Hello! This heavy StamDk allows us to quickly eliminate our opponents and can take an absolute beating with major mending vigors and cauterizes on top of being over 33k resistances on both bars. Caps at 5474 weapon damage with minor berserk, and 38% crit rating. It has 1474 stamina regeneration unbuffed which allows this build to sustain with relative ease.
2h/SnB play style.
Enjoy!

So i have had this problem now for a while, missing out on a lot of twitch drop events as a streamer which is highly frustrating, ive made tickets/emails to ZoS and Twitch with no reply. I've tried everything from re-linking accounts several times, trying it on a different PC, different internet connection, tweeting twitch, making tickets, emailing you and twitch yet nothing has changed and it is getting highly frustrated. Below are pictures showing i'm linked and drops are enabled!

The purpose of this thread is to give you a place to post your current top two pain points with the Templar. Our new Class Representatives will be keeping a close eye on this thread, and will utilize it to gather additional feedback for the notes they’re currently compiling for their first meeting with the Dev Team next week. Please be sure and keep your post clear and succinct, and focus more on what is currently frustrating you rather than potential solutions. Thanks!

Hey there, I know this is a frequent topic both for PvE and PvP but I like discussion about it. And this time with a poll!

So what are your Pros and Cons for either of the morphs?

Which one do you use / prefer for battlegrounds and Cyrodiil (does it make a difference for you)?

What convinced you to use take the one morph over the other?

I checked for hints in the Collections menu, but it only says you can earn it on end-of-matchs rewards in Battlegrounds, so do I have to play a specific Battlegrounds or I can earn it at random?

Thanks.

Necro bounty system is bad.

It adds nothing to the game but an annoyance. No other class has to deal with anything even similar, it doesn't even follow lore any more than not having the bounty system at all.as necromancy IS LEGAL in at least half of the provinces in Tamriel (Orsinium necromancy policy is unknown currently, whether or not it is illegal there is the difference between half of the provinces and less than half.) The only people it does anything for are the people RPing in the zones where necromancy is illegal who could easily just not summon in town if they are really want to not summon in front of guards. But there ARE quests that take place in and near town so this absolutely does impact players who just want to enjoy the game. Why should people who just want to play the game be forced to RP?

Bad for class balance.
Doesn't actually follow lore.
Doesn't benefit anyone in a meaningful way.

Why is this a thing people so desperately cling to?

As the title says... my group is pushing for immortal redeemer and we are extremely close now. The last two nights we have been in there. We are encountering the poison boss will spawn the cone attack. A person will have the green mist around them but the cone would be further to the right, for instance. He also runs on the spot and runs whilst he is doing his skill that needs interrupting.
Has anyone else had these issues recently and please can this be looked at. We go in again tonight I will get some footage.
Thank you.

After seeing this in the store I though maybe I its time for me to finally learn how to do provisioning. However, this new crown store item is misleading and doesnt work. First of all I cannot interact with the crafting staion. Then this only gives green Recipes while I though I would learn all recipes. Yes it does say writ recipes but how am I supposed to know thats only the green ones... I only wanted to buy this in the first place as I though id get gold ones too that are just way to hard to come by..

Any ETA on stam necro bugged animations (perma block symbol, bugged skills, no roll dodge fatigue)?

I'm a pvper who bought the Elsweyr chapter because the necromancer and, after 3 weeks, it still bugged with the permanent block symbol, skills which can not be casted, a mount which can not sprints and many other bugs I'm (we're) suffering wearing this class; I just spent my money because I enjoyed the class and nothing else... I don't care about dragons, dungeons, the new map or everything related with the pve, I just want this class fixed. After 3 weeks I didn't read a single dev commentary about these issues, so... Any ETA on stam necro bugged animations??

Werewolf Theorycrafting (PvP)

This thread was created to work as a source of inspiration for anyone who want to get the most out of their werewolf character in PvP. The thread got more attention (both good and bad) than I expected. From the start the initial post was made with a few questions in mind in order to get a discussion going. From now on the initial post will be updated with the findings of this thread and act as a summarize.

The Necromancer class is NOT an Elder Scrolls Necromancer. (Discussion)

(Please read the entire post before commenting: "Well I like the class and absolutely nothing about it could be improved to fit the theme more" Also I want to clarify that ALL SUMMONS I TALK ABOUT are temporary ones, since a lot of people on here like to pull the "no more permanent pets" argument.)

Anyone else feel like the necromancer class just isn't.....well, a necromancer? Taken straight from the Elder Scrolls wiki: "Necromancy particularly deals with enslavement and utilization of involuntary souls and their bodies." ".....animation or control of a deceased's flesh or spirit" Now I don't know about you all, but the present necromancer class doesn't feel anything like this.

NOW don't get me wrong, I actually REALLY like how Necromancer plays. However, the thing is, it doesn't /feel/ like a necromancer. It feels like a standard mage class with necromancer ability affects, honestly. The saddest part about the class is the only 4 abilities that scream necromancer are Ghostly Mender, Skeletal mage, grave grasp and Bitter Harvest. And even then the only 2 "summons" the class has aren't real entities and can't even be targeted/have HP. At least to me and what I expect from an Elder Scrolls necromancer, I find it ABSOLUTELY silly that a necromancer class, in the elder scrolls universe, doesn't have any actual "temporary" pets or a skill line about summoning/buffing said pets. Also perhaps the most important thing: They can't summon a SINGLE zombie. The most novice of necromancy and some how you expect me to believe our guy can turn into a big bone dude, yet cant raise a simple corpse and is supposed to be called a necromancer?

Firstly, I honestly feel like the corpse mechanic is cool, but they tried so hard to shove it into anything that doesnt involve summoning when one of the most unique aspects of necromancers in ES was basically standing there in front of them all along. The mechanic should of been about raising temporary undead minions FROM corpses, let's be honest with ourselves here. Obviously with these abilities they'd be able to affect 1 corpse at a time and maybe 2 if a morph allowed multiple summons of the undead creature. Best part is all of you people that complain about pets cluttering the bank or work stations wouldn't have to worry because they can only be summoned via corpses and don't last too long. Also they'd still be against the law ofc.

Though, skill-wise, my only issue is with the living death skill line and /aspects/ of both the gravelord and bone tyrant line. Basically, does anyone else feel like living death would be much better if it were overhauled into a summoning skill line? Remove the healing from necromancer. Honestly, having an entire skill line about healing in a class that is supposed to be about the undead is.....very weird and off-putting and just OBVIOUSLY feels like they were trying to stretch the theme to fit dps, tank, heal. IMO the necromancer should mainly be dps/tank and has the chance to be an "off support"/healer with restoration staff skills/ a few necro ones. Don't get me wrong, they should still have healing abilities. Just less. Give them like, 1 healing spirit and the ability to use that necrotic energy beam thing most npc necromancers have to heal their summons/allies. A morph could even apply a buff.

As for what I'd change about gravelord and bone tyrant? Make the Skeletal mage an ACTUAL temporary pet, requiring a corpse to be summoned. Extend the duration to 30 seconds and obviously remove the fact that it drops a corpse. Remove the tether skill and replace it with something else. (Perhaps a melee skeleton summon) Make Blast Bones an exploding zombie. And remove the grave stones from boneyard, make it more like they're desecrating the ground with dark magic. Also give the gravelord a SUMMONING ultimate of some kind. Perhaps summon a mini colossus to fight for you for a certain amount of time? Could even taunt.

Bone tyrant? Keep ultimate, they kinda have to since the cinematic has it being used. Completely rework the scythe attack, IMO one of the things I loved about ES necromancers is that they were unique and didn't use scythes at all. I have literally never heard of such a thing from any necromancer in any ES game. If they wanna keep it an AoE short range "swipe" attack, go ahead, but please make it not a scythe. I feel like the animation for bone armor is kinda wack, I dont mind this skill, but the way it's animated just makes me hate it. It should like, "stack" onto your body over a second or something instead of just instantly popping up. (Like a skeleton slowly forming together, hopefully you guys can get what I mean) Could be cool. Keep bitter harvest, it's a cool skill. Rework bone totem into an undead summon that basically does a similar thing as the present skill. It could even be turned into a tanky armored skeleton that taunts and provides the aoe buff around it/the fear on enemies. Could be a slow moving temporary mob. Grave grasp is fine, maybe add a morph that causes 2 VERY WEAK melee skeletons to crawl out of the ground after 5 seconds.

Lastly, for the living death, once again I think it should just be full blown replaced with a skill line about either summoning/supporting undead. Give it 2-3 support corpse summons and whatever skills don't summon something from a corpse make it a support skill without direct blatant healing. You'll have your spirits for that. (Unless it's that necromancer beam the npcs have.) The ultimate could be a mixture of both support/summoning or perhaps it could summon powerful support undead to assist you for a limited time.

Over all, this is my mini-idea/how they could make the class more like an ES necromancer and over all what I was expecting when I thought "Man I can't wait to play a necromancer in ESO". What do you guys think?

(I already know some of you are going to say that having this many temporary summon abilities would be "broken", but I feel like if done well, the fact that corpses are REQUIRED to summon anything could make things interesting and not too busted. And they'd be very killable. It would basically make necromancer a "summoner" class, like it should be. It can deal damage on it's own, but it's heavy hitting stuff comes from what it raises from the dead.)

NPC finally acknowledges vampirism

Yushiha from the Tenarr Zalviit vampire clan in Elsweyr along with Rakaza(or however you spell it) both acknowledge your toons vampirism with things they say to you. Rakaza before you kill him asks if you fed from his weakling sister and his sister speaks to you about your bloodlust etc. Idk if I’m late but it’s pretty cool that NPCs, even if it’s only in Elsweyr actually acknowledge your vampirism. Usually people talk to you as if you’re not a vampire about how repulsive they are and you get no dialogue options to even say “hey I’m a vampire”. I’m going to come here on my non vamp Bosmer and see if the dialogue is different.

After going through all the base zones, and all the DLC zones, there are certain characters that keep cropping up from time to time. And I thought, hey, why not see who's the favourite? Let's do this! Each round's fighters are determined by the RNG at random.org Snugglorr the Magnificent, King of the RNG and Tamriel's one TRUE god, and the winner will be decided by the poll after ONE DAY. It's roughly noon CST now; I'll check the results at roughly noon tomorrow.

Who will be the REAL Champion of Tamriel? YOU decide!

Laptop specs for ESO in 2019

I have a MacBook Pro that I've tried to play ESO on but the fan noise and heat from the comp on really low graphics settings make it not that fun to play. I'm going to sell my Mac and buy a PC laptop. (I have a desktop but often play not at my desk.) Does anyone out there play on a laptop with decent graphics (medium) and not a ton of fan noise and heat? Looking for recommendations.

I was looking at this Razer: Razer GTX 1060

This as well but I don't want to spend that much: Razer RTX 2080

Morrowind Collector Edition Upgrade

Is it still possible to get a key for it and would it work on activation ? I know that I can buy the content pack for it in the ingame shop but there's alot other items with these editions because most of these keys are still pre-order keys. Even my yesterday bought Elsweyr Collector's Edition Upgrade was a pre-order key. But it's important if entering older keys does still work or not.

Of course I've searched for it myself but I just've found Editions which aren't upgrades and I don't know what happens if I would enter a non upgrade to my account, they are more expensive then the upgrade too. The few other upgrade editions I've had found where just Standard Edition upgrade's.

A last requirement for myself would be the payment option, paysafecard. I will get the prepaid Paysafe Mastercard in a few days, maybe this will change things but I have no experience with it so no guarantee.

Thanks in advance, greetings, @support would be welcome to clarify this instead of a long taking ticket.

PS: Man I hate that I always do get linked to the german forums even though it's my main language. I know how to change back here obviously but I guess it's controled by my system language ?

my tank build sucks! need help fixing my tank build

WHAT I WANT TO DO WITH MY CHARACTER:
-Be able to PVP as well as PVE
-Increase my survivability as much as possible
-deal as much damage as possible

I played ESO for a month when it was first released years ago just to see what it was like but went back to Skyrim until January this year. I've always been a PC based elder scrolls player but since ESO is a MMO then i can't do any mods so I tried the xbox one version to see what it was like and didn't like it and been playing ESO on PC off and on ever sense. I still consider myself a noob because I don't play MMO's that much and the only reason i'm playing this MMO is because it's elder scrolls. I just love the lore!

Anyway, I have one character, and it's a level 45 dragonknight and have done 99 percent PVE and the build I have works fine for PVE...as least it used to work fine but ever since my level has hit the 40's the things I did that worked don't work anymore.

Not sure what exact info about my character I should put here so I'll just guess. If you need more info feel free to ask. My plan is to respec this character when I hit level 50.

Race: Argonian(i will not change this no matter the consequences. I've been an argonian since elder scrolls III and ain't changing. I'm a lizard man lol)
Class: Dragonknight
Current Level: 45

Attributes:
Magicka: 4
Health: 24
Stamina: 29

Weapons:
weapon set#1: I dual wield weapons. mostly axes or swords or an axe/sword combo. For me, they're the most fun
weapon set#2: Bow and arrow
hidden blade: I just recently noticed I have have a hidden blade but I have no idea how that mechanic works in this game so I haven't explored it yet. Would love any info ya'all can give on this topic.

Skill bar#1: This skill bar is dedicated to my dual wielding weapons.
skill#1: Molten Whip IV
skill#2: volitale armor IV
skill#3: bloodthirst IV
skill#4: bloodcraze IV
skill#5: fiery grip IV
ultimate: dragon leap IV

Skill bar#2: This skill bar is dedicated to my bow/arrow
skill#1: draining shot III
skill#2: volatile armor IV
skill#3: endless hail IV
skill#4: coagulating blood IV
skill#5: arrow spray IV
ultimate: standard of might II

Enchanting:

Armor:
I use nothing but heavy armor. When I get heavy armor, I upgrade using honing stones and other stuff to make it as strong as possible, adding what attributes that I can, and then I enchant all my pieces of heavy armor with stamina boosting enchantments.

Jewelry: I usually have health regen or health boost enchantments on them

Weapons: I enchant my dual swords or axes with health drain as well as my bow. The idea is that the more damage i deal out using my weapons, the more health I drain from the enemy and add onto myself. This has been VERY helpful in my survivability, but noticed this doesn't help anymore because I can't seem to get my dual axes or dual swords to drain more than 400 health each and can't seem to get my bow to drain more than 800 health anymore.

When it comes to my enchanting skills, I'm level 23.

aspect improvement: 3/4
potency improvement: 5/10
keen eye rune stones: 3/3
Hireling: 2/3
Runestone Extraction: 2/3

Blacksmithing: I'm at level 30
metalworking 7/10
Keen eye ore: 3/3
Miner hireling 2/3
metal extraction 2/3
metallurgy 2/4
temper expertise 2/3

Woodworking: I'm at level 31
woodworking 7/10
keen eye wood 1/3
lumberjack hireling 2/3
carpentry 1/4
resin expertise 1/3

as for my other skills, never really developed them much

WHAT I WANT TO DO WITH MY CHARACTER:
-I want to PVE mostly, but want to be able to be an asset and not a liability whenever doing PVE/PVP multiplayer so I don't get kicked from team on a regular basis. That happens to me a lot either because they're arseholes or my build just SUCKS THAT BAD...i'm leaning toward the ladder haha
-I want to be able to craft, improve, and enchant my own weapons/gear
-I want to be able to be a good thief. stealing things and selling them via black market is my primary way of making money because my regular applications for joining trading guilds keeps getting rejected for some reason.

since I've hit level 40:
-My drain health enchantments don't seem to help me survive anymore
-I'm no longer an asset during dungeon matches and my surviveability sucks so bad i get kicked regularly
-my stamina/health is so bad that I usually can't do any serious quest or multiplayer without eating a crown meal to boost my health/stamina bars.
this is what makes me think my build sucks.

Skills I don't really use much at all:
-molten whip: I only use that skill now when my stamina bar is low
-blood craze: it doesn't seem to have any affect anymore
-arrow spray: it doesn't seem to do anything anymore

also a big issue for me: i never head the term "tank build" until i started playing ESO because I don't do MMOs until now. What exactly is a tank what does it do? If i'm going to be a tank, I want to be a good one, not the sorry excuse of a tank that my build is now haha.

so what can I do to make this tank build better? In my defense, I spent most the time while using this character just exploring how this game works and figuring out what play style I like the most, when seems to be dual wielding swords/axes and using bow.

thanks in advance any advice ya'all can offer.
