Hello, I bought the Morrowind expansion few months ago on g2a (was on a sale for 1 cent) and activated it. Today I decided to play it. I read about the game and have a few questions about it.
1) If I bought the Morrowind dlc and activated it without owning the base game can I still add the Tamriel Unlimited Edition or a Gold one to my account?
2) If I have the basic game and not the Tamriel Unlimited Edition do I need to pay for the subscription to play?
3) If I would activate the Gold or TU Edition on my account, will I still need to buy the subscription?

Summerset isle pre order-can’t access morrowind

NB is not OP. The real menacing issue is..
When I bring in my StamBlade, I kill other NBs and classes alike and get killed by other NBs and toons alike. I am successful in cloaking/shadow out and unsuccessful at other times when others are using methods/ways to counter it. Same as when I bring in other toons. I am able to kill NBs and get killed by them alike. Cloaking or NB is working as intended. It is neither OP nor needs a nerf. Now, let me refocus you all to the real problem; the real menace. It is those bunny hopping arse toons/players; those that are hopping around everywhere non-stop. You are not kangaroos or bunny rabbits! Get on the planted ground and fight me like a real man or woman; mono a mono. Nerf that hopping shitt. Give it cooldown where you can't hop for another 10 seconds or so. Damn peeps, this isn't Super Mario Bros. This is ESO. Fight with skills and abilities and not bouncing around up and down like you're trying to hit a question block to pop out coins or something.

Some suggestions regarding Cyrodiil/Imperial city.
Though I am sure this is going to sound insane to some people, But as there is clear conflict of interest for me I am going to say it anyways.
Can there be an option for players to enter these areas under no alliance's banner, which should mean they can't hurt other players, other players can't hurt them. There are lot of quests and exploration to be done in those area and not everyone entering there want to have PvP silliness. I would have understand it's PvP area if there were no exploration/quests/exclusive loots, So people like myself who has zero interest in PvP would have to enter there and any imbecile would come with his group and take me down. I have no interest in taking over aresa or stealing their silly scrolls, I just wanna complete some quests, get skyshards, get exclusive loot (like rune stone) and be done with it. Why I have to part of silly PvP of immature gamer ?
I chose an alliance because I had to chose one in order to create a player, I didn't sign up for childish PvP. So IMO there should be an option to enter these area under no banner, where one can enter under white flag just for classic old school RPG questing/exploration/rewards. If developers wanted those areas exclusively for PvP activities then they shouldn't have made exclusive loot there.
I wanna hunt down some daedra in imperial city instead I am being ganged up by bunch of players hidden in shadows waiting for some innocent little explorer to come so they can torment him/her. NB stays Hidden the whole time he fought
So the whole time a NB is attacking me (no not ranged attacks) he remains hidden the whole time. I'm spinning around the whole time healing looking for him and I cant see him at all, finally I just stop healing and let him kill me. Then he reveals him self after.... I guess this is just another unfortunate bug working in some one else benefit. AOE damage types will register but still cant see him.

Eso timeline inconsistancies, summerset and morrowind dialogue
Back in the beta, it was confirmed that Naryu would recongnize you in the mainland if you did morrowind first... this was never implemented and naryu acts like she doesn't recognize you so in esscence it is better to do morrowind after you done quests involving her (pact, gold coast). Summerset will have you start on it as a new tutorial and new players will be pretty confused as to why razumdar doesn't recongnize them after completing summerset first so will we get razumdar dialogue changed like we were promised with naryu? Also a few lines of dialogue change would be nice on Auridon for Ayreen during the assassination plot in Auridon would be nice

More super easy overland content (at max champion)
I just want to comment that adding more easy overland content (summerset) isn't that appealing to me.
I'd also like to add, an option (buff/debuff) to make all overland content more difficult with an increase in loot quality would be welcome.

Range dps - mag sorc > magblade ( change my mind )
So im tired of everybody on xbox trying to convince every sorc player ( pve ) to make a magblade and just neglect their sorc.
So many people are blinded by the fact that magblade dps does top dps in Melee range. Not range.
Range dps they are fine about same dps as sorcs if you consider the fact that a magblade is supposed to be ranged since stam melee always will hit harder and you dont want too much melee in a group.
So why is everyone acting like magblade is superior in every aspect? Mag sorc has number 1 aoes in game and they can still hit 50k+ in raid parse so they are clearly end game dps ready.
So why is everyone demanding players to make magblades?
Are they that much better in dps? Lets be honest if you arent using master architect on magblade with incap then you arent hitting as hard as you think you are. In a 4 man that can be great since you wont overcrowd melee since its just a 4 man group. But with 4 stam and a magblade all melee thats just not ideal imo i like to have 4 range 4 melee but whatever works works im not a top leaderboard guy but i do enjoy raids and done all of them besides vhof so im not a pve elitist but i do see something wrong when a guild member is grouping up and is asking for strictly "need 4 magblades" for vas.
Im glad sorc isnt the only class being asked for unlike the old days where stamina was literally neglected from trials. But wouldnt it be great if we had diversity in trials? There should be multiple tactics that can all acheive similar score if not better by being more creative or giving us the option to.
Thats what the problem is imo there is no need to bring in a stam warden. No need for magwarden. No need for mag dk. Barely any need for magplar they are just healers at this point.
My only suggestion would be make other classes have more group utility that can be used to acheive better leaderboard scores.
For example engulfing flames is nice but not enough people use flame. So make where the more flame attacks that are on boss causing double burning effects or something.
Somehow stam sorc made its way back would love to see other classes as well.

Vet trials healer seeking new guild.
I am seeking a new guild. During the week raid times around 6 pm to 9 pm cst. Would like mid to high tier group that can run hardmodes. I have all healer sets (just need inventor guard jewelry). I have completed all trials except vhof. I am in a group progressing it and have gotten triplets to execute. Was also progressing vas plus 2 as the field kiter healer. (I have appropriate sets)

Main Thread for Long Loading Screens
Hello everyone,
We’re creating this thread so there’s a central place to have discussions and provide updates on the long loading screens that many of you have been experiencing. We know this issue is extremely frustrating, and for some, is preventing you from playing all together. We’re doing everything we can to get this fixed as quickly as possible, and have made it a top priority for our engineers. Our QA team has been testing various scenarios so we can collect as much data as possible, including hopping in and out of PvE zones, dungeons, Trials, Cyrodiil, and Battlegrounds, all with varying amounts of players (we’re utilizing bots for situations requiring higher numbers). We’ve also been able to pin down a solid reproducible case for us to investigate that our own Game Director Matt Firor was encountering.
As of now, our only update is that our engineers and programmers are still working to pin point exactly what’s causing this. Until we know, we won’t be able to put in a fix. As for what you can do to help…

- If you’re on PS4, please specify if you’re on a regular PS4 or PS4 Pro.
- If on Xbox, please specify if you’re using an Xbox One, Xbox One S, or Xbox One X.
- If you’re a PC player, let us know what sort of processor you’re running.
- Is there any specific area or zone you consistently see a long loading screen?
- What are you doing when you experience a long loading screen?
- I.e.: Using a wayshrine, resurrecting, looting, etc.
- Are you utilizing any sort of SSD?
- If you play on Xbox, is the game installed on the internal hard drive or an external hard drive?
- If you’re on PS4, are you using the first party hard drive or a replacement?

Please FIX WEREWOLF in the upcoming SummerSet patches.
This game has been out for at least 2 years on console. Werewolf hasn't changed but like 3 minor things since after update 1.6. Please fix this.
ISSUES:
Werewolf healing is based on Magicka, won't crit, and it's bad (Making the devour passive heal for 16k flat with no chance for crit and making the animation faster might fix this without breaking it)
Heavy attack animation is twice the time it actual takes for the hit to land
Bare minimum stam cost for my cheapest move is like 4-5 stam in werewolf
No access to synergies = no competition end game at all, anywhere, anytime
THERE IS STILL A TIMER... In this fast past environment there is a timer wth...
I could use an ult in the ult. I mean I'm dropping my heals and bar swap, the least I could have is a purge ult for like 125 or something.
Next time I post I'm adding screenshots and vids. I'm somewhat sick of this. IT HAS A LOT OF BURST DAMAGE but this is completely outweighed by the terrible everything else. NERF THE DAMAGE BUFF EVERYTHING ELSE PLEASE!!!

Cheaters
Cheaters need to be removed from the game immediately. We were promised protective measures 2 years ago against the CE users and yet they still exists. It's time for ZOS to remove not only the players cheating but the groups they are running with. Even if in the PVP community it's 20% it would be better to have a game that free of cheaters than clogged up with CE users.

Before getting into the commentary too much let me just drop the full dye setups here.

As you can see, the dyes actually come out pretty darn well!! Bravo to the team on these ones. I have lots of special notes here. First, though, I need to mention that the lighting conditions for my dye station are super bright and very diffuse so you're getting basically no natural shadows, bear that in mind when examining how things appear. With that in mind, notice how the very dark Legate Black actually, you know, LOOKS DARK on both the costumes. It's a bit lighter on the lower-tier costume, but that's sort of to be expected since the material is supposed to be less sleek, having more fibers scattering the light, but it's still recognizably black, unlike some other costumes I can think of (read: the first two tiers of Dunmer female costumes).
Next, notice how true the colors are. Red reds, green greens, white whites, Covenant Blue comes out BLUE instead of purpleish, and hell even Sigil Orange looks right! That one never looks right!! So as far as colors go I am definitely giving these a 10/10. That doesn't mean they get a 10/10 in terms of total dye score, though. As we can see, in both costumes there's some degree of completely undyeable area, and it's much worse in the higher-tier costume. Complicating the matter is the fact that these areas really should have been on one of the dye channels. The belt and stitching on the Budi Shirt outfit could easily have dyed to channel 3 without disrupting the look (and, indeed, complementing it wonderfully), and the same goes for the yellow lining on the Sugar Suit, which should have dyed to the same color as the bracers. The yellow might look great on my orange-furred Khajiit, but what about Khajiit with other fur colors/ What about my very dark-skinned Redguard? This yellow would be a serious limiter for them! Overall an 8/10 for dyes, it's a huge improvement but I still really hope we break away from the vast undyeable areas trend.
Now for the uniqueness of the cut... it's amazing!! I love the outer sleeve coming up farther than the inner sleeve, I love how the pants are loose instead of skin-tight, I love the unique hat on the Budi Shirt, I love the layered look on the Sugar Suit, I love I love I love. It's just stellar, it really is.
So yeah, these outfits are definitely sitting in the top tier position for costumes, I'd say somewhere around 8/10 to 9/10. Not just compared to recent costumes, mind you, but truly for overall costume design. Fantastic job, I just hope we keep seeing improvements on the last remaining issue regarding undyeable areas!

Toxicity In Games
This is a fairly trending topic in the Social Media outlets. In particular with the one’s that cover gaming. Now i hear that there is an actual comission called the Fair Player Alliance or as it soon to be called (The FPA); joining developers and industry known leaders together in fighting “Toxicity among Gamers”.
So, My question to you, my fair ESO community, what is your opinion on the matter?
As for me, well. I was around when the ESRB was introduced. I’ll never forget the game that did it, The infamous “Mortal Kombat”. When the president of the United States publicly denounces a video game, $#!% has hit the fan. But, for as much as the ESRB tried, Video Games remained the same. Now, with the FPA on the horizon, competitive play will be totally restructured. For starters there will be heavier penalties for ‘Taunting Players”. They will even go as far as perma banning any player for repeat offenses. Think of the time and money invested in video games today. Loot Crates, Hours of leveling weapons, gear, skills, characters, all on the risk of being lost due to what the FPA standards will be for tolarable and intolerable behavior.
I remember the best part about online gaming was telling another player “Momma Jokes” whenever i would be on a takedown run. Or having another player take my self confidense and destroy it as i saw my character oblitirated by his lower level character. Those challenges and fears are what makes online competitive gaming fun. Now, i know there are limits. For example: Telling someone that you will ping their IP, find their house, and show up to cause harm is obviously beyond that limit. But, anything other then that is simply “Competitive Taunting” which has been around since the caveman learn to play rock ball......now known as baseball.
What do you think guys? Should there be limits on what we can and cannot say to each other in competitive play? Like my granny used to say “If you cant handle the heat, GET THE HELL OUT of the kitchen!”

When the president of the United States publicly denounces a video game, $#!% has hit the fan. But, for as much as the ESRB tried, Video Games remained the same. Now, with the FPA on the horizon, competitive play will be totally restructured. For starters there will be heavier penalties for ‘Taunting Players”. They will even go as far as perma banning any player for repeat offenses. Think of the time and money invested in video games today. Loot Crates, Hours of leveling weapons, gear, skills, characters, all on the risk of being lost due to what the FPA standards will be for tolarable and intolerable behavior.
I remember the best part about online gaming was telling another player “Momma Jokes” whenever i would be on a takedown run. Or having another player take my self confidense and destroy it as i saw my character oblitirated by his lower level character. Those challenges and fears are what makes online competitive gaming fun. Now, i know there are limits. For example: Telling someone that you will ping their IP, find their house, and show up to cause harm is obviously beyond that limit. But, anything other then that is simply “Competitive Taunting” which has been around since the caveman learn to play rock ball......now known as baseball.
What do you think guys? Should there be limits on what we can and cannot say to each other in competitive play? Like my granny used to say “If you cant handle the heat, GET THE HELL OUT of the kitchen!”
