Hello, and good day. I'm hoping to see if you, Zenimax will be willing to share with us what are the major changes you Recently made to the server within the past 30 to 60 days, but most recent so 30 days.
Prior to this time, things seemed to run normally, however I have heard rumors here and there of what you may have implemented in regards to software changes and or programs that run secretly, hidden in the background.
So far, I can elaborate on the issues I am now suffering from while attempting to have fun playing this game.
First, I mention this because its new to me. Ping.
I am exceedingly being bombed by very HIGH ping, prior to 3 weeks ago, my ping on average would be between 89 to 160. At best.
Now, and since 3 weeks ago I have really been starting to notice my ping just from on daily average 236 to 999+
(I guess the red 999+ is the highest it can read)
This I mention first because I know for a fact this issue is not on my end. Nothing has changed on my end, same ISP, same PC, still play other high end MMO's or online battles with other Server side games other than ESO. ESo is the only server I'm attempting to connect to that is really really bad right now. I mean worse than it has been in 4 years of playing.
**Exceedingly High Ping
**Horrible Lag
**Randomly being taken to the log in screen
**Cannot connect to server
**Logging in states my account is already logged in
**Having Environment surroundings freeze while my toon is over powered in a zip like burst of speed until crash to the log in screen
**Cannot Bar swap
**Cannot cast
**Continues to battle not realizing my toon was dead and spawns at nearest wayshrine
These and most of these issue are known, however again beating a dead horse here as I cannot stress enough, High Ping at the moment is detrimentally impacting gameplay.
Zenimax, if you do not wish to share what cheat bot running programs you are running at the very least please review these issues I have mentioned ""Especially the High Ping"" and the time frame of at least up to 3 weeks ago when I really started to notice or began to care about the issue now that it's making this game unplayable, to determine and or match up what recent changes you made to the server that's causing this issue.
I'm not sure whom to mention such as
@ZOS_GinaBruno or whom ever is in control of monitoring the server and or its software, however I'm hoping today with this post I at least gain the attention of someone on the tech side to see what can be done to fix this.
Please note, there are a lot of different issues I could address however I felt this is appropriate in this single category as when the recent holiday event started for the indrik feathers, Exceedingly High Ping was very noticeable and all other **bullets seemed to get much much worse for me. For example most of everything I listed in this one category was something I could deal with as it didn't happen often. However, since the indrik witch holiday combo event, Exceedingly high ping started, and the other issues began to happen more often, more frequent, and on a continuing basis.
Just reaching out to you at Zenimax as a customer , part of the ESO fan base that has played these games for a great many number of years, any day and everyday since the release of Morrowind way back when.
