Game Still Crashing after login

Ok, so my wife just re-downloaded the game and when she went to login the game crashed on her. So, precisely; She enters her password for the account to log in and the eso circle spins a bit then stops and the whole game just crashes at that point. Checked drivers and updates to make sure everything was up to date , problem still there. The game does come up with a "crash report" thing that she did use to report the problem, but it is not giving any error codes or anything, just the ability to report the problem. Anyone have any ideas on this one?

Or so is my hope for them to bring it back.

any information on when there will be a new balancing patch. rly sickens me that stamblade doesnt have the disadvantages and is pretty much better in anything compared to magblade. we dont have that big of a burst and our dmg is easily mitigated by swordboard and especialy those annoying dk reflects. there is rly no point playing magblade in pvp currently. i feel tempted to just focus on my dk or stamsorc even tho i rly love my main.

What is a good dmg set for PvP for a mag sorc? I haven’t been able to find one. Any suggestions appreciated. Also the only dlc i have are ordinium and imperial city

You nerf the damage and enchant for 1h because its not fair to 2h.

But to make it fair, buff the attack/swing speed of 1h, because 1h should be faster than 2h.

This should put things in balance. Maybe 2x speed on 1h would be enough.

Why Uppercut needs to be changed, and now

There have been numerous threads on uppercut from avid 2h users, but as someone who has played this game for a number of years, and used both 2h and SnB for offense extensively I wanted to give you my insight.
The 2h weapon tree is supposed to be for DPS, but due to the dynamic nature of combat SnB will always win, even if you manage to get a juicy 20k tooltip on dizzying swing. It's the cast time - it needs to go, and obviously the damage adjusted accordingly. Using SnB as your offensive weapon, your attacks are not only quicker, but it's also a more reactive play style. If you see you're about to get CC'd, you can quickly stop what you're doing and block. This isn't so easy while you're mid swing during an uppercut.
The cast time also means that enemies with actual awareness will be able to react to your attacks every time by blocking them, CCing, or by simply walking through you to cancel it.
Because of these reasons, your DPS is actually lower, which is silly for an ability that provides nothing but damage. I can flip to my SnB and apply an array of debuffs while also getting all of my hits to land, meaning my DPS is higher. How does this make sense?

While not exactly the best portrayal, I took a quick video on my "tank" in between undaunted grinding. I'm using SnB and a 2h axe. In fairness, both weapons use a poison glyph, so the 1h is obviously cut in half, which would assume even less damage.
Not only is your DPS higher, but the buffs and debuffs provided with each stroke, and extra mitigation make SnB even more enticing as an offensive weapon. I've added some appropriate music which sum up my thoughts accurately.

Please, do something about uppercut. You really can't leave it in this state. It was fine a long time ago, but the game has become much faster paced, meaning spammables with cast times are completely redundant.
It also looks really stupid. There, I said it.

Was I the only one disappointed that the necromancer class has not even one permanent/semi permanent minion? The longest one is 16 seconds (I think) and that is only one of 2...I mean, even the sorcerer has several options for permanent minions...why not he necromancer? Why is having multiple minions (skeletons) THE MOST ICONIC THING FOR WHICH NECROS ARE KNOWN not even an option?

I am so disappointed. Not even sure if this class is worth it anymore.

Sometimes, players can't log on for a period of time - for example, they're going on vacation for two weeks. But the daily rewards put desirable rewards late in the month for players who log on most days of the month.

So, the players who want to but can't, miss out. What to do about that?

The current answer is: Nothing. Too bad. Deal with it. We don't care.

Suggestion: let players have the option to specify 'away days' in advance, where they get credit for having logged in that day for progression - but they forfeit the daily reward for any day they do that. That would dis-incentivize abusing the feature, while helping players who can't play for a period.

I know this has probably discussed before, but I think it would still be cool to have more variety with the stamsorc. As of right now, you basically throw on hurricane and bound armaments and call it a day with the sorc class abilities. I would suggest just upping the damage on the clannfear a little bit. Or rework the clannfear, instead of the active ability as a heal (which is basically the matriarch except it only goes to you), let it do more aoe damage with an active tailswipe ability that applies bleed. Also, from what I understand pet damage scales based on max magicka….maybe make the damage scale from EITHER max magicka or max stamina, based on which of the two stats is higher...this could help boost the clannfear a bit.

Here is a picture from a parse, the clannfear does about 1.3% (~600) of the damage while keeping deadric prey up 50% or more. I think with the tweaks mentioned above, this could help the dps be pushed to 48k+ and offer more variety for stamsorcs.

(Yes, I know I could drop Daedric Prey and put Caltrops on my bar, but I was trying to give the Clannfear all the advantages it could get)

WEEK 1 Crafting writs

WEEK 2 Delve and world boss dailies

Clockwork City WB - complete the CWC questline far enough to where you become a citizen of the city to unlock the questgiver

Morrowind - complete the main questline until you've spoken with Vivec for the first time, then answer the "Adventurers Wanted" poster to unlock the questgiver.

Summerset - Talk to the justiciars in the plaza in Alinor

Wrothgar - Talk to the questgiver in the inn outside Orsinium

Murkmire - find the questgiver in Lilmoth

Gold Coast (assuming they work, as they didn't on the PTS) - pick up the quest from the Kvatch bounty board

Hews Bane and the base game zones don't have WB dailies.

Remember those times that Dragonknights killed snipers with their own snipe? Next patch Dragonknights can't do that anymore and instead, wings will reduce the damage of the incoming projectiles by 50% which will make it a boring skill. Do you think Dragonknights will be fun to play next patch?

Do your writs! Complete daily crafting writs to earn Gift Boxes that have a chance to also include pages of the Prophet Outfit Style.

Does this include Master Writs? Or just the regular ones from the boards?

I have seemingly-hundreds of Master Writs at the moment and I'm wondering whether to spend tonight cleaning them out, or wait until tomorrow
