The Steel Griffon Order - New PVE Guild

The Steel Griffon Order is a brand new PVE guild whose main aim is to form groups of like minded players in order to take down dolmens, dungeons, monsters, delves and other group content.
The guild has its origins in NW England but we are looking for anybody who shares our easy going and relaxed approach to the game. With that in mind, there is no minimum play time required, and no obligation to donate gold in order to unlock guild features. All promotion is based on participation. The more you group up and contribute, the higher you will rise.
We are also looking to aid new players with crafting, advice and trade.
If you are a new player looking for a guild, or an experienced player looking to take down group content then you would be more than welcome as a Knight of the Steel Griffon Order

Blood-Forged Skin pulled from Bloodroot Forge

You may ask how I know this.

For one, there's a Locked square in Collectibles. This usually only occurs for Collectibles obtainable outside the Crown Store.

For two, one of the descriptions in the Crown Store for Horns of the Reach makes explicit mention of this skin.

This leads me to believe the Blood-Forged skin was pulled from the Bloodroot Challenger achievement at the last moment and replaced with a mediocre hat. Not only is this shady, it's underselling a marked achievement.

You're better than this, ZOS.

Help Obtaining Any Skin

Hi!

Ive really been wanting a skin collectable for some time and I know the dungeon/trial runs aren't the easiest thing to do. So I would love a group to run it with!

It really doesn't matter which skin it is I just would like to have at least one.

I'm a champion sorc level 370+

If any is willing to help it would be much appreciated.. on NA server

The planting misleading info quest?

After arriving at the destination & fighting off attackers the notes won't set on the table after pressing & holding or tapping the e key! I even tried from different directions from the table. Is this a known issue or a common glitch?

Magika Templar Imperial Tank

I created my first tank and I am level 30. I am looking for suggestions for skills and armor sets for a Magika Templar Imperial Tank. Looking for PVE end game but would like to dabble in PVP group play. I have searched for a morrowind build for this and can't find one I like or is helpful. I have no problem tanking or staying alive in Random dungeons. I use the heavy armor resistance buff and the light armor shield when I need it. Ok go for it.

... change the way you allow visitors. Designating ONE primary residence that your guilds and friends can visit even when you are offline is not good enough. We need to be able to do this with ALL the houses we own. We also need to be able to create exclusive guestlists from our friends list. Also, please double the player caps now. At the very least. You can even announce that you are doing it as a trial run, to be rescinded if it causes problems. Those HUGE notable residences feel empty even with 24 people in them when they can EASILY accommodate 48. Same for the 12 player cap homes that can easily hold 24. We spend a ton of money on this purely social perk. Please finally make it worthwhile.

A Lightswitch please!!!

I know it is old news, but I just want to ventilate my feelings here a bit. Almost each day I have to turn on ALL of my 200 lights in my cave again because someone who thinks he is funny switches ALL of them off, even those on hard to reach places. It takes quite a while to get them all on again and am very tired of it. Today I closed my cave for everyone because I get so frustrated of this. Its a shame, because many people visit my cave to show it to others or use my skellies or my arena. It is really a shame that now many cannot enjoy themselves in my cave anymore because of 1 person. I will not open my cave again until Eso has done something about it. Or a light switch to put all lights on and off, or take away the generel permission to every visitor to switch them off.
I know many of my friends who have the same problem: when can we expect a solution for this, Eso?

Guys Zenimax was Nice enough to give us another CP Campaign, they actually listened to us and it was nice of them. However in order for this server is be enjoyed by everyone, we will need to get alot more DC and AD players to balance the server out. There is simply too many EP players ATM on the server during prime time. The people who can help the server the most are AD and DC from Vivec who dont wanna sit in ques, or the lag. What the server needs most are a Crap ton of Ad and DC solo players, any free small man grp's and heck ill even take some zerg guilds if they are AD or DC. Please help shor needs you!

Xbox One ESO Plus - suggestion- put eso plus in the crown store like the trial

As a suggestion to completely resolve any issues that occur on Xbox One for ESO Plus. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_DaryaK

-Move it to the store like the trial is in the crown store.
-Let us buy a token to activate And /or possibly purchase that token via crownstore too
-Offer this in 30,90,120 days ranges subject to an amount of crowns in our balance.

Why:
ESO Plus on Xbox one for over two years often has issues where
1. The benefits don't work
2. Crowns aren't supplied to the account
3. We can't subscribe in increments like the other two platforms, we are limited to one 30 day option
4. It's not in the actual Xbox store, it's only in a hidden sku, that requires logging into the game to use the crown store anyways, that takes us to the Xbox store. Why the extra steps
5. Once paid, it often requires us to quit the game app, relaunch and log in again

Am I done with Daggerfall main quest

So I saved king Emericks soul but he is still in the hall of souls place, he mentions taking it easy in Wayrest and that I have an appointment with someone who he doesn't name but I can't find a quest anywhere.

Checked online found nothing about this other than a few with same problem, really doubt it just stops with the king and the queen of Bankori still in that place and I want to see the ending so if anyone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Bidding day - A Trade GMs worst Nightmare

So as someone who runs a pretty small and casual Trade guild, bidding Day has become an absolute nightmare! 6 months ago we could secure a great spot in one of the starter zones, now we're struggling to win bids of ridiculous amounts in all of the far less desirable, out-of-the-way places.

What's going on? Has there been a huge influx of Trading guilds competing for locations?

Trait changes and how they affect pvp.

This is all speculation and i posted this in a general forum thread but though't i'd post it here to see what other pvp'ers think.

So the actual difference between precise/ sharp/ nirn is around 1-1.5%? Dps wise? According to the tests people have done.

So unless your really going for that end game pve leaderboards its not worth regrinding and regolding?

I'm guessing pvp is a different story.

I'd say:

Nirn > Precise> Sharp for pvp.

Nirn - Only on crafted sets + msa weps, most pvp builds are based on dungeon sets and open world sets so thats it limitation, deals the most dmg by like 0.7% or something but affects heals and works on shields.

Precise - Still around the 1% mark dps wise, doesn't work on shields but still works on heals. I'd say give more possible burst dmg as crits is how you burst people even if they have shields, if you don't crit s shield users when you catch them without shields you won't kill them without proc sets.

Sharpened - Not the highest dps, coming behind nirn but higher than precise, but its more reliable damage when it works but doesn't with shields. No limitation and its available on all weapons. Most people will already have gold weapons of sharpened.

Any one of these seems viable in pvp.

I'm likely gonna go shadow/ precise though because the dps is around the same and i really want that heal boost, more crits heals and higher crit heals. My damage is fine to burst people usually, its healing that becomes a problem when i have several people on me. Rather give up 1~% dmg for better heals.

P.M.S Build ( Stam Sorc )

If you clicked on this either your all for this build or going to complain 24/7 start new posts get a pension started take it to Congress and try to get it nerfed after.

But be warned i have no idea what im talking about. Im on console and have 0 add-ons or a community of people to help me. So remember this will never work... but if it does make it out of the pts @Blobsky im smiling everyday.

Thiers a few ways of doing this depending on the situation of pvp open world, bgs, cp and no cp and duels im not going to go over everything. But you can leave a comment and il try to help or explain the reasoning behind it. Also this set isnt even out yet and has been 24hrs since the info was released.

5 piece: Weapons or Jewelry or body Blooddrinker Increases the damage you deal with bleed damage over time effects by 20%

5 piece: Weapons jewely or body Cyrodiils Crest or Duroks bane For Major Defile and HP regen debuff.

2 piece : Shoulders and Head Slimecraw as more crit is BIS on this build


Front Offensive bar: 1h Axes charged, 1h Axe infused, as sharpend is usless against bleeds ( as i tested ) in the past. And to me the next update being able to apply more of a status effect of 110% ( gold ) and spell, weapon damage enchant is more important. 1 foulness enchant increased bye 7% foulness gives you a minor defile at 22% healing debuff and 22% hp regen.

Back bar defensive bar:
2h Bow Masters Powered or 4/5 Blooddrinker crest or duroks bane all powered hopefully your an orc for that extra heal.

Bow to stay mobile using speed los and big heals in fight, heres where it get tricky

Back bar vigor,shuffle,hurricane,drainshot,or poison infection, darkdeal ult attro.

Front bar: streak, degeneration (mages guild) crit surge, bloodcraze, bloodthirst. Dw ultimate Rend for duels or really small scale bgs or Thrive of choas for open world pvp and insanity.

Concept behind this build: If your stam do me a favor go to your dw skill line and read the tooltip on that ultimate in pvp bgs or non buff campaign doesnt matter. Before we factor in battlespirit lets do the math.

Add 20% blooddrinker damage now add 20% empower degeneration 50/100% chance to make 40% more now add in Thrive of choas six people hit up to 30% more damage done. If less than six rend would be your better option at morph now cut it in half per battle spirit. But thiers alot more to it than just tooltips and math see your also debuffing them your healing your stunning them with streak for an xtra 15% damage done. It might be alot for new stam sorcs but the vets lets have some fun with this.

70% open world 1vx or 2,3,vX or zergs
40% smale scale all the while crest or duroks is debuffing heal and regen bye 30% 100 cp into befoul gives you 55% major gives you % minor gives you 15% to make 85% debuff heals and hp regen. Now im not saying to put 100 into that im saying make sure your over 65% debuff in healing.

If you wanted to make you DW ult stronger bye 15% but have less crit make sure you slot a monster set that gives stun, silence, immobilized, disoriented.

I know i know im not really clear with things put it this way this is a Viper Destro ult that heals you 2.9.to 4.3k per tick of the dw dot ult for 8 to 16 sec.

Any questions il try to stay on top of this as i might get some hate and compliants. Ya i probably have some typos, bump that I really dont care, you get the idea or some ppl do.

And thier you go ... hakunamatata ! Bleed to death !

Against my better judgment, I will give this one last go. I believe that, for the most part, the discussions have been fun and enjoyable. I feel that I've gotten to know some people on other factions a bit, and it is cool being killed by someone you recognize! :) Anyway, let's stick to talks of builds, funny stories (like the time I got jumped by 8 AD as I rode across the bridge and they bashed me to death as I fell out of my chair laughing), map strategy, which in game snacks you prefer, and of course... Ice trebs.
