Would you support ZoS taking a step back to focus on QoL/Bug fixes in 2020?

To start I want to say that I put 2020 because 2019 theyre rolling out their year of the dragon so they already have a locked in plan for the entirety of the year.

I also want to say that I don't mean to stop making content all together, obviously some things have to be added and some crown store items have to be created in order to keep the game financially stable. After all, ZoS cant take a monetary loss for an entire year.

What Im talking about is a year where no new zones and dlc packs are added, instead turning the focus of the development team on quality of life improvements and bug fixes for all the previous content. ESO is unique in that it has an almost excessive amount of content for players to complete and with Elsweyr coming up and an entire year of content ahead of us it seems reasonable to that we could survive without tons of new additions to content in 2020, however what many of us cannot do without are fixes to many of the glitches, bugs, and exploits that have been around for years as well as some improvements to overall quality of life.

Cryodiil alone has been plagued with horrific performance for many users since launch.

Necro’s OP abilities

After playtesting the class in duels, cyro, and test dummies the abilities that I believe to be over-performing are.

1. Blast bones (both morphs)
Either the damage is bugged and not being affected by battle spirit or it’s tt is extremely messed up. With a 13k tt on mag necro using lich shadowrend necro master destro I am hitting 7-10k non crit blast bones without major/Minor vul. A bit off right? It should be sub assaults sister skill essentially. 3 second wind up and then aoe damage.
Sub hits for about half that 4-6k average.

The skills secondary effect, a debuff should be removed or altered for a different effect as constant major defile has been an issue in the past which is why we have seen nerfs to incap, snipe, duroks, befoul, reverb, fasalla.

If the damage could be toned to that amount I believe that would be beneficial to balance especially paired with the next skill that is too strong.

2. Rez ultimate
this ult costs 200 ish ult and either rez’s three allies AND gives 5k of each resource back per res.
Or
Ressurects 3 allies and creates up to 3 blastbones which have this insane damage. So you can essentially send 4 blastbones running in at once each hitting for 7-10 k at the same time.

This ultimate is providing way too many benefits for the cost and should just be a rez to 2 allies for 200 ult (100 per person) no additional benefit)
Or
Ressurect 3 of your corpses and turn them into blastbones (after blast bones gets a damage tweak)
Otherwise this ability will be spammed in pvp and players will continue being instantly revived when the outnumber the other group.

3. Expunge and modify
. (The class purge)
For 1800 hp you can remove 2 debuffs and return 500 Stam and mag per debuff.
Or
For 1800hp you can remove 4 debuffs.

This ability when paired with the healing spirit guardian allows mag necro to perma block in a cycle of
Cleanse debuffs > return resources > spirit heals for 4K 2/s.

I’ll upload clips to enforce my point later today.

For the love of this game, can you please FFS do something about this issue??? There have been so many posts about this, and so many players making complaints about it, and yet NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. This is beyond a joke, why can't you just get your act together and do something about this issue. Absolutely disgusting behaviour on the part of the devs, ignoring this for years and years and refusing to do the right thing :# :(

Yout hit the 5 years line already, 3 chapters (including upcoming) and several DLC have been out, housing, etc etc

Double the bank space already, this game is unplayable without eso+, and even with this and housing storage (which is unaccesible from regular bank), is not enough.

Why do I have to decon a set just bc I want to try a nre different one, why cant I hold some housing while I get another idea finished first.

HELP YOUR PLAYERS, the majority need the increase, ans it's about damn time this happen again

Toxic pver’s, farmers, and housing people all talk down and belittle pvpers when they try to show interest in those things. You don’t just let the new pvpers into your trials, they have to meet a litany of requirements or dps tests and even then... but it’s understandable, because that’s the content. Same can be said for PvP

And now you knowingly enter the domain that is pvp to farm for items to earn a fake outfit. And you want it handed to you, you want it freely, you don’t want to earn it. You don’t want to learn how to survive, to learn how to pvp. You don’t plan to come back. You are just entering this zone to feed an addiction. A zone that has litttle to offer, besides an experience that many of us enjoy. Then you call us “griefers” because you chose to enter our area and don’t want to play the game you entered.

You pvers don’t want to pvp. If you did you wouldn’t pvdoor zerg the map and saturate it so that it’s all one color and one faction pop locked. If you wanted to pvp you wouldn’t attempt to jump off cliffs or towers to prevent a pvper from the killing blow. Climb the tower in crops and attempt to jump off rather than fight to only learn you can’t jump off that tower... lol you never planned to pvp at all...

You don’t have to pvp to get top tier pve gear. PvPers have to pve to get the best pvp gear though and we have to earn it and figure it out. You are coming here for an item you may never even use.

We will take advantage of the opportunity to earn easy ap, to see how many bad pvers it takes to bring us down, and to kill as many as we can with the best kdr we can because we are playing for an experience.

Just like we pvpers don’t get a free ride in your trials, you’ll not get a free ride in our campaigns, where the name of the game is Player vs Player.

ZOS, Its time to do something about housing.

After spending the last couple of days playing around on the PTS and checking out our two new houses and some of the new furnishings I think its become a bit too obvious how half-finished housing (as a feature) is.

The new houses look amazing and the quality of the new furnishings is top notch, really all of the recent additions to furnishing have been excellent. My complaint is not with the houses or items themselves, the issue is in how housing has been implemented and how little has been done to remedy its shortcomings.

Housing currently sets the limit at 700 furnishings (assuming you pay for ESO+) and 24 players per house for even the largest of houses, the reason being that consoles get a bit squirrelly when you hit a certain threshold of items but because ZoS releasing larger and larger homes were left with a great deal of houses that are completely unfillable. Even the smallest houses and inn rooms are troubling to fill because they have such a low item limit in comparison.

The player limit also limits the use of housing as a legitimate guild hall, which seems to be the entire point of many of the largest houses. All in all housing is a fun feature but has been left half-finished for years and yet ZoS keeps expecting players to shell out $120 for unfillable mansions and $20 - $30 for furniture packs which will be primarily left in banks, and now theyre introducing yet another huge manor (Jodes Embrace is positively gigantic) and a player home that will take all of 2019 to fully unlock which contains 4 seperate wings and will still have the same limitations that housing has had for years now.

If ZoS really expects players to keep their wallets open they need to address these limitations. Its long past time to either begin working on a workaround for the limit, begin working on new code, or simply do the fix that the community has been suggesting for years.

Increase the limit on smaller houses and seperate the large manors and notable homes by wings/interiors/exteriors to bypass the limit entirely.

Ok ZOS....this is getting more than a little ridiculous. I just spent 10min stuck in combat. AT MY MAIN GATE. Please explain that to me. had to wait stupidly long to finally port TO my north gate from an unfledged keep.... then got to main gate, turned in a quest and SUDDENLY WAS IN COMBAT AGAIN. Explain to me how that works??? I was not grouped. I had no status effect on me. Obviously i had no skills ticking damage on an enemy player because it took nearly 5min just to get the transits from bro working. This isn't just taking extra time to mount now or needing to weapon swap.... this is becoming seriously broken. and before you say server lag..... keep in mind i was at my main gate..... where theres no combat.... with minimal people around.... and my ping, fps, and ISP speed test all checked out fine. even ran a trace route to my ISP and to zos server and had no noise anywhere so what the heck is going on ZOS???? Is this being looked into? its been a couple MONTHSnow of really bad issues with this combat bug and its not improving. templar channelled focus is even interfering with folks mounting till it runs out...and that doesn't even affect causing dmg lol so what gives???
