Maelstorm Arena balances for Stamina Sorcerers.

First of all before I begin this rant and the fact that I'm going to put out, I am in no way perfect at this game, and I do not want to hear people say "oh ive finished this in ONE go on VETERAN, oh gee look at me, im a pro at a game" like stop right there, I'll immediately block you and treat you like everyday trolls.

So to start this off, I am a redguard, stamina sorcerer dps, i got the nightmother set on which is pretty good, i got 413 champion points, and I've tried the maelstorm arena atleast 23 times (yes I've counted.) I've checked Maelstorm guides on youtube, and none of them have been helpful.
I usually get stuck at the spider daedra part where the boss and the spiders just melts my health down, even though I vigor myself until I have NO stamina left.

Something about this is very suspicious, when I can see every other dps classes out there finish the NORMAL one without so much as a hassle, whilst I am struggling for my dear life, using every sigil around, using poisons, wasting time and resources to get that one Maelstorm bow that I may or may not get, then it just hits me...

Stamina Sorcerers dps are not balanced correctly to solo:ing arenas such as Maelstorm,
now I'm sure there's going to be atleast SOMEONE thats gonna come in here and say "Oh i did it, and i didnt die, yadda yadda" I'm gonna call *** on that, you died several times, you had to use every poison potion, and health potions in the book, you probably had a pet, you probably had to cheese it and rip ur HAIR out to finish it, which again, should not be the case.
Now someone else is going to say "oh but its suppose to be challenging"
Challenging, i can agree with, but Maelstorm Arena is UNBALANCED to us stamina sorcerers, hands down.

I really expect the eso devs to buff stamina sorcerers, or nerf Maelstorm arena, cause I cannot progress in this game to get the gear I really need/want.
Time to wake up eso devs, time to wake up.

Death, taxes and without fail the new crown store items will be up and running with no problem whatsoever tomorrow.

Never seems to be glitches or bugs with them.

New apex radiant mounts do look amazing. They still behind a 0.1% paywall though I assume?

Ultimate leads I am finding too difficult.

Maybe I just really suck at digging but every time I use the trowel it breaks the item and I seem to run out of time every single time. I use the brush and shovel mainly as I said the trowel just breaks things for me. I cant seem to manage digging them up and I am going to have to wait for it to expire because I've tried so many times and its just upsetting me. Is there a trick to the trowel I am missing?

Remove ultimate cast times for balance

If changes to sprint and block were made in the name of improving performance then the cast time on Ults should be removed in the name of performance, the current skill delay and sever lag makes these offensive ultimates less "powerful" too. Adding a cast time because they are powerful skills was one of the points made when this went through, but if this was the case then why are all defensive Ults still instant cast?

Lockon Ults (like meteor and ballista) and defensive ults are over preforming in PVP according to the combat team's standards.

Most of the Ults that received cast times require the player to get close to an enemy. During the time it takes to close a distance gap, the opposing group can already see an incoming charge and then, with no cast time, all hold block and/or cast barrier, remembrance, resto ult, shield ult, Healing trees, (insert instant ult here) add to that sets that do thinking for you and it becomes apparent why there is a problem in pvp with groups not dying and just allowed to walk all over a keep full of people.

Do not give these ults cast times, instead remove the current cast times to bring back balance and satisfaction in gameplay.

I should be finished with this quest, I've sent a bug/feedback report about this, but I'll be posting this here for you Devs. :smile:

This quest got stuck at collecting someone's remains 3/4 and the fourth remain also did not play for me when I picked it up,I've tried a /reloadui in game, that didn't work, and I've tried a full log out to the main menu and log back in, that also did not work. I would also assume this has cause some player's issues, but I also haven't tried abandoning this quest yet, to see if that even fixes it. I will see if that fixes the quest.

Tried Alcast build, Dottz build, variations of those builds, tried my own builds. Just not making the DPS that they are suppose to make and YES I can weave. From day one I`ve had trouble and now that I have 1GB internet and SSD for the game I should make more. Just not happening, So I give up.

ESO Crash - Village of the Lost - Macius Cento

I was working on clearing the Village of the Lost public dungeon in Coldharbor. Every time I get to boss Macius Cento, the game locks up. I have to reboot the PC to get back into ESO. When I get back in, I get the respawn message. 2 times I respawned at him with a soul gem and a third time I respawned back at the entrance (ran all the way back to him and started the fight again); each time another crash. I tried repairing the game files and still nothing works :(

PC Specs: i7-7700HQ, 16GB RAM, nVidia GTX1070, WD SSD - Windows 10 19041.329 build 2004 - ESO 6.0.7 20200613

The utli price increase with vampire effects incap weird, when I get above 120 it becomes unusable until about 140. It kinda sucks

Recommendations on Improving my Parse Numbers.

I'm looking for recommendations to increase my parse numbers. What type of numbers should I be able to achieve with my specs? I currently parse less than 14,000 on a 6 Mil Dummy. Thanks for the help!!
Here are my specs:

I'm a 452 CP Stam DK and am following the ALTCast Dual Wield Stam DK Build:

Before I parse I am using Hagraven's Tonic to keep my sustain up. It gives me 604 Stamina Recovery. I could use Artaeum Take away Broth, but it's Stam Recovery is only 338 and I figure it won't help.

My weapons are gold quality. On my front bar I use:
1. Dagger of Hunding's Rage, Sharpened with a Poison Weapon Enchant
2. Axe if Hunding's Rage, Nirnhoned with a Poison Weapon Enchant

On my back bar I use:
Bow of Hunding's Rage, Infused with a Poison Weapon Enchant

Altcast recommends using Damage Health Poisons IX on the front bar weapons instead of enchants. I have tried that It doesn't make much difference. Altcast also recommends using a Weapon Damage Enchant on the Bow. I haven't switched over to it yet.

My armor is all Violet Quality and follows the ALTCast Model:
1. Head: Helmet of the Night Mother, Divine, Max Stamina Enchant (802 Stam)
2. Shoulder: Arm Cops of the Night Mother, Divines, Max Stamina (324 Stam)
3. Chest (Heavy): Cuirass of Hunding's Rage, Divines, Max Health (882 Health) (Altcast now recommends a med chest w/ a Stamina Enchant)
4. Hands (Med): Bracers of Hunding's Rage, Divines, Max Stamina (324 Stan)
5. Waist (Med): Belt of the Night Mother, Divines, Max Stamina (324 Stam)
6. Pants (Med): Guards of Hunding's Rage, Divines, Max Stamina (802 Stam)
7. Feet (Med): Boots of the Night Mother, Divines, Max Stamina (324 Stam)
8. Neck: Necklace of Agility, Robust, Weapon Damage Enchant (160 Weapon Damage)
9. Ring 1: Ring of Agility, Robust, Weapon Damage Enchant (160 Weapon Damage)
10. Ring 2: Ring of Agility, Robust, Weapon Damage Enchant (160 Weapon Damage)

I follow ALTCast's Rotation:
Prebuff with: 3x Flames of Oblivion to proc Seething Fury (Molten Whip extra Weapon Damage)

Endless Hail > LA > Venomous Claw > LA > Flames of Oblivion > Weapon Swap

LA > Noxious Breath > LA > Barbed Trap > LA > 9x Stone Giant (with LA)

Restart

LA = Light Attack
Reapply Deadly Cloak on cooldown.
At 25% Use Whirling Blades instead of Stone Giant. If you want to keep Stone Giant Stagger up, use it after every 3rd Whirling Blade cast.

I cannot believe the number of problems this game has. Trying to do the Maelstrom Arena, crash after crash. Character stuck in the water after death... then no way out. Try to log in, can't log in for minutes at a time. Controls non-responsive. dumped out of the game several times. No way to revive in the Arena without immediately dying and being stuck in the ice -- again.
Other dungeons have bosses that run off the board and reset themselves, players who die but end up stuck inside a rock or a wall...And no, it's not my machine, which plays every other game I have with no problem. The group that I play with also has these problems.
Maybe a little less time spent on content -- which of late hasn't been all that good -- and more on bug fixes would be a good way to go.

Constant load screens in Cyrodiil after greymoor

My friends and I are getting constant split second load screens while in Cyrodiil. Usually they occur when moving on foot or mount. Usually several in a row.

@ZOS_GinaBruno block bash sprint roll-dodge and crouch cost stamina, but jump does not. as a result, you get these jumping fools (not fools actually, because they're dodging dmg) in cyrodiil who jump around endlessly. good for them for abusing the tactic; if there's no resource cost, why not do it? but it doesn't fit with the theme that such abilities cost resources, and it also looks reeeally stupid. if they can jump 6, 7, 10 times before using up their stam, great. but it shouldn't be endless.

i'll probably get a lot of players disagreeing with me, but try to prove that your disagreement ISN'T because you want to exploit the jump feature!

How would you rate the Greymoor Chapter out of 10 - with 10 being the highest?

WINTERHOLD DLC

As suggested by Turokos_Vampires in an old post from last year and regarding the fact that the next playable zone could contain Winterhold, let's talk about it.

Imagine being able to see Winterhold as a large city before the tidal wave not the shell we saw in Skyrim, the rise of the college of Winterhold leading to the great collapse we hear about in Skyrim (and that would take place around the time of eso).

They're also some insane cosmetic opportunity that would give SO MUCH DEPTH and identity for the magicka user and even stamina:

- The college could give players the ability to "learn" destruction and restoration spells, giving you the option to not use your staff to L/H Attack but instead it will shoot from your hand, like a spell. Giving you the feeling of casting spells with your hands instead of relaying every time on a staff to cast everything (In skyrim i never used the staff for spells, only my hands.).

- The ability to summon Atronach, aka combat pet skin. Both for warden and sorc (and maybe necro?)

- Part of the conjuration ability/spell/cosmetic, you could summon weapon, adding to the fantasy of the "magblade" for all classes.

- Also since Necromancy is allowed in the college it could mean some cosmetic addition for necromancers. Let me hear your ideas about that!

- Maybe it's the chance to do little dusting and add things to the mage guilds? More books? Rework the skill line?

ZOS have here the chance to make a great dlc, telling the story teased in Skyrim and adding ability/spell/cosmetic that would really give player more choice on how they imagine and play with their character.
