Bring back sorc 3rd bar

I don't mind you nerfing our damage, tuning our sustain, but as squishier as we've become heading into next patch, I would love to have 3rd bar back so we can operate on a higher skillset and utilize more abilities while still being squishy.

I never understood why 3rd bar was taken away, but that was our identity, and please bring it back. I was hoping this would come back to magsorc in the future, sorcs struggle with which skills to utilize because we have so many amazing skills.

Before the sorc haters come to comment, please understand this isn't about us being overpowered, us being too tanky, us doing too much damage, this is about the future of eso as combat is becoming more and more reliant on DOTs. Damage over time will destroy sorcs, and the nicest thing they can have is overload 3rd bar back so they can try to handle the damage over time and other scenarios.

Act on whats to come in the future, and not whats in live or in the past. Damage over times on a magplar, magDK, warden, magnecro, magblade, but magsorc doesn't have any. We dont need any, we have the burst, but we dont have the tools to counter dots unless u give us more bar space.
