How often does the queue put you with a toxic player?

There are a lot of polls and proposed changes to the Activity Finder. Many are because a toxic player kicked someone or got kicked or said mean things. I'm not belittling bullying (although ESO is meant for a mature audience), but I am rarely paired with a toxic player. I've never been kicked after hitting CP 160. How often do you find them?
