Streaming ESO!~

Hey guys,

Going to be streaming ESO tonight, but before that @ www.twitch.tv/drumbendrum I'm going to be doing some drum play just to spice it up a bit.

As far as ESO gameplay is concerned mostly doing PvE, but I enjoy all aspects of the game. PvE PvP its all good, come stop by and hope you enjoy the stream!~

Go to 2:21 where he shows the unbuffed stats. Sees Spell Damage.

I don't know what to think anymore when the game gives you the ability to get your damage stats into five figures.

So I figured since we're all going to be hunting down leads for the antiquities system, it makes sense to have a handy-dandy central location to see where the various leads can be found and what they're for. Keep adding the leads you find and their sources, so we can update and refine the spreadsheet below!

dear dungeon dev team,


you've read the PTS comments and feedback on the new DLC dungeons in vet mode by now. High skilled players love it, above average players think it's too hard and the bulk will fail at it until group disband or simply skip all together.

Also note how large the list of DLC dungeons has become, probably by now as large as the list of original (non-dlc) dungeons which are clearly a joke compared to DLC.

Doesn't the list of VET DLC dungeons deserve it's own queue by now so that true dungeon enthusiasts can find each other for some vet dlc fun while people that only want to complete fast for purple level gear and xp reward (or simply to force a group with fellow cp players) have the option to do so. I firmly believe this would solve a lot of daily hassle and frustation !

many of us would like to explore cyro. we dont want to pvp and most importantly, we are not geared for pvp. this way we can do the pve part of the events in peace. [snip] inappropriately geared people coming to cyro is not the same as pvp geared people coming to pve. afraid of dungeon kicks? group up with a mate and you will be safe.

Cannot gift DLC bundle

I am trying to gift the 4-pack DLC bundle to a friend, but cannot because they already own Imperial City (which is free). Why am I not allowed to gift the rest of the bundle?
Seems like a bad idea to block a purchase because you own the free parts!

Load screen flashes...

The middle of nowhere in Craglorn, FPS 100, latency 70, and I'm running along... and flashes of load screen begin happening. First it's once every 5 minutes or so, but it increases until I can't even type in a bug report because it's every few seconds. The only thing that helps is logging out and back in again. This is a very new thing for me. I run about 100 mbps connection speed, though it fluctuates up to 110 mbps. Despite the C-virus, we haven't had any dips in our net connection. I'm on the Fullscreen setting as well.

Greymoor Rising Quest Glitch

When entering the Castle Dour Courtyard and being prompted to Listen to Your Companions, the game plays through the scene but will not allow me to follow my companions out any of the doorways. This has been happening to both my husband and myself whether we are logged in together or separate. We can go back into the temple and into the courtyard and watch the scene replay over and over, but cannot move past this point. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am looking for a core group or guild that runs end game content.

I can dps or tank.

Have all HM clears except vcr +3 and navi HM

80k+ on all dps toons.

I am usually free weeknights after 8pm EST and weekends all day.

Constant disconnects every 5-15 minutes

For the past week I have been having constant disconnects while playing, I have done every possible troubleshooting method that has been available on forums, and cannot possibly think of the issues. I cannot stay connected longer than 30 minutes at all and it makes the game borderline unplayable. All that happens is while I am playing I will just get kicked to the original login screen, not the character screen and it will say please make sure you have a valid connection. I can login immediately again and go back to normal but will just get disconnected. It seems that once I first get disconnected it will start disconnecting me more frequently the next few times. Its a waste of my ESO+ and I just bought Greymoore and am unable to do anything that requires me to stay connected. Please help me figure this out.

Why does Thrassian only give spell damage buff

If you haven’t noticed, in most end game content....especially in groups going for titles like TTT and GH, mag toons are the go to for clearing. It’s easier to stay alive, keep damage going, and having the option to stay ranged has many benefits. So, why does the one most used and talked about new mythic item for PVE....Thrassian Stranglers, only give a spell damage buff, as opposed to spell and weapon damage? Now you are widening the gap even more for those of us who want to play a stam toon. As a player who has actually gotten tick tick, GH, and IR on a stam toon in a mag group, it’s frustrating to almost be forced to swap over to a mag build to stay competitive for a spot on the team.

Game keeps minimizing, can't even log in

Hi, I loaded up ESO just now as I was going to play a little. I'm running the non-Steam PC version, direct via the ESO site. Anyways, I got a small update (~50mb) and then opened the game when it was finished. However, every time I try to log in, the game window minimizes. I tried to reopen the window but it'd minimize again. I, quite literally, cannot even keep the game window open for longer than about 1 second before it auto-minimizes for me. I'm not sure what's causing this. Other than Chrome, I can't think of any other programs in the background that might be causing this issue.

If there are any suggestions for what I can do to fix this issue, I'd highly appreciate them as I'd like to play Greymoor. I haven't played it much due to all the maintenance and rough launch issues which kinda soured the experience, but I do want to play it more and enjoy the $40 I spent. Thanks for any help!

[Necromancer] I left Glister Vale and immediately got a bounty

Recently made a new necromancer character, and am currently doing Auridon quests. I was at the Glister Vale, without any bounty before I went in. Immediately after I used the "teleportation" I returned to the quest giver and got a bounty.

That quest location is not even a town. It's a cave with several "illusion" locations. The only NPC that can give me bounty is the quest giver, and I am pretty sure I did not use any necro skills near her.

Now as a necromancer I cannot even use my skills in the wilderness.

Before u come in with "immersions", I suggest you give sorcs, werewolves or vampires a look.

Returning from a long break. I now see that tanks run a destro on backbar? Ebon no longer BiS? I'm currently in all gold ebon/alkosh. What is meta these days?
