Title. I personally hate vamps, but love earth based classes. But Devouring Swarm being a strong anti-zerg ability and Elusive Mist being the only escape skill a DK can get makes me feel like it's mandatory to do well. I'd rather not gimp myself by not taking it, but as stated I hate the theme of it.

Divine Intervention - Galom Daeus
I'm at this step with about 10 other people right now, and none are able to complete it. Some have mentioned they've already abandoned and re-run the quest w the same results. Most, even after getting the Control Rod, the quest log continues to say "get control rod" and won't allow you to get the Galom Daeus component.

Vivec City same as Orsinium on Xbox - crashes are terrible.
Moving through Vivec City will get you a crash to dashboard just like in Orsinium. ZOS's answer from a support ticket about Orsinium to the crashing is to not use a mount and walk slowly. Will this be the same thing for Vivec City, don't use a mount, walk slowly, don't enter buildings, etc.

cliff racer needs to be reflected
both morphs need to be able to be reflected by dk scales, and the mag morph needs to be reflected by defensive posture from 1h+s skill tree. I don't have a warden leveled yet but I'm assuming the warden reflect ability doesn't reflect it either. if someone could put some insight on the warden reflective skill id appreciate it.

A discussion about Re-sale
I offer to buy reagents in bulk at 60% of their value. I have done this same basic thing, with various items, on every MMO I’ve ever played. As well as in the drugstore my wife and I own in real life. Our candy, soda, homeopathy and many other products are bought from distributors at about that rate.
Until I started playing ESO I never had a problem with it. Suddenly in this game people in the zones have become crusaders against re-sale profit! I get threats insults profanity, accusations, and more. All because I’m offering less than MM.
Is there no free market in this game? Where is the hidden code that says everything must be sold for MM prices only? Why is this the first game where re-sale sparks such outrage?
I wonder do all these offended people charge into retails stores around the world and demand that THEY start paying retail prices for their stock and make 0 profit?
Do they go around in game to all the traders I see that have items listed for up to 1000% over MM and cry to those sellers? I mean since they are so dedicated to making sure there is NO profit in the game why stop with me?

Chests in Vvardenfell
They don't seem to be dropping appropriate items...
Like, I've found 1 master chest, a few advanced chests, and MANY intermediate and simple. However I still haven't found ANY Ashlander buoyant armiger motifs (despite having about 90% of achievements for Morrowind outside of HoF, including savior of morrowind) and I have noticed that the vast majority of the intermediate chests only drop one, setless, garbage piece of gear and nothing else, where as simple chests are dropping garbage green gear with a glyph or empty soul gem (something). Though the advanced chests and one master chest I have found has yielded 1 blue defilers item and the rest vendor or decon garbage. Meanwhile the thieves troves I have found are dropping purples, pardon edicts, and generally nice things pretty frequently. Some thing feels amiss here with the regular chests, particularly the intermediate ones.
Anyone else notice this?
Update: After 8 hours of straight farming chests and troves, intermediate chests consistently yield less than simple chests 99 times out 100. Also no buoyant armiger. None. The hell is that drop rate even with a so called "quirk of fate". Holy ***...

Who else would like BoP to die?
There was once a golden era in ESO where you could sell almost anything. Now almost everything is Bind on Pickup and if you are like me RNG hates you. Zeni you have so much content in the game it seems counter productive to force someone to run a dungeon 30+ times for a drop set, especially considering that garbage drops most like Prosperous or Training on a CP160 piece. NOBODY wants Prosperous. 30+ runs and still haven't assembled a 5 piece with decent traits. Think it over guys and gals. Do you want people to spend all their time farming or playing?

Medium armor is the weakest armor class currently and having this move be undodgeable is a gross disregard towards balance.

New Surface Pro i7 Will Not Run Game in Full Screen
So I had ESO running on a Surface Pro 3 at low quality but it ran. Now I have a new 2017 Surface Pro with an i7 and when the game runs it chooses to use 1/4 of the screen. Now this is normal for very high resolution screens and the remedy is to go to the exe properties compatibility tab and select "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: System (Enhanced)". But the compatibility tab is missing from the eso64.exe file. This compatibility change allowed the launcher to run correctly. The only thing wrong is I can't play a postage stamp sized game. On my desktop the compatibility tab is present.
Reading the system requirements does not say that an Nvidia or AMD graphics card is required but based on the ESORequirementChecker.exe that is a requirement. It flags the IRIS graphics in red font as incompatible. It is just silly that the compatibility tab is not on the eso64.exe file but I have successfully gotten ALL my other programs and games to run using the compatibility tab.
Any way I can get the compatibility tab back?
I tried the compatibility troubleshooter. That does allow me to set any options.

PSA: Battlegrounds are not FPS
They are not first person shooters!

Domination and Capture the Flag have objectives besides killing players.
Go to Cyrodiil if you want to just gank and kill.
No solo play in BG, it doesn't help.

Suggestion: Larger Crown packages
Sorry if this has been mentioned somewhere else, but search didn't turn anything up for me. ZOS, since you've been selling Crown Store items for over 5k crowns, would you consider making larger Crown packages available, maybe even with the same increasing discount for larger purchases? Even without the discount it would be convenient to not have to repeatedly enter credit card info for multiple purchases when you need more than 5500. Just a thought!

Any mention of the dual wield bug being fixed soon?
So since Morrowind there's been a bug where while using dual wield, any skill with a casting time (surprise attack, rapid strikes, jabs, etc) wouldn't work when you pressed its button until you either barswap or it would just fire off very delayed and then the damage would come up after. It doesn't always happen but its frequent enough to make dual wielding unplayable especially in PVE like Maelstrom or trials. Has there been any word they're even aware of this?
