What am I doing wrong with my Stamblade?

(Note: This is my first PVP Character)
I find that in Cyrodiil PVP, I'm ungodly useless. It's like my attacks bounce off of everything, or do so little damage that I pretty much have to run alongside a zerg for hope of a kill.
I am currently CP 276. CP allocations will be posted below.

Currently running: 5 pieces of Spriggans, 5 pieces of Unfathomable Darkness, 2 Agility pieces. (All Purple)
Race: Redguard
Attributes: 0 M, 0 H, 64 S


My First bar is Dual Wield
1. Ambush
2. Killer's Blade
3. Blood Craze
4. Shadowy Disguise
5. Mass Hysteria
6. ULT - Incap Strike

My Second Bar is Bow:

1. Endless Hail (To be replaced when I get Vigor)
2. Lethal Arrow
3. Grim Focus
4. Poison Injection
5. Shadowy Disguise
6. Ult- Flawless Dawnbreaker (DMG buff)

Passives:

All bow, Dual Wield, Assassination, Shadow, Medium Armor, and Redguard Racials. 1/2 of SIphoning,


Armor Details: All glyphed with Stamina. In the process of Transmuting things
Jewelry: 1 piece to complete Spriggans, 2 Agility. (Neck and Ring.)

2 pieces divines, (Atm, looking to go for 4, and then 3 Inpens.)

Weapon Details: Spriggans bow: Weapon dmg enchant, infused. (May want to change to nirnhoned when transmuting allows.)

Dual Wielding: Sword of Unfathomable Darkness, with a Poison Enchant, Sharpened.
Spriggan's Axe, Weapon Dmg enchant, Training. (To be transmuted, when I have the pieces to do so.)

Stats: (All Unbuffed)
1. 1.6k Stam Recovery
2. 30.7k Stam
3. 18k Health
4. 10.5k Magicka

Resistances: 11k Spell, 13.3k Phys, 1.2k Crit. (To be buffed by more inpen armor later)

DMG: (Unbuffed) Weapon Dmg: 2010, 49.1% crit (Bow bar)
(Unbuffed) Weapon Dmg: 2241 48.1% Crit (Dual Wield Bar)

CP Allocations:

The Lover: 92 Mooncalf

The Ritual: 41 Precise Strikes, 51 Mighty

The Steed: 20 Medium Armor Focus, 26 Resistant

The Lady: 24 Hardy, 23 Elemental Defender

Even trying to gank with this build, I end up getting slaughtered easily by Stamplars, Stam DK's, Any Decent Sorc, and Go Fairly against other Stamblades.

My Rotation is as follows: Grim Focus, Shadowy Disguise, Lethal Arrow, Poison injection, ambush, incap, killers blade.

(If that doesn't work , I use Mass Hysteria and Disguise, trying to escape)

And About 90% of the time, It's not working, as I stated it seems that my dmg is almost non-existent and that anyone trying to 1v1 me will just end up slaughtering me in seconds.

My Quondam Indorilia

Hello everyone. Today I'm proud to present another of my homes, this time it is the Quondam Indorilia.

The theme for this house is a mage's laboratory. I have converted the downstairs basement into a real mage's laboratory, with a wing for alchemy experiments, and another wing for enchanting.

I apologize for a rather long video, 9:30 minutes, but I really wanted to show off all the details of this one.

We start off in the walled off garden outside. Since ZOS refused to give us a proper view over the landscape and nearby Mournhold on this one, I decided to make my own balcony from various building materials. The balcony also doubles as a secluded mushroom garden, perfect for growing all those fungi for the alchemy lab. I made the balcony cozy with various furniture and pillows, so you can sit there and relax and enjoy the nice view.

Inside the house proper, we first find a wing for kitchen stuff, pantry as well as various foods and drinks, tables and chairs, and a skooma bubbler. The other wing serves as yet another library, for the leftover books from the Velothi Reverie library. Here we find the complete Truth in Sequence series from Sotha Sil, written on metallic plates and laid out for study. The bookcases hold the 36 Sermons of Vivec, with the 37th Sermon laid out on a bookrest on a table for study. The other bookcases hold various books, spare soul gems, potions and vials, and some parchments and inkwells and quills.

The real interesting stuff begins when we descend the stairs to the basement laboratory (Timestamp 5:15 in the video, if you just want to skip to the interesting part). We notice that various banners, tapestries and carpets all bear the sigils of Sotha Sil, the patron Tribunal of this laboratory. The enchanting wing holds a Telvanni mage's device, a Clockwork orrey, one of the mysterious Blessing Stones in its holder, and of course a large amount of different soul gems. We also see a few Clockwork related items, as well as some Fabricant parts. Most likely a part of the research on enchanting, soul gems and animation. Some Dwemer Animunculi also inhabit this hall, next to the Fabricant Precursor. An ominous Dwarven orrey takes up the space near the end of the hallway, and we turn towards the alchemical part of the laboratory.

A multitude of boilers, vials, potions and vessels naturally make up most of the alchemy wing, along with poisons, mortars and other mysterious fluids. Several boiling apparatuses and distillers have also been placed here, as well as a bottled miniature garden and a poisoner's cabinet. At the other end of the hallway, we find a scribe's desk with various papers and notes, no doubt for taking notes related to the experiments being conducted here.

I hope you enjoyed taking a look at this mage's laboratory. There is of course an upstairs floor as well, but once again I ran out of furnishing slots, so I only furnished the upstairs with the usual furniture, a few beds, chairs, nightstands and other living room stuff, to make it at least look habitated and not completely empty. Since the video turned out rather long, I decided to not make it even longer by filming the upstairs as well.

Dawnbreaker Rework.

There is a tldr.

Every stamina class uses Dawnbreaker.

Dawnbreaker has 2 perfect morphs. 2 ACTIVE functions. However there are 2 issues that make it overperform and this must be addressed (and I will make a suggestion)
1)PASSIVE stats make it BiS. It boosts dmg against vampires. (I am not a vampire btw)
2)It can be used with EVERY STAMINA WEAPON. Unrestricted. Undisputed. Unchecked. And it is SUCH an easy skill to use.

Dawnbreaker is an aggressive skill. Very strong. I suggest 2 things:

1)Dawnbreaker is moved to DW. It belongs there. It improves DW in PvP. It should be renamed and the animation should be something like an anime bladedance/tornado.
I would also suggest that the CC is removed or changed to a soft "push" effect like the good old templar spammable. AoE.
The heal overtime and not as easy to perform action of the DW ultimate hinders DW. It doesnt belong in that playstyle.
In that way the old Dawnbreaker will not be the scourge that it is today, and DW would recieve a boost.
Enough with the passive playstyle of DW. It's all about stats (bonus piece/dmg/passive bleed) and no action. Remove bleed if it ends up overperforming.

2)Dawn breaker becomes something else. It is not BiS anymore.
It should be one morph physical 1 morph magic. No CC.
Animation/artwork. No more ground smash. It should become a slice in the sky. Similar to what DW ulti looks like but more dramatic. It should cut through the night sky and hit those vampires.
Not as easy to perform as the old mechanism. More balanced.
One morf should retain the old heal over time. The hope of Dawn.

Tldr
Dawnbreaker should become the new DW ulty with a different animation and no CC.

The DW ulty should become the new Dawnbreaker to ease off on vampires and to stop all stamina chars from slotting it.

There are no map files in the archives yet, but the appearance of their names in the file table may indicate that in the fourth quarter of this year we will visit the next region of the Argonians. We remind you that Murkmire was to become the second adventure zone after Kraglorn, designed for group passage. The first version of Kraglorn did not win the love of the players, so in the future it was adapted for a single passage. Probably the same fate befell and Murkmire. Why is the Jester's Festival so much shorter this year?

Last year it started on March 23 and this year it starts March 29. And it runs over Easter weekend to boot, so a lot of people have family plans.

I'm glad I already have the achievements because it sounds like a nightmare to get them in that span. :(

I hope the birthday event starts right after because I've been waiting to level characters during double xp for months... 4 days isn't really enough.

StamDK DW/2H Sets

I’m looking for advice on what sets to use. Currently I’m running 2 Kraghs, 5 Briarheart, 5 Automatons. Was thinking about trading Auto with Hundings. Is this a good setup that I’m using or would other non-trial sets work better? I have full set of Sunderflame available and obviously can craft Hundings or NMG.

The Jester's Event started on March 23 of last year are we having it this year?

I've heard from some people on YouTube that the destro ulti doesnt get the 10 percent dmg increase from using the flame staff. Can anyone confirm this is true or not. I'm on ps4 and I don't know how I would test.

How to properly go about quest content for end game players?

Quest content is some of the greatest you can get of any MMO in ESO but the only problem I have had for a while now is since having become a more late game player properly putting all my CP points in, investing in legendary gear and having a rotation of someone in a vet dungeon the quest content is so easy I often get bored on it and leave it to be finished another time though the story is interesting. I don't think ZOS has to fix this either cause I think we can fix it as players by finding ways to self nerf our selves. So then how would you all advise the best way to go about enjoying quests?

Too often, Zenimax is silent about issues, challenges, problems and outright glitches in the game. It's as if the end-user is after thought compared to what the developers and bean counters want to do with the game their customers' money. While I love this game, and I've played daily for more than 1 1/2 years, lately I've been more and more frustrated with ZOS, Tamriel and Cyrodiil. It's not just the lag, blue screens, long loads and system glitches.

It's the silence.

At Comicverse, author psychotrip notes that ZOS initial silence, and then non-answers, have blown out of proportion what could have been a simple issue to address. While psychotrip is talking specifically about housing, the silence too often bleeds over into other areas of the game.

Just wanted to link this video here. We did finally get the complete on this run but many of these bugs had previously caused us to wipe many times. First off i want to say that as the tank and all the moving pieces, Zaan's dawnbreaker move should not stun you, you should be able to block it. Theres too many moving pieces in this fight and it makes it incredibly hard since you have to roll dodge out of it....but as seen in the video even when roll dodging the move and am completely out of the AOE, it still hits me hard.

Also this is the main bug i want to point out. Watch the Geyser from the Nereid and the spikes from the frost atro. They magically disappear without any member of our squad entering them. Thus caused 2 players to wipe after completing the final mechanic. Luckily we recovered and were able to burn her but like i said before, previous times this was not possible and it caused us to wipe. Please look into this and fix, this is a fun fight when everything is working as intended. Not so much when your praying for RNG to be on your side.

Vampire rebalance suggestion

Currently the vampire is noticeably weaker than the werewolf(not saying they should be equal),the vampire ultimate I am really happy with, both morphs hold merit and the mist form isn’t bad, but I feel that the drain just doesn’t give enough health back. I feel it should give us at least 30%, however if that wasn’t changed I do think a vampire thrall ability(a summoned active “pet”) that fights till death would be very appropriate, it’s the one true vampire power that we don’t have access to. And I figure that it could morph into a full vampire(more powerful, maybe attacks are different) or maybe a couple blood fiends that are slightly weaker or the other way around the ability starts as a blood fiend and then can become a couple thrall a slightly more powerful than before, but not as powerful as other morph.

I am seeking a new guild. During the week raid times around 6 pm to 9 pm cst. Would like mid to high tier group that can run hardmodes. I have all healer sets (just need inventor guard jewelry). I have completed all trials except vhof. I am in a group progressing it and have gotten triplets to execute. Was also progressing vas plus 2 as the field kiter healer. (I have appropriate sets)

Critical Rush vs. Ambush

Hi All,

Looking for advice on Gap Closers for stamNB.

So here's the summary:

Ambush is a class skill. It hits for around 3.5K and will not proc the enchant on your 2H weapon. That may be fine to some if they believe poisons are better and as a result don't care of the enchant procs. But that is where the dilemma lies for me.

Yes - ambush grants empower on your next attack but far to often your next attack is a light attack into surprise attack weave. Thus, not a super benefit.

Critical Rush on the other hand is a weapon ability. As such, it procs the enchant 100% of the time. Pretty nice considering the ability hits for about 7K and the enchant will hit for another 2 to 3K. and this is every time. Not to mention it could proc the poison if you so choose to use that.

Then you tack on the status effects from enchants like major defile or posioned and that 100% guaranteed enchant proc looks real nice.

So - that is my question. Do i run ambush which gives me another 400 weapon crit just for being slotted on bar (due to passives) as well as a teleport through roots and an empower on next attack. Or do I go with critical rush which hits about 2 times as hard and guarantees a proc hit?

As a stamNB, you usually aren't looking for long drawn out fights. So having that guaranteed enchant proc seems pretty damn nice. Please let me know if I'm crazy here on crit rush over ambush.

Also - secondarily, do you believe the damage health poison IX is superior to the enchant? Again, the enchant is 100% and has a status effect 20% of the time... where as the poison is 20% chance to occur.

HA MageBlade - Build Ideas

Hi people,

played BombBlade and Support a lot and now I want to give another playstyle a chance. Personally I like the regen proc mechanics more than flat recovery and please note that this isn't a solo build.

Equipment:

- Inferno Staff
- Sword & Board
- Heavy Armor 5/1/1

Sets:

- Master Staff
- Bloodthorn's Touch (S&B and Jewelry)
- Valkyn Skoria (Head and Shoulders)
- Torug's Pact or Mechanical Acuity? (5 Pieces Armor)

Enchanting:

Big pieces infused and tri-stat, small one's inpen and magicka glyphs.

I don't know well about weapon enchants meta right now. Maybe Inferno fire glyph and sword magic damage glyph?

Playstyle:

I don't like the main-bar/off-bar playstyle so the requirement for this build is playing both bars actively. Range-bar for suspression with funnel, spectral bow and inferno knockback, melee-bar for just being beefier as most blades and trolling with reflect sniper's and meteor thrower's. Other skills depends on my buddies and open field or choke point situations.

One possible example for breach fight, range funnel weaving while merciless resolve, engage with inferno ult and deto, swap to s&b, Sap essence LA weave someone faces, block if health drops to fast, try to kill focus target with spectral bow and skoria proc, disengage if is stamina low...

Please leave your suggestions and ideas especially for equipment!

How can I link my steam account to an Elder Scrolls Online account?

Hey guys, I'll explain some things first:
1. I bought TESO: Imperial edition on 01/01/2016 by Steam.
2. I returned two months ago.
3. I purchased TESO: Summerset on 22/03/2018 by Steam (and I should have Morrowind too).
4. My steam account recognizes that I have TESO (base game), the Morrowind expansion and the prepurchase of Summerset but everytime I log in to the game, I can't create a warden or go to the Morrowind area.
5. I tried to link both accounts following the support instructions (https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/36517/)
6. I deleted and reinstalled the game twice and I couldn't link my accounts because I'm getting this error: "Login Error: Login Timeout".
7. I found a support topic called: "What do I do if I get an error stating "Login Error: Login Timeout" when logging into The Elder Scrolls Online?"
8. I followed the six steps to solve this (I don't play on a Mac), but I still can't link both accounts and if I log in without steam, the game doesn't recognize any expansion.

So, what can I do? I really want to play this holidays but I'm stuck and I'm starting to get sick of this. The English isn't my mother language, so let me know if I need to rewrite something. Thanks.
