Game editions / upgrades
I have an existing account and TESO standard edition (back from 2015), but stopped playing just before Morrowind came out.
Now, when I log in, I am encouraged to upgrade my game to "Elsweyr" edition. But when I read the description on a store page, it seams Elsweyr upgrade only gives you access to Elsweyr - Morrowind or Summerset chapters are not included(?). Newest chapter - Greymoor - also not included. Greymore digital upgrade page states it only give you access to Greymoor and nothing else.
Do I have to digitally upgrade to Elsweyr and then digitally upgrade to Greymoor? But what about the Morrowind or Summerset - I can't find those in store
They are crown store only ?

Do you think the original game world will recieve a revamp at all?
I know this question has probably been asked before, but I am curious even if we don't get a full revamp, what about potentially adding new graphical effects to the world to at least bring it up to par with the new zones? Improved draw distancing and shadows, maybe even improved lighting. I understand why we probably won't get a full texture revamp because that takes time, but even to include some new graphical feature set is better than not doing anything. It is really starting to look dated now compared to it's most recent zones, beautiful still, but dated.

New Mount: Bull Kagouti?
Idk about you, but I'd buy this up faster than you could say 'sold'. Why they've not released this yet as a mount is beyond me, those colors are just wonderful, and mixing that orange and red with the ebony metal armor that's standard for kagouti mounts? Gorgeous. Would you want to ride this thing, yay or nay?

Has anyone ever experienced this weird furnishing glitch?
You go into your house and literally every piece of furnishing inside has been moved to the front door of each area. I've heard of zos doing this in the rare case of someones decorations being highly offensive and reported but this has happened to my buddy (an older gentleman) and there was nothing at all inappropriate about his design. I can't find anything at all online about this happening to anyone else or any info about this being a glitch. Also...it may be worth mentioning that he did not have anyone set as a decorator.

Traveling to player houses causes infinite loading...
When I try to travel to a player house, rather than loading the character into the house, it causes the game client to enter an infinite, never-ending loading screen and never loads the character, not even after up to 15 minutes of patiently waiting.
I have tried this with multiple characters, both with addons loaded and without any addons loaded. I have tried multiple of my own houses, as well as other players' houses.
It is not 100% of the time, but more like 75%-90% of the time.
Since this has not been reported by others (as far as I could find), it apparently isn't a widespread issue and suggests it is a problem with my client.
Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can fix this? I could uninstall the PTS and reinstall it, which might work, but I'd rather not have to do that if I can avoid it.

Greymoor furnishings requests
I waited a bit with this post so that most people can do the Greymoor prologue.
The most exciting parts of the prologue were, of course, the ones which take us back to familiar places, such as Palace of Kings, Ratway, or Blackreach.
I am glad to see a new Nord style, more refined than in the Eastern Holds, a style that has a lot of potential.
Here are several items that I noticed, and I hope we will see these as furnishings in the next chapter:

Question to the pro Magcro players
Hi there,
I am currently working on improving my magcro DPS. My best parse so far is 61k DPS on the Iron Atronach dummy. Usually I end up between 54 and 58k DPS.
By adding bash on a few skills, I was able to increase my LA from 0.4 per sec, to 0.6 per sec. There are still some things that are not clear to me:
Do I need to animation cancel every skill with a bash? Or only some skills? If so, which one? I do not think I can keep up with stamina to bash after every skill. How many CP points do I have to add to the bash cost reduction?
I did find a static rotation on youtube, and I will try to write down the things I do - please correct me if I do something wrong.
LA- BB - WS (weapon swap) - LA - Blockade - Bash - LA - Boneyard - WS
LA - BB - WS - LA - Trap - Bash - LA - Mage - WS
LA - BB - LA - Degeneration - Bash - LA - Skull - WS
LA - BB + Syphon - Bash - LA - Skull - LA - Skull - WS
Rinse and repeat. I will replace one skull with ultimate when ready (and WS since it is on the backbar).

Lightning Flood overperforming
That skill is just overpowered. You can activate this skill when you spot a chest or heavy sack to highlight it for the group, like some sort of a beacon. However chests and sacks are supposed to be hidden and discovered. This ability massively reduces the amount of effort required to spot them. I think it should get a nerf. Maybe increase damage/reduce cost so people are forced to use it for damage dealing instead of exploiting the game, bypassing the exploration mechanics.

Whenever I see a ZOS icon next to a thread, it’s always to tell people to be civil.
I uderstand and that it is part of their job role to control and maintain decent conduct in the forums, but it’s frustrating when you click to hopefully see an explanation and it’s just Gina or someone else saying please be nice to each other. Say what you want about Blizzard and WoW but when we you saw a blizz post you got excited because they were about to give us some insight into the game and tell us why they chose the decision they did, or at least to let us they are investigating it. There are sites dedicated to blue posts.
The ZOS thread icons on these forums are completely irreverent because they offer no constructive use except to maintain order. If that’s all it is used for then shouldn’t they just remove the icons, and only have them for when something constructive is posted? Which is never by the way.
It’s just my opinion of course but I think the community members for eso and on these forums don’t do anything to interact with the community, to help manage concerns or to give insight, instead just tell you to behave. Which causes nothing but further frustration and that is one of the reasons why people tend to get angry in threads. Maybe it’s because Gina and the other community members don’t know anything about the inner workings? If that’s the case then fair enough, but please in that case hire an additional community member who does know how the game works and clan help manage the flood of complaints. Whilst the rest can do what they do best and tell people to behave.
Please ZOS, interact with your community. you’re not above us, you are suppose to help encourage us to stay and instead you cause us to complain about yourselves. Amazing game, terrible customer service outside of the game.

Proposal: a new structured PvP mode to replace Cyrodiil
As we all know too well, Cyrodiil is in a pretty bad state right now.
It always had its problems, but every new update makes things even worse. "Performance update", right.
In any case, it looks like a solution is not forthcoming anytime soon, if ever.
Also, IMO the Cyrodiil gameplay has become kinda stale by now.
It's always mostly the same fights at the same hours, and all the PvDoor happening when one faction has significantly dominant population.
And with the performance being what it is, it's becoming increasingly less fun in any case.
So I've been thinking, maybe we should be pushing ZOS for a completely new PvP mode to replace Cyrodiil entirely.
The idea would be to combine the best features of both BGs and Cyrodiil, while getting rid of the worst.
Let's say, something like this:

Of course this is just a rough proposal - pretty much my best attempt at reconciling the fun aspects of Cyrodiil with what ESO's hardware and software architecture can be expected to realistically handle while still providing decent performance.
And inb4 "ZOS doesn't care bruh, none of that will ever happen" or "PvP is already broken, do you seriously expect that they could make THIS work?":
Yeah, I know fully well that PvP is a very neglected aspect of ESO, to put it lightly.
But if we don't act in any way, then it's very unlikely that anything will ever improve. If anything, it will only keep getting worse - as more and more outfit styles and cosmetic trinkets keep getting added to the already overtaxed game engine, not to mention the disappointing "performance" updates.
Merely complaining about the status quo won't cut it, either - you can already see where it got us (spoiler: nowhere).
So I feel like a more constructive approach is in order here.

- Map size - about a quarter to 1/10th the area of Cyrodiil (so roughly 2-3 times smaller, in terms of linear size),
- 3 keeps per faction, or maybe 2 keeps + 1 outpost,
- 3 resources per faction, not tied to any single specific keep (every resource affects all keeps equally),
- Destructible resource towers,
- Capturable town in the center of the map - whichever faction controls it has an advantageous spawn point location,
- Smaller siege limits (maybe also scale the keeps down somewhat, too),
- Some kind of capturable relic system, a bit like the current scrolls but with only 1 relic per faction,
- No AD/DC/EP factions, instead use "fake factions" (teams) like in BGs,
- Players would be automatically assigned to whichever team has the lowest population at the time,
- Relatively small population caps, on the order of 24...36 players per team maximum,
- Group size capped at 6 or 12 (remember, you can always stack multiple groups if you wish),
- A single campaign lasts a couple of hours, not more than 1 day, and when it ends the whole map is completely reset to its initial state (and all players ported back to base),
- No useless non-PvP "fluff" in the zone (skyshards, fetch quests, or anything else of that sort).
What do you think?

New vamp is basically NB nerf
I don't know many night blades that don't become vampires for the dark stalker passive. Even if you had infinite cloak you are screwed without mobility. Now if anyone goes vamp for this reason they get an automatic +5% cost to abilities at stage one. Oh, you are using NMA? Thats another 5% for a total of +10% ability cost. So you either live with the additional costs or don't use those sets. I feel like they did this to nerf certain play styles indirectly.

Please let me extract boxes in one click!
I play on the PS4, so your method might vary, but let clicking the box remove all the contents of a container. Now we have to go into the container and then click that to remove everything. Just eliminate the extra step!
This would also have the benefit of keeping me from accidentally from learning a recipe when I am trying to quickly go through a bunch of daily crafting rewards or things like the current bonus anniversary boxes.

Playing a magblade is nothing but frustrating.
This is from a PvP magblades perspective but some points can also be applied to stamblades or PvP in general.
Playing a magblade is frustrating as f****. Most of the time Im struggling what it feels like against the game itself instead of enemies/ other players skill. Im going to try to elaborate why I feel like that and what could be done, with gifs/images as examples.
First lets talk about travel time in PvP and lag.
Nothing hits. Its frustating as hell when an enemy is literally standing still on your screen but somehow "dodge" appears above their head.

You can clearly see that the guy Im fighting is standing still, so why am I getting "dodged"?
Thats because of the travel-time projectiles have, combined with PvP lag. Its especially worse on a magblade because every attack (except sap essence) can be hard countered/100% mitigated by just roll dodging. Thats not fun, its frustrating watching a guy with 5% HP just spam roll dodge and self heals and get back up to 100% HP.

Now lets have a look at "Swallow Soul" - the main spammable of a magblade and compare it to "Concealed Weapon"- a melee spammable which also costs magicka and therefore used my some melee magblades.

If we look at both we can clearly see that "Swallow Soul" (compared to "Concealed Weapon") hits with a delay, add PvP lag into the calculation and the chances of "Swallow Soul" hitting someone becomes very small. Which again is nothing else but frustrating.

Cloak is messed up. I think I dont have to say anything regarding that.

Merciless Resolve
"Merciless Resolve" - bow proc has a massive travel time which results in it not hitting 80% of the time when cast from range.
This is again a massive issue that was obviously overlooked.

I mean do I have to say anything? Its clearly not "Instant", I can literally block-cancle it, same as "Soul Harvest" which has a 0,4sec cast time. Fix.It.

Conclusion:
The whole "magblade" identity feels and is clunky, which in return makes the gameplay frustrating as hell.
Solutions:
- Rework the whole class.
- Either make Swallow Soul undodgeable or let it have no travel time/projectile speed at all. "Steal an enemy's life force" would fit into the "undodgeable" part.
- Change Swallow Souls healing, it being a 10sec HoT which heals every 2secs makes no sense. Its a spammable. Make it either 1sec every 5secs or change it, so it saves the biggest heal and applies it over 10secs/every 2secs instead of refreshing it every cast.
- Speed up the Merciless Resolve proc, it having a massive travel time doesnt fit the "ranged" gameplay a magblade has.
- Fix Cloak.
- Make Lotus Fan actually an instant cast.
- Remove the cast time from Soul Harvest.
- Give the class "undodgable" attacks besides Sap Essence to counter roll dodge spammers.
- FIX CLOAK.
Playing a magblade is frustrating as f****. Most of the time Im struggling what it feels like against the game itself instead of enemies/ other players skill. Im going to try to elaborate why I feel like that and what could be done, with gifs/images as examples.
First lets talk about travel time in PvP and lag.
Nothing hits. Its frustating as hell when an enemy is literally standing still on your screen but somehow "dodge" appears above their head.

You can clearly see that the guy Im fighting is standing still, so why am I getting "dodged"?
Thats because of the travel-time projectiles have, combined with PvP lag. Its especially worse on a magblade because every attack (except sap essence) can be hard countered/100% mitigated by just roll dodging. Thats not fun, its frustrating watching a guy with 5% HP just spam roll dodge and self heals and get back up to 100% HP.
Projectile speed
Now lets have a look at "Swallow Soul" - the main spammable of a magblade and compare it to "Concealed Weapon"- a melee spammable which also costs magicka and therefore used my some melee magblades.

If we look at both we can clearly see that "Swallow Soul" (compared to "Concealed Weapon") hits with a delay, add PvP lag into the calculation and the chances of "Swallow Soul" hitting someone becomes very small. Which again is nothing else but frustrating.
Cloak
Cloak is messed up. I think I dont have to say anything regarding that.

Merciless Resolve
"Merciless Resolve" - bow proc has a massive travel time which results in it not hitting 80% of the time when cast from range.
This is again a massive issue that was obviously overlooked.

Event ticket Bug Again
Used the cake and got 3 tickets, I ran Delves, Dolmens, WB`s and Pledges didn`t get the 2 Event tickets. Yes, I checked the amount before I started and I waited until the reset.
