Öncelikle tüm Elder Scrolls Online dünyasına selamlar,

iyi bir iletişimin temelini ilk izlenimler ve tanışma oluşturur. Bu yüzden kendimizi tanıtarak başlayalım istedik. Elder Scrolls Online oyununda kurulan ilk Türk guildi "Siyah Sancak" olarak karşınızda bulunuyoruz. Bu vakte kadar sanal ortamda pek aktif değildik çünkü aramıza katılacak olan siz yeni arkadaşlarımız için en keyifli ve verimli sistemi hazırlamak istedik ve şimdi gururla karşınızdayız.

Lonca liderimiz @Kurtoglu önderliğinde sevgi ve saygı içerisinde ilerliyoruz. Guildimiz nedir, ne değildir buradan devam edelim. Her bir üyemiz bizim için ayrı ayrı değerlidir. Sonuçta bir topluluğuz ve birbirimize duyduğumuz saygı herşeyden önce geliyor. İster oyuna yeni başlamış olun ister end game aşamasında yer alın guildimiz içerisinde her birinize hitap edecek etkinlikler yapılmaktadır. Veteran raidler end game oyuncularımıza hitap ederken normal raidler ise PvE oynamak isteyen ve oyuna yeni başlayan arkadaşları bir ileriki aşamaya hazırlamak amacıyla bizim için büyük önem taşımaktadır. Tabii ki önce tüm oyuncular oynamak istediği karekteri ve rolü iyi bir şekilde öğrenip, ona hakim olmalıdır ki hem maksimum keyif alsın hem de kendinden emin bir şekilde ilerleyebilsin. Bunun için de bizler buradayız. Karekterleriniz ile ilgili bildiklerimizi paylaşmaktan ve gereken ekipmanın ne olduğu konusunda yardımcı olmaktan keyif duyarız. Bahsettiğimiz gibi bir topluluğuz ve birbirimizin ihtiyacı olduğunda yanında bulunmak için beraberiz.

Yalnızca PvE değil PvP oynamak isteyen arkadaşlara da aynı şekilde yardımcı olmaktayız. Guildimiz içerisinde PvP konusunda oldukça deneyimli ve başarılı arkadaşlarımız bulunmaktadır. Kısacası oyun içerisindeki herhangi bir sorununuzda ya da oyunla alakalı herhangi bir ihtiyacınızda sizler için burada olacağız.

Herşeyden daha önemli olan kısma gelelim... Bu oyunu günlük yaşamın stresinden kurtulmak için oynuyoruz. Başka bir dünyada, bu dünyadan uzaklaşıyoruz. Bizim amacımız ise Tamriel evreninizi daha keyifli bir hale getirmek. Sadece oyun içerisinde birbiri ile konuşan robot bir yapımız yok. Birbirimizi seviyor ve değer veriyoruz. Oyun dışında da birbirimize destek oluyoruz ve birbirimizin yanında oluyoruz. Kısacası Siyah Sancak yalnızca bir oyun ekibi değil. Biz Siyah Sancak ailesi olmaktan gurur duyuyoruz.

Biraz da olsa kendimizi tanıtmaya çalıştık. Herşeyi yazı ile size aktaramayacağımızı biliyoruz. Okumak başka aramızda olup ailemize katılmak başka tabii ki. Bu nedenle sizleri de ailemizin bir üyesi olmaya davet ediyoruz. Siyah Sancak manevi değerleri, saygıyı ve birlik beraberliği herşeyin üzerinde tutan bir Türk Guild'i olması ile farkını her zaman ortaya koymuştur ve koymaya da devam edecektir.

Good to see ZOS is trying to continue the unfinished stories of vanilla dungeons

From what I can gather, Depths of Malatar seems to be the next story of Volenfell. Which is nice, ZOS found a way to continue the vanilla stories in the form of dungeon DLC, I appreciate that

There are several unfinished vanilla dungeon story tho, I hope we get to see them soon :), namely (the ones I can remember at least, feel free to add):

1.Selene's Web: The story simply cannot be the end. Selene is alive and well in ES:Arena, and I am sure we all want to kick that mage's ass ;)
2.Direfrost Keep: I guess the story could end there, but the very fact that the pledge is named Direfrost Keep I means at least one more was planned
3.City of Ash: Even after the resucue in the second dungeon, Gilraen indicated that the story isn't over

I'm quite sure the majority of players have ESO+, so I expect a good amount of No simply for that reason. But, if you don't have a subscription, or you typically buy the DLC you're interested in to own it forever, will you purchase this one?

PSA: Turn off "Sleep: on PCs for tomorrows long load screen.

As most of us know, after tomorrows PC update we will all experience an extremely long load screen the first time we log into a character. The issue is the default settings for our PCs will likely put the PC to sleep early in this process if the PC is left unattended.

Below are brief instructions to turn off sleep if you plan to walk away from your PC during this process.

To disable sleep in W10:
  1. In search bar type "Power" without the quotations and select "Power & sleep settings"
  2. Where you see the toggle for Sleep change it to "never"
  3. If you are on a notebook there may be additional settings for both plugged in and on battery.

Google is also your friend in these matters (or whatever your search provider of choice is as this is not an advert for Google, lol). Windows 7 and other OS are different.

Crown store motifs

Hello all,

I am pretty sure that this topic been discussed here somewhere, but I would like just ask about info below:

- can you confirm that Crown store motif is applicable only on character and not for the account?
- does the CSM (Crown Store Motif) give to user option to transform any amor to the specific CSM what you just bought, as it was for example with Imperial race from the start?
- will the complete CSM shows in Outfit menu and gives you the option to transform any amor your wear to this motif or it only opens the option to craft gear with this specific motif?

Update: Twilight Tormentor's ability still doesn't work 4.3.4

I saw @Dracane mention in another thread that the Twilight Tormentor's extra 50% damage isn't working and tested it myself to confirm. Whether activated or not, the Tormentor does the exact same damage to targets above 50% health. I also tested below 50% health (in case it got reversed by accident) and below 25% and 20% health (to check if it accidentally was turned into an execute) and the ability never changed the amount of damage the Tormentor did.

I have been playing ESO now for quite a while since launch really (on the EU Server). and I still have never seen a GM in-game. What I have seen is lots and lots of bots running around in circles killing mudcrabs. So whats ZOS excuse of lacking in-game moderation?

Have anyone else on the EU server seen a GM?

Something think about increasing the limit of items you can fence or have it one eso plus benefits and have the limit reomoved from laundering items just an idea for thiever that goes on in tamerial i know its 140 on fencing with all the passive need to increase the number seems kind of silly

PC EU - Battleground Group Finder - Is there a way to reset the MMR?

Hello,
is there any way or do they anytime rest the MMR from our Characters?

Under the week I m playing battlegrounds only with my buddy. (to be honest - it the last thing which keeps me in the game) We have 1-2 hours time only in primetime but it s nearly impossible to have more than 1 game in 2 hours because of the 45min-1hour Press-F-game queue time.

Now we found out with our twinks (no battlegrounds played) that the queue is working (not fine - still a few times pressing F game - but working within ~5min). But after many wins same scenario... queue time 40min+ that s stupid and not acceptable.

So my question: is there any possibility to play battlegrounds on high MMR in "normal" queue times like other MMOs again?

On Bleakrock there is a very large amount of bots running around Orkey's Hollow running a pre programmed rout for jewlery and ore nodes. These are not actual players. And over by Deathclaw's Lair there are several sorc botters farming wolves.

I understand that botting is a hard thing to counter... But I farm bleakrock regularly and since I'm here a lot I've noticed a very strong increase in botting in this zone and it's getting worse and worse. I've been reporting bots left and right since yesterday. It's becoming a VERY serious issue on bleakrock and I cant emphasize how bad it's getting.

Master Merchant won't stop scanning

It's constantly scanning in my chat box, I can't keep up with anything anyone is saying because it's constantly saying "Added 0 sales records from (guild name)". I'm in 5 guilds so it's a constant spam. It didn't start doing this until I updated MM 3 days ago. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still doing it. How do I get it to stop?

Are you happy with the racial changes that most likely will go live?

So the last version of the PTS notes (4.3.4) was posted and there are no racial changes anymore. This means the 4.3.3 version of racials will most likely be the final version that goes live.

If you can't remember, let me copy & paste a summary of all the racial changes:


Altmer (last update: 4.3.2)
  • Increases Experience gain in Destruction Staff Skill Line by 15%, extra 1% Generic Experience gain
  • Spell Recharge: Restore 645 Magicka or Stamina, based on whichever is higher, after activating a Class Ability. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds. Reduces damage taken by 5% while you are using an ability with a cast or channel time.The return for this passive will now restore your lowest maximum resource, rather than your highest.
  • Syrabane’s Boon: Increases your Max Magicka by 2000.
  • Elemental Talent: Increases your Spell Damage by 258.

Argonian (last update: 4.3.2)
  • Increases experience gain in Resto Staff Skill Line by 15%, extra 50% Swimming Speed
  • Resourceful: Increases your Max Magicka by 1000. Increased the Health, Magicka, and Stamina restore from drinking a potion to 4000 from 3620.
  • Argonian Resistance: Increases your Max Health by 1000 and your Disease Resistance by 2310. You are immune to the Diseased status effect.
  • Life Mender: Increased the Healing Done bonus to 6% from 4%.

Bosmer (last update: 4.3.3)
  • Increases experience gain in Bow Skill Line by 15%, decreases fall damage taken by 10%
  • Y’ffre’s Endurance: Increases your Stamina Recovery by 258.
  • Resist Affliction: Increases your Max Stamina by 2000 and your Poison Resistance by 2310. You are immune to the Poisoned status effect.
  • Hunter’s Eye: Increases your Stealth detection radius by 3m. After you use Roll Dodge you gain 10% Movement Speed for 6 seconds and a bonus to Physical and Spell Penetration of 1500 for the duration.

Breton (last update: 4.3.2)
  • Increases Experience gain in Light Armor Skill Line by 15%, extra 1% Alliance Point gain
  • Gift of Magnus: Increases your Max Magicka by 2000.
  • Spell Attunement: Gain 2310 Spell Resistance and 100 Magicka Recovery. The Spell Resistance granted by this effect will now be doubled if you are afflicted with Burning, Chilled, or Concussed.
  • Magicka Mastery: Reduces the Magicka cost of your abilities by 7%.

Dunmer (last update: 4.3.2)
  • Increases Experience gain in Dual Wield Skill Line by 15%, reduces damage taken from Lava by 50%
  • Dynamic: Increased the Max Magicka and Stamina granted to 1875 from 1250.
  • Resist Flame: Increases your Flame Resistance by 2310. You are immune to the Burning status effect. Removed the Max Health bonus from this passive.
  • Ruination: Increases your Weapon and Spell Damage by 258.

Imperial (last update: 4.3.3)
  • Increases Experience gain in One Hand and Shield Skill Line by 15%, extra 1% Gold gain
  • Tough: Increases your Max Health by 2000.
  • Imperial Mettle: Increases your Max Stamina by 2000.
  • Red Diamond: Reworked this passive so when you deal Direct Damage now, you restore 333 Health, Magicka, and Stamina. This effect has a 5 second cooldown. Reworked the 5% Block and Bash cost reduction to 3% cost reduction of all abilities (all the things!).

Khajiit (last update 4.3.3)
  • Increases Experience gain in Medium Armor Skill Line by 15%, 5% bonus change to successfully pickpocket
  • Robustness: Increases your Health Recovery by 100. Increased the Magicka and Stamina Recovery bonuses to 85 from 75.
  • Lunar Blessings: Increased the Max Health, Magicka, and Stamina bonuses to 825 from 750.
  • Feline Ambush: Reworked the 8% Spell and Weapon Critical Strike Chance to 10% Critical Damage and Critical Healing. Decreased the reduction of your Stealth radius to 3m from 5m.

Nord (last update: 4.3.0)
  • Increases Experience gain in Two Handed Skill Line by 15%, 15 extra minutes on drink buffs
  • Stalwart: Increases your Max Stamina by 1500. When you take damage, gain 5 Ultimate. This effect can occur once every 10 seconds.
  • Resist Frost: Increases your Max Health by 1000 and your Cold Resistance by 2310. You are immune to the Chilled status effect.
  • Rugged: Increases your Physical and Spell Resistance by 3960.

Orc (last update: 4.3.2)
  • Increases Experience gain in Heavy Armor Skill Line by 15%, extra 10% Inspiration gain
  • Brawny: This passive now grants 2000 Max Stamina instead of 500 Health and 500 Stamina.
  • Unflinching: This passive now grants 1000 Max Health and heals you for up to 600 when you deal damage with a weapon, with a 4 second cooldown. Previously, it granted 4% Healing Taken, and 380 Stamina and Health when dealing damage with a weapon.
  • Swift Warrior: Increases your Weapon Damage by 258. Reduces the cost of your Sprint ability by 12% and increases your Movement Speed while Sprinting by 10%.

Redguard (last update: 4.3.2)
  • Increases One Hand and Shield Skill Line by 15%, 15 extra minutes on food buffs
  • Martial Training: Reduces the cost of your Weapon abilities by 8%. Added a bonus that reduces the effectiveness of Snares applied to you by up to 15%.
  • Conditioning: Increases your Max Stamina by 2000.
  • Adrenaline Rush: When you deal damage with a melee attack you restore 792 Stamina. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds. → When you deal Direct Damage, you restore 950 Stamina. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.

Can we have this house available for buying in the game?

I took a few screenshots of this church that I found in Cyrodiil the other day, Temple of the Ancestor Moths near Kingscrest Keep, and since we have so many houses available that are based on current structures that are in the game already (Velothie reverie, Strident Spring Demesne, Elinhir Private Arena, and many many others) i thought it would be cool to have it available as a home that we can buy, the place looks awesome and it is abandoned in Cyrodiil like most of the rest of the buildings there XD.

Bosmer Racial change that is illogical and unnecessary

TLDR
In short, thank you for your hard work on these updates, just one problem: stealth detection is does not provide any benefit to PVE gameplay and very limited benefit in pvp. Please change that one part back to stealth radius reduction because it is useful in both pvp and pve as you have pointed out in your own notes.


Wood Elf
Increases experience gain in Bow Skill Line by 15%, decreases fall damage taken by 10% → No changes
Y’ffre’s Endurance: 21% Stamina Recovery → Increases your Stamina Recovery by 258.
Resist Affliction: 6% Max Stamina and 1485 Poison and Disease Resistance → Increases your Max Stamina by 2000 and your Poison Resistance by 2310. You are immune to the Poisoned status effect.
Stealthy: Reduces detection Radius by 3m and Increases Damage Done in Stealth by 10% → Hunter’s Eye: Increases your Stealth detection radius by 3m. After you use Roll Dodge you gain 20% Movement Speed for 3 seconds.

A quick note on why we changed the Stealthy passive: Previously this passive was shared between Khajiit and Wood Elf, and didn’t help them feel distinct enough from each other. Additionally, since Sneaking isn’t a universal mechanic to the game (many enemies in Tamriel can’t be bothered sneaking about!), we wanted to take away some of the focus from the passive and build that into their other passives instead. We still want to support that game mechanic however, so we kept parts of each the Wood Elf’s and the Khajiit’s version of these passives.

Developer Comment:
The thick forests of Valenwood have imprinted the importance of the ability to hunt in the Wood Elf race, and as such they have a natural adeptness for detecting potential threats. Quick to react and well versed in the poisons of nature, they can outlast and outwit their opponents. These traits are demonstrated with their natural speed boost when tactfully engaging combat, and their unparalleled Stamina Recovery.

Look at what I bolded. Enemies can’t be bothered to sneak about.

Then look at the change you made. Increases your Stealth detection radius by 3m


So enemies can’t be bothered to sneak yet Bosmer can detect sneaking better. Your own explanation invalidates your own logic.

The Rite of Theft
The Rite of Theft is a cherished Bosmeri custom, though one which outsiders have trouble appreciating.[72] The Bosmer steal from each other, and upon return of the stolen item, they demand a boon commensurate to the item's worth.[73] In ancient times, the Bosmer Vanirion the Thief was renowned for demanding over two hundred payments after invoking the Rite.[71] In more modern times, the Bosmer of Greenshade are particularly infamous for their thievery.[49]

TES Arena: They are well suited towards any class, although their nimbleness serves them best in any art involving thievery.

TES Daggerfall: "Wood Elves hail from the province of Valenwood. You are part of a small, fair-skinned people known to be extremely agile and quick. Wood Elves have a natural affinity for the bow and arrow, and all members of their race have some ability with that weapon. There are well-known Wood Elves in most every class, but the arts of thievery are their particular forte

TES Battlespire: Hailing from the forests of Valenwood, the Wood Elves are the finest archers in all of Tamriel. These cousins of the High Elves and Dark Elves are nimble and quick as the wind. Because of their curious natures and natural agility, Wood Elves often become thieves (No Khajiit in this game)

In Shadowkey, it’s Argonians who are noted for being Thieves, Khajiit for dodging and Bosmer for healing.

TES Oblivion: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Bosmer Once again, +10 sneak for Bosmer, only +5 sneak for Khajiit.

TES Skyrim: Khajiit have +10 sneak and Bosmer have +5.


In this chart, in the Skills Row, click on the last yellow icon for Bosmer. It’s +10 sneak. For Khajiit it’s +5.

We are asking for sneak radius. The sneak radius we always had.

Bosmer have 3 trickster gods as well. Baan Dar, Lorkhan and the Woodland Man aka Herma-Mora

If you want to make us unique from Khajiit then keep the sneaking part the same (reduce stealth radius) but give us bonus to lockpicking instead of pickpocketing. Or if it’s going to be the last passive we earn, let it be reduce stealth radius and further stamina recovery. Or, my personal favorite, let us cannabalize eligible corpses like werewolves but we incur an immediate death penalty if done in the wrong company. or really anything else as long as we keep our stealth radius reduction. Another idea is bonus to range damage of any kind (that will help a Bosmer casters too since you said you didn’t want to punish people for not choosing a magic race for a magic class. Something like that would be in keeping with the lore.


The Bottom Line

We aren’t sad because we can’t gank people. If anything, Khajiit with their higher crit and larger radius will be better gankers anyway.

Also, not one of us is asking for the extra damage, just the radius reduction. Also, if we cared about pvp we’d want to keep the passive like what is on offer because the offered passive stacks with Hasty Retreat. And stealth DETECTION is only useful in pvp, and is never used in pve. So sorry to burst that bubble, we aren’t gankers.

Also, it is fine that you can complete stealthy quests with a non-stealth race, the game would be unbalanced if it were impossible. The bottom line is that a Bosmer is not as noticeable as a Nord when crouched. It’s not realistic. Bosmer have always had a higher sneak bonus than other races, as I pointed out above, it’s not hard to understand. Altmer have always been better with arcane skills. These are just facts of this universe.

Finally, stealth detection is useless in pve all the time. Full stop. If they gave Orcs a passive to hug other players instead of a useful lore friendly passive I would be here about that too.

Tanking has always been a bit of an enigma to me since I'm mainly a solo player and dont need it for that content.

Does anyone have suggestions for what kinds of stats I should aim for? I've looked at some guides and, well, holy cow they're indepth... but they dont seem to offer suggestions on things like "you need a minimum of x health and y resistance to avoid being one-shotted in veteran content".

I really just need some numbers to aim for when I start my build.

(And yes, there have to be some baseline stats that work for the majority of the content - the wishy washy philosophical answers about different situations aren't what I'm looking for here.)
