Idea for balancing Procset´s in the Game without degrading them to uselessness.
Hey, as we all know ESO got some pretty decent procsets(with reasonable proc conditions), and some that require no effort at all (take dmg or deal dmg sets).
A simple fix that came to mind while we we´re talking was the following.
Procsets should work as "u get what u see".
- Not affected by any %modifiers at all
- Not affected by any buff´s that increase their potency
- Less desireable statlines as 2,3,4 Piece Bonus
- Kiss/Curse effect?! (least i would like to see).
This would still leave them useable, without having them to overperform.
There would be a lot of Setaudit´s be needed, so i dont think this is ever going to happen.
As a Bonus, Malacath should see some Adjustment as well.
- cant deal crit dmg (allready there)
- cant crit heal (no crits at all)
- u take 5%-10% more dmg (since u are raging around like a brainless orc^^)
All of this could be a total dumb idea/suggestion, so i´m happy to see if ppl agree or disagree.

On the subject of PvE players in a PvP Event..
I'm seeing a lot of posts asking for special considerations for PvE players in Cyrodiil, such as immunity, or conflict-free zones or whatever. As much as I dislike PvP for all the popular reasons, I don't think that changing the core PvP experience is really the solution.
However, there is something to be said regarding gear inequality, specifically PvP sets vs PvE sets, Gold gear vs Purple etc. that tends to make things exponentially easier for the well-equipped and well-experienced to beat up on the noobs.
So, since we already have a No CP campaign, why not just create a new campaign where all the gear, levels, stat points etc. are flattened and the exact same for everyone? For example, players are set to level 50, no champion points, no attribute points, white gear only (with no set bonuses). But any unlocked skills are still available for use.
I haven't done any math on this, so for all I know fights could take forever as everyone hits like a wet noodle, so maybe increase the gear color allowed (but still disable set bonuses) or tweak things around a bit so the Time-To-kill is still reasonable.
If everyone is on a level-playing field (as far as gear and stats), then the deciding factor simply comes down to player skill. Sure, the good PvPers will still dominate, but at least it won't be because PvE players don't have the right gear. And yes, if you want to take your uber build into PvP, you can still do that in the current campaigns. This would just be another campaign choice, like No-CP.
I mean, at the end of the day, how many people would play Counter-Strike (or whatever), if gear made a huge difference? Everyone would hate it and would be hugely unpopular. These PvP-only games are popular because the only barrier to winning is your own skill.
That said, I will undoubtedly still suck at PVP - but at least I'll know it was a somewhat fair fight and I was beaten by skill.

A question about "Super-Khajit" Pahmar-raht
Pahmar-raht a definition of a Super warrior I just dont get it why they haven't received more attention , this thing should kill off a Dragon all by itself literally. A potential to become an ultimate killing machine with unmatched agility,cunning,insane strength,speed ,resistance,ferocity and armed with steel or posessing arcane skills and inspiring true dread on the battle-field.
The Pahmar-raht are a giant bipedal furstock. Due to them being the strongest of furstocks, they are usually deployed as bodyguards and warriors. from Wiki-page.
I saw these things I thought at first it was comical ,but then according to the lore tis really true.
Their are giants literally towering anything in game even some monsters, yet in all their might what role do they play?
Are they very rare? Considering how badass they are, you could consider them as one Cat-Army. Makes you wonder why Khajit weren't more successful at repelling off Dragon,Euxaria's forces. These Bestial wonders should be nigh unstopable unless they are really dull

Will old models and textures ever be updated?
I’m just curious if any plans to update old models and textures. Some things are really showing their age. For example, I have some new outfit styles equipped with old ones. And the old ones stuck out like a sore thumb. New ones look really nice but old ones are blurred in texture and just clash.
Also, just got passed by a player riding a horse. Those original in game horses like like they came out of a ps2 game compared to quality of any new mounts.
Please don’t deter the thread by saying there’s more important things to fix. Of course there is. But, there’s plenty of those threads you can post on elsewhere.

Champion and Skill Points Reset?
I just logged in after being off for several days (I've moved cross country and haven't had time to play). I just logged in and discovered my Champion and Skill points have been reset as a feature of the current event. I really don't have time and don't remember where all of my points were. Is there a way to just get my character back to the way it was a few days ago?

I killed or help kill that icy mofo like 15 times last MYM, but never got credit for it in the achievement to kill all the IC roaming bosses. Has this been fixed?

Possible Shield Bug?
All numbers are approximate because I’m not in front of my XBox.
Yesterday I messed with my build and found something interesting. It appears that the shield from Hardened Ward is not cut in half in Cyrodiil.
HW was 11000
Resto Shield was 5500
Blazing Shield was like 4400
Is this on purpose?
Essentially I also noticed that I am now tankier in light armor than heavy due to this.
I’m extremely squishy on things like my horse but doing actual PVP tanking related stuff like YOLOing into a keep I’m significantly tankier now than I was yesterday.
Is this supposed to be this way? For reference, in case I broke the game, my main is a Magplar and this was after I got him to just under 61k magic.

Dunmer houses and slavery
Just a quick question. Which Dunmer house treat their slaves best? ... I mean not beat them much and all that stuff. Is it somewhere mentioned? I understand all houses hold slaves more or less, but is there some info who treat them more like a servants? I tried to google it, but without success.

Other Players are invisible ingame.
Hi,
a part of the Players ingame are invisible, only the non combat pets are visible. All efekts from spells or wappon or amory are visible.
I have tried to change the graphic options. Also plaers in the same group somtimes are visible and sometimes not.
Have somebody a tipp what is the cause?

What could Zenimax do to better accommodate the Role-Player community?
Personally I am not someone who plays out story arcs, waiting turns and such, but I do like to get into character when playing activities or just as I’m exploring and encountering other players.
Problem is that the chances I’ll run into another RP player in the world to be very slim. Really the only way to RP is with a guild. Otherwise there’s not much room to RP besides in my head.
I really enjoy the world, lore, and writing more in ESO compared to WoW. However, in my opinion, I think Blizzard really nailed the role-play aspect of the game. Dedicated servers for role-play made the world much more immersive because everyone in the world participated.
It’s like when attending D&D or a Fantasy Renaissance Fair, when everyone you encounter acts in character it makes the experience all the more engaging.
With that said; I don’t exactly know what Zenimax could do to better support the Role-Playing community but I think as an entry in the Elder Scrolls franchise, games about role playing a character, more could be done.

Given the CP changes, why can't we make PTS template characters at CP3600?
If the purpose of the PTS is to test how changes affect builds, then surely we should be allowed to make template characters at max CP? I'm aware DPS is down on PTS due to the way dummies are bugged out currently, but even with that being fixed testing will be impossible since DPS numbers will be marred by 'this would be some unpredictable amount more if I was CP1700'.
Are we supposed to grind to CP1700 on PTS? pls no. Perhaps at least is there a way for us have our live CPs on PTS?

Questions about my StamSorc (Build advice)
Somewhat new (again) to PvP (took a month long hiatus) and have fallen in love. Don't get me wrong, dungeon running is fun, but PvP is just amazing.
That being said, I could use some advice on my build, an Orc StamSorc. Currently running a 2H/Bow setup.
2H bar is Dizzy, Critical Rush, Brawler, Clanfear, and Executioner.
Bow bar is Consuming Trap, Hurricane, Resolving Vigor, Clanfear, and Barrage.
I run heavy armor but cram all points into Stamina. I'm currently level 26 on this guy. I've been thinking about dropping Clanfear, but I like having two separate heals. Also thinking about dropping Brawler, honestly it's OP in PvE but I'm finding it lacking in PvP. I only use Barrage to break up groups and force them apart. Ultimate on both bars is Disruption Field.
I'm about to pick up Surge and Dark Deal any time now, and that's the crux of the issue. Replace Clanfear with Dark Deal? Replace ??? For Surge? Camo Hunter yay or nay?

New CP is a bit of an illusion.. too many passive non-slottable bonuses. Driving away new players
As per the title , and as several others have indicated, the passive bonuses for basically grinding your life out are way too powerful.
Looking at the warfare tree - high CPs allow you a net increase of 5-10%+ in almost all categories simply for having CPs. This is very... strange given the whole point of this CP redo was to finally move this game towards more "meaningful choices" - yet you just added free bonuses that are sometimes as good or better than the slottables... but behind even more CP. So basically, it's back to square one.
Couple of options:
Ideally, I think it would be better to have more powerful slottable CPs down the sub trees, rather than free passives.
OR
Make those high-CP passives way weaker. They should be giving you 1500+ pen or 5% more damage, healing, mitigation, etc.... they should be at 1 or 2% mark at most. It's nice accomplishment but since it's free, it's not a game changer.

Mist form(a reasonable adjustment)
Escalating cost - doesn't need to be huge, but enough so people can't spend over 10 secs in mist form without some serious repercussions.
It breaks outgoing beams - if you connect zaan and/or vateshan beams they break if you go into mist form.
I think this would be reasonable, I would be interested to hear everyone's thoughts.
