Hey Guys, as i beat SP HM multiple times now, i wanted to share a somewhat safe strategy for the fight that makes sure you get decent good progression. This is not a guarantee for you to beat it, it is just meant to give you an Idea of how you can beat it as safe as possible. It is still very punishing for mistakes and takes a lot of practice to finish. I both tanked and DD'ed the Hardmode. At all successful attempts we had one stamina and one magicka DD, so it is doable with both.
Alright, let's start with the positioning:

What's the reasoning behind this? There are three conal section i the arena, and you want to make sure to standright on the Borders between two of them AT ALL TIMES. This ensures that you can stand simply sidestep the one that becomes active.
1. Focus the adds down first! As long as they are alive, every mistake is a probable wipe. Once they're dead, you can recover at all times. And they make the tanks life really hard...
2. Assign one DD to have an eye on the statues and to call out which one it will be, they glow before they start the cone.
3. Have the healer run Kagrenacs Hope. It really makes a difference.
4. If you miss one synergy during the ice phase, have the healer res IMMEDIATELY afterwards. This is the only time where you can res somewhat safely.
5. Tank takes the beam because he doesnt have any task during the ice phase and has enough time to look for the beam.
6. Healer takes the shield because you need the healer to have the most reliable synergy that is always there.
7. Ice phases come all 20%, take it easy, make sure everyones alive before that starts.
8. Make sure to move the lemeneide a bit, when you use synergies right in between two cones, there's a bug that will kill you despite having a synergy. So move her a bit and make sure to take all other synergies as far from the borders as possible.
Now another advanatge of this strategy is that the tank can always stand between all other three people easily when they get the Zaan Beam mechanic on them (indicated by the orange arrows below):

When the tank gets the beam, one DD (can also be stamina DD) stand in between and take one hit, two at max. Move out again, tanks survive multiple hits if they get healed!
On top of that, you should assign possible spawns of ice mages to each DD to scan and announce where they are. In the beginning we wiped a lot because we forgot an ice mage close to the
statues. Have each DD start at the outside statues and meet in the middle and have them scan these zones indicated in yellow:
