Console needs to be taken down asap (freezes + Updated with message from Zos)

Ok this is absolutely ridiculous. The freezes are server wide right now across both Pve and pvp. People are reportedly stuttering for 20 seconds or coming to complete freezes regardless of where they are.

Dragon bones introduced eternal loading screens in Cyrodill, which sucked but at least you could generally avoid cyrodill.

Now these freezes are happening EVERYWHERE which are devastating people's gameplay.

The game should be taken down and this needs to be addressed straight away. How are people supposed to do trials, dungeons, pvp or anything when the servers cant handle this?

A real Nord manor

I'd like to suggest that the Jarl's Manor/Thane's Hall become available for player to purchase. The design already exists in game and it shines in comparison to the poorly received Hakkvild's High Hall. The Jarl's Manor is the proper Nord manor so we should be able to experience it!

Mistveil Manor doesn't make sense.

okay, so did nobody notice that the inside and outside of Mistveil don't match up? There's an 8' hallway from the main hall to the front door but the front exterior does not reflect this.

Basically it needs to be fixed. Now I'm sure a lot of people have put a lot of time in to decorating and setting it out so I suggest, to keep from annoying anyone, that you just add rooms as shown and remove the windows from the inner main hallway.mczxnwfedh3t.jpg

ATM I use Relequen on body and advancing yokeda for weapons and jewelry but I’m farming for war machine which will replace yokeda for weapons and jewelry. So what sets do you use in end game content? Vet or normal. How well does it work for you? I’m just curious to find other set combinations in use from my fellow Stam boyz.

Furnishing Wish List

Do we have a furnishing Wish List we could pin? Folks could add to it.
  • Arms & Armor
  • Weapon Racks
  • Armor Stands
  • Painting Easels
  • Musical Instruments (lutes, flutes, drums, etc)
  • Crafting decos like spinning wheels, looms, forge gear, farming implements, etc.
  • NPCS!!! Say you purchase a "race" NPC, and get a random appearance when you place them. Don't like their look, "put away" and pull them out and place them again to reset. We all have these massive homes and they're all empty, even when the loading screens are bragging about staff and servants. Ya buggers! Include the option for specific "type" animation, say servant (/sweep), dancer, performer (/lute, /flute, /drum), etc.
  • NPC Guards and allow us to choose a faction for their appearance. Beyond just AD/DC/EP/Imp, add maybe Worm Cult etc, maybe some sort of achievement unlockable options.
  • NPC Vampires and Werewolves for our covens and packs.
  • Non-Mount/Pet livestock like chickens, cows, sheep, goats, also mice and rats
  • Interactive beds or fix the clipping so we can get IN the canopy beds. If you are fixing the dual bathtub then you should be able to fix the beds!
  • Pretty much any plant, flower, mushroom, vine, tree, fruit tree, bush and berry bush out there that isn't already in the Furnishing Store. The flowering water lilies need to be a thing.
  • Open fountains/basins with water. How many of us want to make a hot tub and didn't get Vivec's Divination Pool are kinda miffed?
  • Placable water of maybe small, medium, large sizes. May be able to substitute for request above =P
  • Steam, the kind for all the vents added in CWC, the Mists of the Hag Fen are nice and all but doesn't work for steam vents.
  • More colored crystals/lights that emit colored light effects, you already have the models for small, medium, and large so... Especially red!
  • Guild Tabard designs used as banners, tapestries, shields, etc for decor. Because this is an awesome suggestion and the objects already exist.
  • Implement an actual Decorator permission that allows someone we've granted access to drop and pick up items, not simply move them around. PLEASE.
  • Implement a weather/time of day toggle, for those folks who create a certain ambiance and like it that way. Don't get me started on the client side weather/music/dancing right now, k?
  • Gardens and Gardening. Yes, I know, that will require some manner of new content as a craft/trade skill. Someone work on that, please. Additions to provisioning and alchemy.
  • Vampire Coffins/Sarcophagi as interactable beds. You know you want to.
  • Bodies. Yes, bodies. You added the Dark Brotherhood and the Blade of Woe, so any arguments re: too morbid are right out.
  • More jars of dye. Not everyone loves green.
  • Ability to set custom spawn in point. I have three words for you: Hakkvild's High Hall. Mmmkay?
  • Ability to ADD a PORTAL from one player owned home to another player owned home via an interactable.
  • Screenshots as paintings. Obviously, this would need a UI since the size would be limited, but people WOULD have paintings of themselves, friends, and family, etc.
  • Stolen Treasure Items: make many of these placable decorations. The little desk idols, etc. People want to put things on shelves, tables, etc.
  • Give placed pets/mounts the idle animations their wild counterparts have. My poor Senche's knees have to be killing him at this point.
  • Geodes. Sparkly rocks are sexy.
  • Additional floor textures/tiles. They are IN game, let us buy/craft them as layerables. Also please not so thick. The ballroom floor is lovely but it's massive.
  • The mushroom growing racks found in many Alchemist shops and across Vvardenfell.
  • A smoking pipe. Yes, small detail, but would have been an exceedingly common practice, we see them in the world, we just can't get them as decos.
  • Placable interactable wine cellars/caves, etc. Obviously, they would limit how many could be placed and each would have its own item cap.
  • Lava pools
  • Blood pools, sprays, stains, etc, because clearly we have an assortment of torture implements but BOY are they clean?
  • Flames
  • The moving fish/fish pools
  • The rolls of carpet, stacks of hay, and other environmental esthetics out in the world that we still can't make or buy.
  • Items of clothing and personal effects such as brushes, combs, soap
  • Placeable blankets
  • Interactable cooking ovens like the domed ones, etc.
  • Placeable windows with light effect. The stained glass we'd kill for at this point.
  • Interactable ladder for folks making lofts. Yeah so height is an issue, make one end "up" and default to take the person to that end of the ladder, you can stuff the other end into the floor if it's too long.
  • Placeable doorways and doors, wooden, gated, cell doors, etc.
  • Option to remove saddles/barding from mounts when placed in a home (and placable saddles!)
  • Apiaries and bee swarm placeables
  • BANNERS for each of the Aedra/Divines. Yes yes, the Daedra get theirs in crates yadda, but you'd think the nine Divines would have a banner at least. I mean if you REALLY love us let us have the stained glass windows from the Weynon Priory chapel.
  • Placable fishing holes that default to your home's zone's fish
  • An interactable message wall/board for visitors to pin notices, needed for all of the IC inns/taverns people have created
  • Additional sizes/types of placable boats. The smaller ones with the wheels, the covered ones like from Vvardenfell, Abah's Landing, etc.
  • More color/texture options with the building items. We love the stairs and walls that have been introduced. Please add differing widths, heights, colors (light stone, dark stone, wood, etc) and textures!
  • Additional waterfall features. The new one with Summerset is a huge success, would like some that fall a little further since those walls are impressive!
  • Decorative harvesting nodes for our crafting/harvesting folks to show of their livelihood in their homes. Maybe tied to the harvesting achievements? SWToR has these but those you can click on I think once daily it was and actually harvest.
  • Mark walls/floors/platforms as floor objects, so that players creating secondary floors in their homes can place interactable objects (ie crafting tables) on them.
  • Placable textures like fresh/dried blood spatter, the mold we see in the ruins of Summerset, the burnt effects from many ruined buildings across Tamriel and Coldharbour, etc.
  • Ability to DYE decor items such as rugs, drapes, bedding, couches/padded chairs. Perhaps using the same palette unlocked for outfits through achievements.
  • More fireplaces and grates
  • Dock cranes (small, medium, and large), cargo netting (empty and hanging over crates/barrels)
  • Tents, including the smaller non-enterable ones
  • Add Imperial to the siege weapons, banners shields available for purchase at the AvA Vendors
  • Broken and burned furnishings, carts, wagons, etc
  • "Guild" houses where guild members can donate otherwise account bound or Crown bought items. Perhaps to be placed by the player and if "put away" returns to that player's inventory or bank.
  • Placable jewelry items, and interactable opening jewelry boxes with jewelry in them. These Altmer Kinladies are miffed.
  • More mirrors, make mirrors reflective like, ya know, a mirror. I'd say something else about the Altmer Kinladies but this one prolly isn't just them.
  • Clean up the glass on the display cases. They are so smokey that you can't see inside.
  • Make the Wood Elf Throne, Vines interactable so you can sit in it.
  • Interactable furniture such as dressers, wardrobes, chests that can be used as storage. You gave us storage so we know it's an option now.
  • An option to purchase a clear plot of land (Similiar to Heartfire in Skyrim) that allows us to build on our own without all the pre-placed stuff. Maybe have a "signpost" in an area that, similar to the housing gates we have now, take you to your instance of the building area. Would appreciate a higher item limit since we'd be building from scratch, and should be purchasable with in-game gold as well as crowns, and not astronomical since we aren't paying for all of the included decos.
  • Fix the spacing on bookshelves so that the standard sized books fit and don't clip, making them unreadable. Also fix the object boundaries on bookshelves so if we put a book on a shelf, we can still interact with it. I literally have a book sitting on my great big bed I can't open because of object boundaries.
  • Add the Jewelry Crafter signs
  • INTACT versions of the various statues in game, like Saint Pelin, etc
  • No, we haven't forgotten about the tub and aren't letting you off the hook for that one ;)

Hello everyone.
As you all know we are almost 3 weeks settled into Summerset, and with the announcement of the Wolfhunter DLC at this years E3/2018, It has me thinking of what these dungeons might include and what is yet to come from Hircine? I would like to know your thought, theories, rumors and what you guys and gals would like for the future of Werewolves and Vampires.
May we see a Vampire themed DLC with the beginnings of the Dawnguard in Riften?
My mind is running crazy with anticipation and speculation.

What I would like to see in Future DLC
  • Werewolf hunting grounds as a sort of leveling "daily quest" with a reward from Hircine. Similar to the Thieves guild dailies
  • Vampire hunting dailies or Hunting Vampire Dailies :smile:
  • Beginnings of the Dawnguard
  • A Taste of what the Companions are like in the Second Era
  • A starting history of the Silver hand?

Lost connection due to inactivity

I was in Cyrodiil, took part in the capture of the castle and resource, then entered into the IC sewers and was kicked from the server for "inactivity" instead loading screen . I do not have censorship words capable of describing this.

Will the pets and stuff from Daily Login Rewards be available elsewhere?

I'm only one reward away from the fox pet, but I'm out of the country to deal with legal business and won't be back until July. I REALLY want that fox pet, but logging in is extremely difficult as I don't have access to a console or a decent internet connection. As it stands right now, I won't be able to get back home to claim the pet before the rewards reset and I lose my chance.

Will the pets and stuff be available elsewhere later, or is my only chance to give my login details to a friend back home and have them claim the login reward for me?

The Merchant's Reserve is recruiting! We are an established trading guild with 480+ members. Stable guild trader kiosk in the city of Daggerfall and a casual, relaxed atmosphere. Weekly giveaway prizes and raffles.

While members are encouraged to actively sell and participate in the weekly fundraiser raffle, there are no mandatory dues, quotas, or other requirements. This is because I feel strongly that, at the end of the day, ESO is a game and should not feel like work.

I mean, it was only 10k so I'm not really complaining. The guy was super sketchy, and was selling crown crates for like half the normal price. I was already skeptical about it, especially since he was selling crates at about 1:20k gold or 15:250k, so I wanted to test the waters a little. At first I offered to buy all 15 but the dude told me to send half the gold first, then I'll receive my crates, and then send the other half. At this point I basically knew he was scamming, so I brought down my offer from buying 15 to buying 1, after all, 10k is not a lot to lose. Obviously, I never got my crate, as expected. I wasn't mad I lost the gold, just disappointed I didn't get a crate.

Anyway, so I filed a ticket to report the guy, and ended up getting an automated response, I think. I have screenshots of our whispers back and forth, and the guy's PSN. Didn't know where to reply to, if I was just supposed to reply to the email or whatever, but I have the ticket number with me. So yeah, hoping someone can get back to me on this post about the situation. Don't want my gold back or whatever, just want to know that the guy is properly punished. Thank you.

Hacker or bug?

So it looked like AoE attacks did damage (subterranean assault) but nothing else would touch him. There would be a slight animation start for my skills but then it stopped & used up my stam like I had used a skill. It's all in the video - https://clips.twitch.tv/EvilBigIguanaItsBoshyTime - is this a bug, or should I report this guy?

Heavy Armor Not Scaling Correctly

I'm not trying to put boots on caterpillars here but I am only sitting at 21k health in Cyrodiil and that just can't be right. I am an Argonian in 5 heavy with all passives minus undaunted. Again I could be wrong but I have friends wearing med and light armor that are sitting at higher health than I am. Only noticed this issue after Summerset. Has anyone else encountered any issues like this?

Any chance of Zenimax opening a LA server? It is very difficult to play with ping above 300, not infrequently passing 1000. Zenimax sells the game in Latin America, does not it? So put a server serving the region, or do not sell the game.
(Oh yeah, i know, it is the fault of the buyer, because do not have to buy it)

Worst crate season ever

I’ve gotten some cool stuff from crates, but this season SUCKS. I’ve hoarded my gems, exchanging in everything until I have a bank of 100. I was soooooo sure there’d be something worthwhile to spend them on. But nope...gloves and bugs. Bugs and gloves.

The Apex designs are some of the best I’ve seen in create seasons. But I usually ignore them since I’d never spend 400 gems on them. I was hoping for better 100 gem items, dang it. Oh well...next season, gems don’t “spoil”.

And I’ll make this point for the 500th time @ZOS_GinaBruno - people don’t play the crates to earn multiple apex mounts. It would be an *extreme* minority of customers who would earn a wolf and then keep playing for a second, different apex mount. If you made the very rare apex rewards a coupon for mount of choice, the business you pick up from more people playing crates will exceed any lost from double mount seekers, and I swear by all that is holy, upon my degree in business and marketing, with years of experience in the industry, you will make more money.

Sloads: The Death of Build Diversity

I’ve got it, this is the reason to nerf sloads that even its defenders should be able to get behind: build diversity. Now, I know for sure (though I won’t name any names cause forum rules) that at least some people defending Sloads have ranted about build diversity this and build diversity that in the past. So answer me this, your solution to Sloads is for everyone to slot purge or use wyrd tree, ok fine. Since apparently all the Sloaders know better than the most respected content producers and theory crafters in this game, this set should be nerfed because it’s killing build diversity and forcing everyone to use one set to survive or one skill, and destroying the work ZOS has done to move away from a heavy armor meta, since health regen is the best way to counter this if you’re not a magicka build and can’t use Wyrd tree. In the name of #builddiversity nerf Sloads because ZOS says I should be able to play however I want and Sloads isn’t letting me do this.
