Health De-sync

So over the last week i have been running a warden healer. I have dies so many times to being the de-sync bug. I absolutely love this build but it is almost unplayable right now. I only use this in PVP so I'm not sure if it happens outside Cyrodiil. I have searched online and seems to be issues with Major Protection de-syncing health. I swapped ultimates from perma to see if that would help but still same issue. I first noticed the issue while tethering. Several people told me that tether was bugged so i stopped using that also. I have almost 50k health and sometimes my health doesnt move the whole fight and then i just die. Sometimes i die at 75% health. I would like to know what is causing the issue even if it doesnt get fixed right away so i can build around the problem. Can anyone confirm anything else that is causing the issues? I'm on an argonian warden heavy build if that helps at all. It could be sets causing this i guess so i will see what if any sets are causing problems.

I have tons of clips with the issue happening.

Keep getting disconnected.

Hi I PvP'd this morning for about 3 hrs with no problems at all in Kyne EU.
Since logging in with my new char I have been getting random disconnects between every 5-30 mins while I am collecting skyshards and lorebooks.
The only thing that has changed since I was PvPing earlier is the new char.

I've checked to see if it is my ISP or router but that all checks out.

Should we be able to dye our mounts? Maybe not full dye like the fur or skin colors but the armor and saddles etc.

Disconnecting at random (No Error - 2019)

Whenever I'm playing *ANY* of my characters, I will eventually have be disconnected (can't interact/loot and other players freeze) - followed by being booted to the login screen without an error. There's no internet loss on my end, checked all the basic diagnostics to no help.

Tried both versions of the game (Steam and Web client).
Local IP and External IP are both Static (within the time frame of disconnecting)
Ports are open
I have used the repair tool

PC version. NA Server.

Have owned ESO since release but this issue has constantly reminded why I keep dropping the game.

When i pick up the weapon i dont get teh weapon motif in my inventory but the treasure map remains... anyone else has this?

Can we have it yet? Like look, ive played this game a LONG time. Ive leveled, played and deleted at least double the characters ive kept. It was exciting the first few times, like hey, im going to try out a dk. That was at least 15 characters ago. Now its just like well Timmy that build does look super fun but id rather pull out my own tooth because it would be less painful than grinding ( insert place were not going to mention because we learned our lesson about mentioning nice things in front of the devs with skyreach and traitors vault) for the 30th time.

Access Codes

I downloaded this game unto a new computer and when I login in I get the message of the computer not being authorized, and an access code has been sent to the e-mail on file.

The problem is my e-mail that is on file has not been receiving the access code. I have logged into my account to make sure the e-mail on file is correct and it is. What to do?

Ok so I haven't been keeping up after the first Indrik and I just bought the berry that the vendor is selling atm, have I gubbed myself or is the other 3 still to be released ?

Also I have 2 Dawnwood ( iirc ) feathers, will they be back ?

What skills/passives affect you werewolf form?

I am assuming it is all class passives that don’t say if a specific skill slotted or activated?

All race passives?

Armor passives?

Weapon passives no?

Sorcerer hybrid pvp

Hey,

Is this a good idea for a pvp build or a waste of time:

Dark elf sorcerer hybrid pvp build 2h/resto. Two moon acolyte, shacklebreaker and tk/bloodspawn. Heavy armor.

It coukd utilize ranged execute mages wraith, haunting curse + hurricane and the new bound armaments.

At least there is some burst potential.

Jewelry infused stam/mag recovery.

Is this viable?

one of my GMs-VisMaior-has had issues with getting on game and using guild bank etc since last "repair". this is still ongoing...after numerous conatacts with Zos the problems continue. any idea on fix time? thanks

Can't be gifted the 4 DLC bundle because it says I already own it and I don't

Title says it all. I have a trusted crown seller who tried to gift me the 4 DLC (TG,DB,IC,Orsinium) and said he couldn't because it said I already own it. This is obviously wrong since the only one I have is IC which was gave for free by ZOS. Submited a ticket last week and one before yesterday, nothing happened yet.

Mostly the title, self-healing, especially periodic healing has become too powerful in comparison to offensive options, turning CP pvp into extended periods of jumping around at full HP because sustained offensive pressure can’t break through the HoTs as they currently exist.

Even in light/medium armor with no defensive sets while fighting another person in light/medium.

Intensive Mender, Cauterize, and Living Dark are the notable offenders, but the list of overtuned HoTs is pretty long.

It’s not an issue of class balance, since every class can effortlessly live forever unless they get 100-to-0’d in one burst. It’s just tedious and unrewarding gameplay.

PS: The problem is a lot less prominent in no-CP PvP. Also I don’t know how this patch is affecting large group fights.

Does anything unlock when you finish the Dragonguard Operative Achievement in the sanctum? I can't find any difference after hitting 30 quests complete (31 now) in the improvements of the place.

Suggestion: Randomize whatassistants looks like

This might be an unpopular opinion, but I think it would be kind of cool to see different types of assistants. I know it would be kind of confusing when in a group, not knowing what the banker and merchants looks like, but maybe a little symbol over their head when they are summoned, but it would be kind of nice seeing my assistants look different. Kind of getting tired seeing the same ones for almost 3 years now. Just a random thought.
