Entire family has been "social" banned.

Last night me, my wife, my son and his wife were questing together when we noticed that none of us could trade, send mail, add friends or see guild bank options. A ticket was submitted and while it got an initial response, they never responded after I followed up with answers to their questions.

I submitted a second ticket asking for it to be looked into as this hitting all four of us is a little frustrating. They responded with a canned email of "We see you are having problems with guild bank items being missing", to which I replied that wasn't the case and for them to re-read the initial submission. They responded back "I see you are having issues with receiving mail" to which I responded that wasn't my issue, answered their questions again and then provided screen shots of each action and its result.

Can someone actually read my ticket and respond to the issue? We would like to continue playing this game together, but being limited like this just makes the game frustrating.

Side note: We were just questing. Nothing special at that time. Earlier I was farming mats as I would normally do in my off time. If farming mats for blacksmithing and alchemy gets a social ban, then that's a show stopper.
While I do have mods, none of them are mail mods as mentioned in other threads for GM's getting banned when mass mailing their guilds. They are the basic popular ones, like for mini map, harvester, etc...

Suggestion: Costume Creator for ESO Plus users

Hello there,
I'm sorry in advance for my english, and I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this (in that case please tell me :) )

ZOS really let us to customize greatly the appearence of ours characters: Costumes, Skins, Motifs are all good features to me.
What really i would love (and maybe it had been already suggested), is a Costume Creator system, a really simple one. Here is how it could work:

COSTUME CREATOR
  1. Equip what you want, dye it if needed to create your desired look.
  2. Go in "collection panel" and select the new voice "My Custom Costumes".
  3. There you'll find "Custom Costume Slots" only available for the ESO plus users. I'm telling this because ZOS sells costumes and I dont want this feature to go against their income. The first Slot is already unlocked, and you maybe need to pay 500-1000 crowns to unlock more slots.
  4. Click on "Create Custom Costume": the game take in account the actual appearence of your character and save everything in the slot, maybe using the picture of your char in the inventory as a photo for this custom costume slot.

EDIT: i put a simple picture, nothing fancy and very raw.

In this way your appearence will be stored in the Slot as a custom Costume (just like already existing one from Crown Store) in the Collection Panel.
Also remember that you actually have to own the armor you are saving as costume to save it in the Slots, so Motif from the crownstore do not become obsolete.
I can se me for example buying a Buoyant Armiger Motif, craft my full armor, and then Save it in my free Slot to use its appearence anytime I want.

Why?
Because many people spend weeks finding Motif chapters, Craft a fullset of let's say "Hlaalu" or "Ancent Orc", and than switch to a dungeon set or something else because of progression.
For me it happens often. I buy a Daedric motif, make the armor, and after some LV up i change it for a stronger armor or a Set (like warrior poet) for the bonuses, losing my design.
Actually for me and other players I know my appearence is important at any level, even at early ones.

Making it available only for ESO Plus users wont break the income for ZOS, and making extra Slots purchasable with Crowns is another bonus for them.
EDIT: ZOS can continue making costume doing the very special ones, like all the pirates costume and long dress already on the store.
In fact, these ZOS costume are not composed by several armos layers and thus they looks better. They don't need transiction and compatibilities with hundreds of armor pauldrons and plates.

Edit 2: STYLE CONVERTER
What would be nice and could work along with this is a "Convert to (put style here)", like for Imperial and Morag Tong ones.
Not for every style and not for free, too easy.
My idea is:
  • You can right click and "convert to..." only to style you know 100%, let's say ALL chapters of Malacath / Xivkyn, but not a glove if you just know the Glove Chapter.
  • You need the proper Style Material (like Potash, Charcoal of Remorse or Refined Bonemold) for each conversion.
  • You can do the Conversion only at a Crafting Station.
  • You can do that only under ESO+ if this make it possible (if it doesn't go against their income NO).

What do you think about it guys?

Is there a viable 2h stam DK build for pve vet dungeons? I don't do trials, maybe someday. I just love 2h and they seem to have a good skill line but I feel like I'm losing damage because of the one less gear piece compared to DW

What actually are the rewards for leaderboard places in vet trials?

Google can't help me with the answer.

The reason I want to know is that I was recently invited to a guild and the guildies are on some mission to get on the leaderboard, only molag bal knows why.
Apparently because I am not wearing gear that youtube stars tell them to wear I am not being reinvited to do trials with them and being treated like a leper.
Not that I did anything wrong, Off tank in AA, didn't die, didn't taunt the main tanks targets, already know mechanics ect, there was one wipe on the wispmother boss and then some guy left for some reason.
I'm assuming that I am the finger to point at.
I just didn't do exactly what they wanted me to do, use skills they wanted me to use and wear gear they wanted me to wear.

So what is the benefit of actually getting on the leaderboards anyway?
What is the point?

I can't only imagine there is finite gold jewellery that we get from each trial and after getting all the jewellery, even 1 for each of your 11 alts, the point of grinding for the gear has gone.

Didnt have time to do a full detailed build guide, i will try update in future with one for this setup. Basicly shows all the gear and stats fully buffed. made it with a buddy, Assays/Axolution. Ask away in questions.

if u want to run 2h front bar, run 3 armour+s/b armour master, using shuffle will give same results near enough as this.
Back bar 2h, any 2h works, i run asylum 2h or Rav 2h depending if i use the execute. Nirn if possible.

NOTES: goes to about 2.7k regen with a 2k kill
BAR SLOT 3 OF THE SECOND BAR, THE IMAGE IS MISSING U CAN RUN REPENT OR EXECUTE THERE, U CAN RUN EXECUTE THERE AND REPENT IN FLEX SPOT ON FRONT BAR IF NEED BE.
I am not a vampire
47k resistances is theoretically gained when you activate remembrance as channeling it grants 16.5k resistance.
Every thing is fully buffed as far as i could get it, i.e continuous

Templar's Total Dark - bosses and stronger opponents are immune?

Is it a bug? This ability is inactive when fighting with an overland boss, and also it becames inactive after first hit when cast on regular mob.
I got an info about the target being immune to this ability.

I'm done with this. Now it's time that ZOS make something.

I'm trying to collect all furnishging plans. Homestead plans are pretty easy and cheaper to aquire. The drop rate of Morrowind/CWC furnishing plans is absurd. I spent 15+m gold and i still need 350+ plans. Even farming urn is Vvardenfell tombs the drop rate is still too low and prices around trade guilds are above 750k+ (u can find even 1,2-1,5m/each). Alot of Craglorn's top traders are checking all day every day all the guilds, buying new plans for 50k+ and reselling at 500k+. I'm done farming 4-6h/day just for buy 3-4 new plans each week.

It's time that ZOS update Rolis Hlaalu NPC. Should be sell a different type of Hlaalu Master Furnisher's Document, one for Vvardenfell and in future one for CWC, even at 50-100 vocuhers.

It's time to put an end at this crazy conspirancy.

AU based 'Order of the Star' social guild is recruiting!

The Order of the Star is recruiting friendly people who enjoy helping others and being social - we're a social guild after all! We have members in Australia, the US and other areas of the world, so we're active regardless of the timezone! We have over 220 members at the moment (it varies, depending on the day) of all races and factions. We're noob AND vet friendly, have a very active guild chat, and are often doing guild PVE activities like public or group dungeons, world bosses and trials, and some of us are jumping into Cyrodiil for PVP activities too. We use Discord for forum-type information and discussions as well as for voice chat, and we have a weekly raffle for members to win prizes while helping the guild raise funds to purchase furnishings for the guild house (Earthtear Cavern).

We're a family friendly guild (we're a swearing-free zone), and all ages are welcome. We have rules available in Discord that encourage members to be respectful and supportive while having a good time, and we don't hesitate in quickly removing any 'bad eggs'. New members are encouraged to join Discord to read our rules and stay up to date with guild announcements and information, and we also remove members if they haven't logged in to the game in 21 days, so our guild is always active. Our goal is to have fun, and we do pretty well at that.

A bit of background... I used to be a beta tester back in 2014, but left the game soon after it went live because of all the bugs and bots. I came back after a few months when I heard they'd been resolved and eventually formed a RP guild called the Crusaders of the Seventh. After a while I took a break from the game for almost a year, and came back again in October 2016. I built the guild up again from nothing (kicking out most of the 40-odd inactive members) but focused on it being a social guild instead. Early 2017, after a week of guild discussion and voting, we changed our name and became the Order of the Star.

We're proud of who we are. We wear our guild tabards with pride. And we have a vision for our future, to be one of the best social guilds of friendly, supportive and active players in all of Tamriel.

Domihaus - How do you break his damage shield?

I’ve faught Domihaus many times now in Veteran Falkreath Hold. A handful of times I have noticed that his damage shield (which he is prompted to activate at < 26% health) drops while fighting him, but I have no idea how this is triggered.

Does anyone know how to purposely break his damage shield? It would help me a lot with this boss lol.

As a love letter to those of us that played the original morrowind. It is too beautiful and a dishonor if this beautiful morrowind daedric armor stays a crown shop exclusive . It is understandable that the average person that plays eso is a casual person (which the game is directed to) wants access to a beautiful piece of art and they should have access to it in costume form through the crown store. But 2 those of us that want to earn it ingame, it feels dirty to buy take out my credit card instead of earning it ingame,just like In 03 where only 1 or two pieces of daedric armor were available ingame at a time as a reward for exploration which the elder scrolls series is built on. So for those of you that have a life obligations, you can purchase the costume through the crown store, but for those of us who want the costume turned into a motif that can be crafted into all 3 weights along with morrowind daedric weapons, we should have the option to earn it ourselves ingame. It shouldn't be a motif where you can invest time in and earn nothing, like buoyant arminger and its stupid rng, but something you should be able to be guaranteed to earn eventually, like a time investment like cadwells gold or master angler. if you are willing to put the time into it you should be able to earn the motif.

TLDR: earnable motif that shouldn't be rng based, should be rare in that a player should put time into it to earn it think cadwells gold length or master angler but garenteed the motif at the end, think soul shrivren, not buoyant arminger rng dependant. those who do not want to commit time have the option to opt to the crown store costume.

I bought the Imperial Edition Physical Collector's Edition. I tried to add it to my account. It failed with a completely non-descript error message. Support then gave me this gem:
The reason that you are unable to redeem the Imperial Edition code for ESOTU onto your account is because you already have a valid game code registered to your account. Since the Imperial Edition code you purchased is for the complete game, it must be applied to a brand new account. If you are interested in upgrading to the Imperial Edition on your current account, you simply need to purchase the Digital Imperial Edition Upgrade through the in-game Crown Store.

I already bought the Collector's Edition. I spent a BUTTLOAD of money on it. I'm now supposed to throw that in the trash, and buy it AGAIN directly from the crown store? Seriously?

This is ticket #171103-000398. Can someone who isn't an idiot please address my ticket? There has got to be a better way here. Let me at least trade in my code for something that'll work. I don't believe for a second that this issue should require me to spend even more money than I already have.
