Now that we are well into the MW patch, I would like to see what the community thinks.
In a similar poll from May 2017, only around 28% of players were happy with the incoming sustain changes.
*From what I have seen in end game vet trials, most dps are able to achieve numbers similar to before Morrowind, but it has come at the expense of them being a majority of heavy attack builds. Sustain seems hard to come by even with the best of coordinated groups (excluding Hodor like players, it seems they are fine) with the changes.
For reference:
*Reduced cost Warlord/Magician CP removed
*Constitution passive nerfed by apx 42%
*Cost reduction via LA and MA reduced
*Stamina abilities increased in cost apx 15%
*Orbs and shards share cooldown
*Orbs no longer restores resources to allies in area
*Repentance change
*Ele drain/minor magicka steal reduced to 300 mag/sec down from 400
*Siphoning attacks and its morphs changes
*Various skills now scaling based on character level vs max resource pool
*Battle Roar passive return reduction
*Block cost calculated at double the speed, every 0.25sec vs 0.5 sec increasing stamina required to block
And many more!
