Have the cp2.0 changes increased refining rates?
I dont know if it's just luck but since cp 2.0 I seem to have better gold mat refining rates I am pretty sure meticulous dissasembly affects this but the wording just says allows the refining of more powerful tempers

I bought the collectors edition of Blackwood during the stream, money was taken from my Pay Pal account (have that transaction number) but did not receive a confirmation email from Zenimax and it's not showing in game as purchased. Help please!

Are there any off-meta builds that are actually good? (PvE)
Im kind of fed up with the current magicka DD meta (barbed ,mystic orb, siroria, mother's sorrow etc.). My question is, do you know any off-meta build (for DD) that actually preforms well, lets say 80k+ DPS?

DK speed/mobility
I knownthat posting here is just thinking out loud. Devs don't read this consistently enough to see anything of outstanding value. However something that has felt off for a while is in yhe title here. Mobility and speed of the DK, more mag, but unless you're running medium and a bow. Then stam as well.
So sorc for instance has streak, and lightning form.. but almost no melee skill morphs in their class kit.
The DK class kit is all melee. But suffers from nearly no mobility. With the changes to armor that recently took place. Sorc and NB are the only classes that can actually use more than 2 pieces of Light armor and stand a chance at surviving getting hit with cc and escaping. So sk must wear heavy. Which takes away more mobility.
I'm not sure what I was hoping for here. But it would be nice to have something that provided a minor speed buff similar to hurricane.

Can MDK get 1 (one) burst damage ability in the next test cycle?
Just to test it. Like hey there's this one class that cannot stack damage without proc sets. Remember when Templars had no burst damage and then zos tested a new execute ability and it was great?

[Necromancer] Intensive Mender heal does not proc overheal conditions
Steps to reproduce:
* Grab a mag necro
* Wear 5 piece of Spell Power Cure set and slot Intensive Mender skill morph
* Take some minor dmg
* Use Intensive Mender skill to overheal urself
* Verify Spell Power Cure procced - FAILED
* Repeat with Mag Sorcerer using Twilight Tormentor - OK

Expected result-
I expect that Necro's pet will behave exactly as Sorc's pet, so it will be able to proc such conditions.
This clearly looks like a bug or a hole in the class design, and should be fixed asap considering this class is behind a pay wall.

i think many ppl would welcome a home in which u can duell without cp (conditions like in nocp cyro and battlegrounds).
i personally would wish the home to look like the arena in TES:Oblivion but im sure there are more ideas out there that might be better.

Adamantine Tower is now a game mechanic gimmick, and (still) looks Ayleid
It appears that the new Tutorial Level Select gimmick (shown in yesterday's reveal stream) is based in Adamantine Tower. Firstly I don't see why it needs to be an in-world gimmick at all, as a menu choice would be perfectly fine. Secondly, using the most important metaphysical construct in the world as a tutorial and level select gimmick is a complete disservice to its major role in history.

why is it Ayleid?
I completely understand using a stripped down White-Gold Tower for the distant view of the tower in Glenumbra and Stormhaven; much easier than creating a new asset. But now that it's a direct focus of content, that needs to be updated. Adamantine Tower isn't Ayleid - it's an immense Aedric construct with a Direnni fortress at the base.
The lorebook Tower of Adamant from ESO specifically states: Adamantine Tower, it is called, for the unknown, ageless material from which it is built. Not white stone like WGT, but some other material. It is therefore highly likely that the tower is constructed of Adamantium (or a closely-related substance, since "-ine" as a suffix means "of or related to"). Adamantium is a metal, as shown by its appearance in Morrowind, and is itself considered a pretty unknown and ageless material.
PGE 1 (High Rock) corroborates that it is Adamantium (or a related material), as it explains that its core is a smooth cylinder of shining metal. The PGE further goes on to say that it has been much modified and added on to over the years; Tower of Adamant explains this further by saying that [the Direnni] can claim only the construction of the more recent keep that clusters around the tower's base. (This keep can be seen in the screenshot behind the trees.) Since the Ayleids arrived in High Rock after the Direnni, and the Direnni have never left the Tower, there is no way the Ayleids could have covered the rest of the Tower in their own construction.
Since we know that the Direnni only constructed the fortress around the base, and that the rest of the tower is literally built of an Adamantium-like material (by definition), everything that is not covered by Direnni construction should be metallic, not Ayleid.

If that's the centre of the Tower, that should be a smooth cylinder of shining metal, as has been noted above as the Tower's core, not some broken stone structure.
What's more, if this is the Foundation Vault (as has been theorized by some, as the only known room within the Tower), that should be where the Argent Aperture is found.
The ESO lorebook Once describes the Foundation Vault, which is also the location of the Zero Stone:
At maturity, every Direnni of high blood is brought into the Tower, conducted to the Foundation Vault, and shown the Zero Stone. We are allowed to touch it—once—so as to feel the transcendent mystical power that courses through it, a power we have never been able to tap. And we are shown the Argent Aperture in the adjacent metallic wall, that door with its lock of thirteen slowly counter-rotating rings, a portal we have never been able to open.
This clearly describes the Argent Aperture being situated in a metallic wall - if we extrapolate from everything else that is described as "metallic", which predates all the Direnni construction, this must sit within the cylindrical metal core.
Since we know the Tower's core is metal, the middle of the Foundation Vault should be metallic, complete with the Argent Aperture and its thirteen locks, and not a broken stone structure. Also, where's the Zero Stone? That should be "adjacent" to the Argent Aperture.

Frustration over Vateshran's Chosen Achievement
I made better time than usual, got every boon buff without doing any secret bosses, and still my 45 min timer went off mid final boss fight. I looked in dismay at the timer as I had 5 mins going into the final boss fight, and knew I wasn't going to get the title. I ended up dying on the final boss one time, so I guess no sense being upset over something like that, but my real disheartening is that the time limit, will stop me from ever getting this achievement. I made great time, did minimal exploring for buffs and sprinted the entire thing when I could. Ik people do it, and even complained about how easy it was, but to me, who has a flawless conquerer title as well, this one is and will be much tougher because I don't have the ultimate leet dps to clear it in time. I just find it sad that the devs added this stipulation to the title. After said death, I finished off the run at 58 mins. I don't know if I can get this title, because of this.

Critical, Weapon/Spell Damage and Penetration
can someone give detail about this ? like chart or graph difference. i'm really curious about this especially when you're doing solo content to maximize your damage output.
for example, i have 3500 weapon damage and 8000 physical penetration(with major breach) so to maximize my damage i have to use lover mundus stone. but is there any kind of explanation for this?

Battlegrounds - very bad experience
Have tried solo BGs the last couple of days and it's the most pointless and disgusting thing I have ever tried from a gameplay perspective.
I would die almost instantly. Hit by many abilities that didn't even show up on my side. Stamina management was fine.
I did kill a few, but some players were just unkillable even if they did not fight back because they were attacking someone else.
I made/bought some gear. All legendary except the jewelry whch is only purple. All enchants are legendary.
Stats are 7 in health and rest in Stamina.
Nightblade.
Sets: 5x hunding, 5x spriggans, 2x troll king. Also tried a set of fortified brass instead of hundings.Sets have impen trait.
Enchants: tri-glyphs on armor, weapon damage on jewelry (infused).
Weapons: maul and bow (sharp)
I have all the major buffs covered for defense and damage from skill lines. Like brutality, breach, armor buff, damage reduction.
Potions: various good potions.
My gear is not bad.
Outside BGs
My resistances sit around 20k buffed. Health at 27k, stamina 30k, weapon damage a bit over 5k, crit resist a bit over 2k, stamina regen 1400, almost 14k physical pen.
It plays like this 95% of the time. I cannot kill anyone and I get killed instantly. I am not new to the game and it does not just feel like a L2P issue. If feels like something is seriously messed up with the game, balance, exploits or something.
