alliance and want to play Cyrodiil.
That's why I'm suggesting reverting these terrible changes ASAP and bringing back Alliance Lock to this campaign.

$15 a month sub. $50 a year chapter. Crown crates. Limited time houses.

With all those revenues streams how is it that this games performance has continued to degrade month after month for this long?

You have failed zos.

To be clear. This is not the devs fault. Im sure they work their butts off and have great passion for the game. Whether they haven't had the resources, the manpower or w/e excuse management uses. They failed the devs and us

Do you feel like the insane amounts of AOE are ruining skilled PVP gameplay?

I personally think that the amount of AOE we face in PVP is way out of hand and is a part of what makes this game extremely frustrating to play and drives a lot of players away from places like IC or Battlegrounds, especially smallscale or solo. Yes, Medium has shuffle, and there are a lot of class abilities which make dealing with AOE slightly easier or simply allow you to get away. That however leads to 2 situations:

A.) you either have to just run and never engage and purposely stay away from certain groups, if you're not tanky enough or get vastly outnumbered
B.) Attempt to focus on hit-and-run only, playstyle.
C.) you build around it, resulting in ridiculously long, disengaging fights

Look at the meta or high skill PVP gameplay. Everyone is a tank, first and foremost, because of the unbearable amounts of AOE, the ST burst alone can mostly be avoided, dodged, blocked. Most of AOE is straight up unavoidable, especially combined with stacking slow/snare/root/CC effects. A potential for actually skilled, timed, set-up kills diminishes the more we add AOEs and the more we build tanky.

It makes PvP rather unsatisfying, other than getting your daily dose of dopamine from finishing a frustrating, anger-inducing fight. At least to me. In most MMOs AoEs in PVP are usually very weak and near ineffective or useless for the damage purposes, unless it is some sort of class burst mechanic (like for example: Shalks - which is totally fine by me.). These AoEs are usually balanced and tuned so well so that regular, most often occuring, small scale PvP doesn't lose it's skilled gameplay potential, while actually becoming quite powerful in large group setting. Large groups are where the high numbers of stacked up AOEs infact do become useful. In ESO however, we're hitting this threshold already in groups of 3 and more players, and that's way out of hand.

My opinion anyways. Call me bad or call me a noob, maybe i don't understand anything. It's just how I've felt for the past + - year and a half, as AoEs have been slowly increasing in presence and strength. Also, imho, it's not really a problem of how many AoEs we can stack, rather than how most AoEs are hitting for nearly the same amount of damage as most single target abilities. They are only slightly weaker.

Just recently finished Morrowind and I’m slightly burnt out after doing all zone quests. This morning I started Elsweyr and I’m only 3 quests in and had to stop. A combination of being burnt out and my dread of desert themes and khajit are telling me to take a break then continue.

Any zones that you dislike doing quests in?

Am I the only one who finds the game too slippery? The "eel" type movement in this game is very confusing for the hand-to-hand player, felt mainly for the weapons in each hand, I find that hitting a target is very difficult and especially to activate the spells, wouldn't there be something to do about that ? Frankly, sometimes I feel like the ground has been sprayed with oil...

Still no nightblade buffs...?

Honestly our class is being hit hard with the changes to off balance. Magdk was buffed to compensate for the changes. Where is our compensation? Why is nightblade continually nerfed over and over again when it hasn't been remotely overtuned since 7th legion was nerfed (and thats only speaking in terms of stamblade)? We are almost if not just as dependent on off-balance stun as a magdk it is simply not on paper (requires one to play the game to understand this moreover).

Half of our abilities are utterly useless and never used on both stamina and magicka builds, there is absolutely no flow/burst to our clunky abilities, we literally cannot equip our grossly nerfed fear CC because we do not do enough damage to kill anyone with it equipped, all of our burst abilities are ridiculously easy to avoid while taking excessive amounts of time to build up, and we are not used in any high level of pvp/do not exist in high mmr bgs as we completely lack survivability in any sort of group pvp play (along with burst damage) due to abilities such as dark cloak being utterly underpowered and classes such as stamwarden (or any of the other classes) that can literally do everything excessively better than a stamblade can except we can use an ability that makes us go invisible for 2-3 seconds which is currenly more than ever needed as a walking stick just to survive. Literally almost the entire eso community understands how underpowered/clunky nightblade currently is. Literally everyone. The entire pvp community knows this and it is not like we're anything but slightly below average in pve. I'm honestly baffled that there have been absolutely 0 changes and have quit the game (which I have played since its beta release) until I see some sort of change for our very underpowered and excessively nerfed class.

Like this is absolutely ridiculous please fix our class which will now be dang near brokenly underpowered with the next patch. I am completely baffled by the lack of understanding/caring that is going on right now. When a class is negligently kept in such an underpowered state for this long while the most brokenly overpowered class in the game (stamina necromancer) is receiving buffs because below average players that flock to it don't know how to use their spells correctly, it is a blatant sign for me that there are extremely high levels of ignorance and apathy going on and I need to move on and find a different game to play.

So tonight has just been a huge flaming dumpster fire!

The usual things still happened:
-no cc immunity
-bar swapping is a myth
-skills dont work
Sadly we are used to them.

The one thing I will never get used to, is being cc'd and not being able to use race against time/mist/purge for several seconds while 20 people use me as a punching bag!

Yet with all the issues console have had to deal with since November, I can count on 1 hand how many "responses" weve had, while PC deal with a bit of lag for a few days and get 20x the communication from ZOS.

Do console players not matter? Is it really fair that we get ignored?

I really do hope when the patch hits on the 10th, we dont have any issues and the game has perfect performance, we can use skills again, the issues with cc's will be fixed and we can finally bar swap! All without bluescreens...

Necro Mystic Siphon not casting in trials

Often times the skill lights up as if it's usable, but I have to swing my mouse around the screen like I'm lassoing a bull to find the "sweet spot" to get it to go off. From my understanding the update should have made it automatically target the nearest corpse. Many of my trials teammates are reporting similar issues with the skill. One theory is friendly pets are blocking line-of-sight to the corpse preventing the skill from activating. Please look into this issue.

Suis-je le seul à trouver le jeu trop glissant ? Le mouvement de type "anguille" dans ce jeu est très déroutant pour le joueur au corps à corps, ressenti principalement pour les armes dans chaque main, je trouve que toucher une cible est très difficile et surtout pour activer les sorts, n'y aurait-il pas quelque chose à faire pour cela ? Franchement, j'ai parfois l'impression que le sol a été aspergé d'huile...
