I have not seen a player cast either Magicka Detonation or Inevitable Detonation since Dark Brotherhood released, with the exception of myself when I tried running a unique build.
Proximity Detonation still has use and gets casted by certain small groups so that morph is fine.
I found Magicka Detonation and Inevitable Detonation did almost no damage to players, and the cast time is a hazard in PvP these days due to the huge damage output of everything else you are vulnerable to when casting.
Buffing the base damage of Magicka Detonation and Inevitable Detonation (but not Proximity Detonation) could possibly incentivize a handful of people to attempt to find use for it again.
Why not? Give these two useless skills some purpose! They look really cool and I'd love to be able to justify using them again at least in a way that doesn't utterly gimp my build.
That is all.
