Imperial city bundle.
So I heard of this Imperial city event this weekend and what I read told me about the Imperial city bundle. I really love the horse, but I already have the Imperial city DLC. Will there be a way to upgrade?

My Funiture Bundles Wishlist
There are plenty of funitures that I wish they were aviable in the game. My plan for this post is to continue my previous thread (My Furniture Wishlist) and sort the items into a comprehensible post.

Shor was so empty yesterday I had a moment with a Yellow 5-Star

So that happened. At Arrius. I don't understand it, after Wolfhunter released both CP campaigns were empty, Shor was a ghost town yet Yellows still had enough to dominate the map. Then at Arrius when I saw the Mine was taken I went to flip and ran into this guy. After the first loss I went back and we just stared each other down at first. I played a Lute, he danced. He came over, we danced some more. I did the Male Redguard dance trick and he took a seat.
So I ended up giving a Yellow Grand Overlord a dance...

I still have an undying loathing of Team Green, but I appreciate the moments they're not bashing my face in.

Mounted skill bar
Rapid Maneuvers ("Rapids") is an Alliance War ability that gives the Major Expedition and Major Gallop speed buffs. There is an addon for PC players that adds Rapids to the bar while mounted and automatically removes it when you dismount. Console has no addons and therefore has to choose between no Rapids, switching it manually, or permanently slotting Rapids on their build. This is a really troublesome choice and all three options sucks.
Easy fix: give us a third skill bar while mounted.
How would it work? By default (at least at first), this bar would be empty (no skills while mounted). Rapid Maneuvers is currently the only "Castable-While-Mounted" ability that I'm aware of, and you could add this to the mounted bar when you get it unlocked.
Other abilities could be given the same Castable-While-Mounted tag later if ZOS chooses to add Mounted Combat to the game. This opens up a ton of fun possibilities. Not just new abilities, but old, underutilized skills in the game could be reviewed to determine which could be enabled on horseback. Projectile abilities in particular would make good mounted abilities. Silver Shards, for instance, would make an awesome Castable-While-Mounted ability morph.
So, what do you think?

Called it ages ago. 5000 crowns. Shame on ZOS
↧
Crafting packages?
What about an option to post packages of crafted items in a guild store? For example, a pair of swords from the same set, for sale as a single item—or a package of five matched pieces of medium armour from the same set, or whatever. This would help new players understand how important set synergies are, and it would ease the pain of searching half of Tamriel for items belonging to the same set with similar traits. Non crafters could be offered the same option for packaging dropped gear. Much the same thinking could be applied to sales of furnishings—I can see some imaginations really running riot there.

Guide on How to Optimally Farm Transmutation Crystal [In Progress]
Hello ESO Forum Community,
I want help to figure out how best to optimize and efficiently farm crystal geodes using the current system in place for both pvp, pve and mixed pvp/pve players. I know a lot of you may be disheartened over the low drop rates and the inherent RNG but this is not the post to talk about that. Instead let’s think how we can get the most bang for our buck.![ ]()
To preface from patch notes:
• Transmutation requires Transmute Crystals, precious resources occasionally received for successfully completing Veteran PvE activities such as Pledges, Trials, and Arenas, and several PvP sources such as Rewards for the Worthy, Battleground end of match rewards, and AvA end of campaign rewards. Transmute Crystals are an account wide , capped currency (100 or 200 for ESO+) which cannot be banked or traded.
Guaranteed Drops Rates are below:
Weekly 12 person veteran/normal trials Quest: 5 crystals
Weekly PvE trial Leaderboards: 5 crystals
Normal Random Normal Daily: Green Tier Geode (Estimated 1 crystal)
Veteran Random Normal Daily: ???
vDSA: 5 crystals
vMSA: 4 crystals
10 day Cyrodil Campaign leaderboards: 10 crystal
30 day Cyrodil Campaign Leaderboards: 50 crystals
Battleground End of Match Rewards: ???
RNG Drop Rates for Uncracked Transmutation Geodes
1st Reward of the Worthy (RotW) (20k AP): Gold Tier Geode: (4-25 crystals)
HM Pledge: Purple Tier Geode: (1-10 crystals)
Final boss of Veteran dungeon: Low Chance for Purple Tier Geode (1-10 crystals)
A few concerns and personal observations:
1st point: I “farmed” vFG1 3 times and only 2 drops occurred for the final boss. This puts farming vet dungeons at a roughly 1/6 chance (4 ppl, 3 runs) to receive a purple geode tier reward (1-10 crystals)
2nd point: I received RotW yesterday on my PvP alt and then again today after 24hrs. I only received a Gold Tier Geode (4-25 crystals) on the first day. I think this is only a weekly drop per toon, not sure yet.
3rd point: Farming 20k AP is most efficient on the winning team or in small groups where you can kill lots of Pvpers. Taking keeps and resources in a Zerg are most likely and unfortunately your best ways to hit RotW ASAP.
4th Point: Farm the fastest and easiest normal trial like HRC and AA first before talking the longer and relatively more difficult ones like HoF and SO.
Conclusion:
I think the best way to farm these crystals is by completing all normal trials quests (HRC, AA, SO, MoL, HoF, AS) for 30 guaranteed crystals then complete RotW on every toon in either Vivec (Cp) or Sotha Sil (no-CP) campaigns for 4-25 per geodes.
I want help to figure out how best to optimize and efficiently farm crystal geodes using the current system in place for both pvp, pve and mixed pvp/pve players. I know a lot of you may be disheartened over the low drop rates and the inherent RNG but this is not the post to talk about that. Instead let’s think how we can get the most bang for our buck.

Conclusion:

How Many Platings to Upgrade Jewelry?
So with the latest update, how many platings does it now take to upgrade jewelry? I got a master writ to craft an epic ring, but I only have 5 zircon platings so I question whether it's worth bothering with. The master writ is worth 34 vouchers.

Another Patch of NB or go home, GG ZOS

Im speechless, this is a solo parse, as much as you may say this player is very skilled, the dps gap between NB and ANY other class has reached ludicrous levels, not to mention their crazy sustain with what looks like blue food (lol), while most others struggle even with witchmother.
Props to the combat team, I barely see video parses from other classes anymore, since no one even bothers.

Please Open 1-2 Faction Locked Campaigns
Most of us enjoy being able to play whatever we want, however we want, but there must be boundaries consistent with the design and premise of the game.
All campaigns are currently free-for-all (FFA) style which is great for those that like that (to each his own). However, many players would prefer the original faction locked style and would rather play the map than being forced to tolerate some cross-factions players turning siege around, starting fake groups, disparaging the regular players, constant trolling and general nonsense that goes on by a minority of players that behave that way. There are few, if any, proper tools in place to deal with these players other than ignoring them individually, which is not a solution to the bulk of the problems.
Please Open 1-2 faction locked campaigns.
There will be campaigns after the midyear event that could be easily converted to faction locked to add options and give a breath of fresh air to PvP side of ESO.
The game started with all campaigns locked so the mechanisms already exist. Players and guilds that want to play in a tri-faction manner can continue doing so on a free-for-all (FFA) style campaign. FFA vs. restraints and boundaries are typically how PvP game servers are delineated. It's very reasonable to expect a game with as large a player base as ESO would offer both to suit different play-styles common to PvP gamers.
It’s a win-win and we don’t have to debate ad nauseam.

Jewelry Crafting Master Writs are overwhelming my inventory!
Should I keep them? Does anyone buy them? I have like 700 vouchers worth of Jewelry Master Writs and I can't even upgrade my own set of jewelry to gold quality yet. I just don't have enough gold to buy the upgrade mats yet but they're starting to take over my bank space. I'm considering just destroying them and hoping I get decent ones at a later date...if I have the patience to keep farming the mats....

Magplar PvP
So I'm still pretty new to magicka classes in PvP (old stam DK main) and I need some advice. I can get some kills but I'm WAY too squishy.
I'm currently running:
2 Skoria (heavy)
5 Spinners (chest, legs. boots, Nirnhoned inferno staff)
5 Wizard's Riposte (belt, gloves, jewelry)
2 Song of Lamae (sword and shield on back bar).
Anyone have any advice for a newbie Magplar?

Why do bites have to be free?
I'm genuinely curious about the logic involved in this. I saw someone in zone chat ask for a bite, and the only person available to do it was busy but said they'd do it but since it was interrupting them and out of their way they were asking 10k, to which the asker agreed. Immediately, first one and then a bunch of people jumped on the would-be biter, calling them all sorts of names and being generally hostile and angry that they would dare charge for a bite and insisting that bites should always be free. I've seen this sort of conversation many times over the past year, and no one ever answers me when I ask in zone chat: Why is it different to ask for gold for a bite than it is to ask for gold for Skyreach runs, or mats, or something that you stumbled over in a treasure chest?
I know people who bought the bite in the crown store, way back. I also know people who farmed *hard* for the special spawns to earn their bite the hard way out in the wild and are very proud of that accomplishment. So why is this worthless compared to an accidental find, or some time spent picking up a few nodes, or running content with someone to help them earn xp? The bitee is basically asking to have an entire skill line shared with them. Why is this worth less than someone's higher CP level in Skyreach, or someone's luck with a chest?
(Note--within guilds I see a lot of bites given back and forth to guildies, but I also see a lot of items and mats and gold and carries given freely, too, so that's aside from this "random request in zone" thing.)

300 crown increase on mask pack...I see what you did there!
I have been waiting all month for the release of the new Reveries Operatic Mask Pack. I had put aside 700 crowns and was ready to log in today and buy them.....only to see that this pack is 1000 crowns. ![>:) >:)]()
But, wait a minute, the mask set from last month.....the House of Reveries Mask Pack was only 700 crowns.
Really Zos??
Look I have always enjoyed buying masks and other unique cosmetic items from the crown store. Since I started this game 3 years ago, my boyfriend and I have spent crowns to buy mounts, motifs, pets and whatnot. We are both ESO+ members. But..I wish this company would realize that average income players have a set amount for their gaming budget!! It's like you don't even want my money....unless you can have it ALL...and unfortunately for you, my landlord gets the bulk of it!
I could add 300 more crowns to my account and buy the mask pack to help support my favorite game... but NOPE...not doing it this time!

Befoul not working properly
Snipe, corrupting pollen, and other defile skills, including armor such as "Duroks bane" is not affected by the befoul campion points. Plz fix as my kitty snipe blade needs to feel the rush of a kill or he will start bingeing moon sugar cookies.

Are attributes still linked to spell/weapon damage?
I've googled around but the only infomation I can find is from 2014. I'm getting confusing results in-game trying to find out for myself.
My first NB is Stam-only, with all points in stamina for a bigger resource-bar, yet looking on her character page, her spell-power and weapon-damage stats are near identical. I'd assumed this meant that some update in the past four years had unlinked those stat (which would be nice, and allow things like melee-mag-templars)
I respeced my attribute points but reassigning them didn't seem to chance any of the stats on my page except for my resource-caps, so I figured that was that.
Except when I unlocked Strife and cripple (mag skills) from her siphoning skill-line, her damage sucks. The tooltip damage is lower than with her bow (stam) skills, but not by terribly much. I'd assumed they were just weaker because they come with a heal/slow respectively.
When actually using it on enemies however, their health-bars barely move. The heal I get from funnel is completely negligible (25% of the minuscule damage that the spell dealt) an cripples DoT is unnoticable. (it's slow is also far too weak and too brief for my taste, but that's a consequence of all hindering abilities being balanced for PVP, I guess)
At first I assumed that those skills just sucked, but if they require magicka attributes to function properly then it would explain their poor performance.
My DragonKnight is also a mag/melee build, but since he's a tank using a sword and board, I never really expected his melee attacks to actually deal damage anyway, I use them to apply debuffs and use his magic abilities when I want to kill things.
So to ask again, Attributes. Does getting more Magicka still make your magic skill damage/staff-weapon damage go up? And likewise for stamina boosting weapon damage?
I sincerely hope not, since 70% of class skills are magicka based. Freeform build-creation was a major selling point for ESO. I'd hate to learn that I can't use any of my class-skills effectively unless I switch to a mag-build and equip a staff.
